The Yemen-based Houthis continue to strike deep inside Saudi Arabia, including in the oil-rich regions in Eastern Saudi Arabia. Geneva-based geospatial intelligence firm, Aurorah, has published a dataset tracking satellite activity over the gulf. Reports show that Russian spy satellites repeatedly orbited over Saudi Arabia days and hours before the Houthis struck Saudi Arabia. Russian satellites were seen over the Taif airbase repeatedly, and the satellites continued to stay over the Taif airbase after the Houthis bombed it, causing damage to an Italian Eurofighter Typhoon. Meanwhile, the Russian satellites were also seen over the East-West pipeline that was struck by projectiles launched from Iraq. The CIA says Russia helps Iran with satellite imagery and intelligence. Is Russian President Vladimir Putin helping Houthis in their war against Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS)? Gursshheen Gahllen tells you more on Vantage on Firstpost.
