Hi guys, welcome to my channel.
Today I'm going to share with you my favourite recipe
of stuffed peppers with lemon couscous.
It's really delicious. You can serve it at dinner
parties as a starter
or you can have it as a main course with a bit of salad. It's an
amazing dish. You can also vary it with loads
of other ingredients. I will share my recipe
with you and I hope you enjoy it.
We're going to need lemon, fresh parsley, mozzarella, couscous,
olive oil, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, turmeric, salt and pepper.
I have a lot of requests on my Facebook page sometimes about how
to cook couscous and what is the best way.
So I'm going to show you how I like to cook it,
which doesn't involve any actual cooking at all.
It's really, really easy.
Take a deep bowl, place your couscous in there,
add your turmeric, add your salt and pepper.
Now add boiling hot water,
add a tiny bit of olive oil.
Cover it with a plate and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius or 350 fahrenheit.
Take your peppers and cut the top off and we're gonna just seed
everything that's inside.
Okay so when we lift our plate our couscous is done.
We're gonna take out the lemon bits
because we obviously don't want to eat
those. Take a baking dish and place your
peppers right inside and we're going to fill them up with our couscous.
Place your mozzarella right
on top just like that.
We're going to bake these for about 25
to 30 minutes until all the cheese is melted
and the peppers have cooked.
I like them quite medium so it just depends
how you like them, if you like them really
well done leave them for longer.
I hope you enjoyed this
stuffed pepper recipe,
it was really easy
to make, such a beautiful
and colourful dinner, I'm going to go and enjoy these now.
Thanks so much for staying with me in my kitchen,
give me a thumbs up, don't forget to share
and subscribe to my channel,
it makes me really really happy and I'll see you soon, bye!
