Welcome back to Fox 6 Now.
It is a lovely Thursday evening. Lots of Wisconsin sports
going on. Thanks so much for being here with us tonight.
It's a beautiful night. It's been
a beautiful day. We had sunshine for the Brewers
as they landed at the airport today. The sun
just had the perfect sparkle on the championship trophy.
But we want to know what are we in for
for tomorrow. So I'm going to bring in Holly Baker,
who is going to tell us everything you
You need to know and what to wear for the parade, the rally.
And if you're just watching from home.
Hey, Holly.
Hey, Christina.
We got a lot going on.
You would think that the week has already been busy enough.
But I honestly feel like we're just getting started.
This weekend is going to be kicking off pretty busy.
Starting.
With our riding forecast here, so I'm just break down the weekend.
This is for Milwaukee.
Don't know if they have the ability to put on the motorcycle,
but I'm going to do it for you.
We will be in the 50s for Friday and Saturday and warm up
a little bit more back in the 60s as we head towards Sunday and Monday.
Now, we do have a chance for some rain
that will kick in, at least for Saturday.
So we're looking at a soggy Halloween
for Saturday with scattered showers.
And then again on Monday, as we will be monitoring a new system.
Now, we look statewide here, and this is for Saturday.
Majority of our state will see highs in the 50s for tomorrow,
or for Saturday at least.
We will see more of that rain to fall just to the south.
So 50s for southwestern and southeastern Wisconsin.
I'm talking about Milwaukee here.
Milwaukee will see some rain as well,
but it's southeastern and southwestern Wisconsin
that will see a lot of the rain.
We will stay pretty cloudy as we head towards the north,
so they will also be in the 50s.
Sunday, we kind of clean up nice, a little bit better.
We will be in the 60s, so we're looking at 60s statewide,
mostly cloudy skies for the entire state.
Maybe a few little sprinkles or showers could be possible,
but mainly it's going to be clouds that overtake the forecast.
Now, this is what everybody wants to know.
What is it going to be for the parade?
Is it going to rain on the parade tomorrow?
I think not.
We are actually going to have a happy
holiday forecast to start the day off.
Now, one thing that you've got to note
is that it is going to be pretty chilly.
We're going to be downtown by the water a little bit.
It's going to be a little cooler.
We'll be in the 40s.
So what that means is you've got Brewers gear.
Make sure you wear something warm under that jersey perhaps.
So it's hoodie season.
This is going to be perfect.
Type of clothing to use to kind of keep you warm.
So 40s for the morning as we head towards the afternoon, we start
to get more into the 50s as we will have increased increasing clouds.
We will have a few rain chances on Friday,
but that's not until Friday night. And most of that is going
to be overnight heading into Saturday's forecast. So
Beautiful weather over the next 24 hours for our area before we start
to see rain and it's going to be a great day to celebrate tomorrow,
especially the first half of the day.
The weather is going to pan out great. So keep that in mind.
It's just going to be chilly. Other than that,
you will be able to it will be dry for you to enjoy the parade.
Now as for tonight, we are still finishing off.
From a beautiful day, we got down to 57 degrees at this point,
and then we'll eventually drop to the 40s.
Dew points have stayed pretty low overall,
as we had drier air that moved in after a cold front last night.
We're now down to 34 with our dew points.
Wind from the northwest at about 8 miles per hour.
We had more of a breeze earlier,
not necessarily the case at this point.
Looking at our temperatures here,
we're already starting to see some of those 40s out there.
So even further out to the west, 44 in Madison,
48 in Juneau, 46 in Watertown, 50s just by the lake here.
But we will be getting to the 40s as well.
So we're not safe from the 40s.
We'll be a part of that flirt as well.
We all will be flirting
with the 40s before we wake up tomorrow morning.
Looking at our satellite and radar here,
we are nice and dry across the entire southeast Wisconsin,
really the state, because the weather
for the Packers right now is great in Green Bay.
Oh, I like what I did there.
Great in Green Bay, Christina.
We continue here with the sky vision.
It's just going to be nice heading into Friday.
We start to get more of those clouds, but again,
the rain doesn't come until late that evening,
and then we get the scattered showers
that will continue into Saturday's forecast.
So if you're headed out for trick-or-treating,
I know that's been a big question for Saturday.
I would say still go
however you may just need to have some of that rain gear because
the rain could be a hit or miss in your particular area.
This is around six o'clock you see
where Milwaukee right now models are projecting it to be dry
but just south of Milwaukee and we're
seeing in Kenosha that is where they're seeing some
of those showers. So I would say pack for
the worst which is the rain
but if it doesn't rain you you are basically in good hands and enjoy
your pretty much enjoy all
of your trick-or-treating activity. Now beyond that
We've lost a lot of sleep this week watching games and celebrating
the best part of it all is our daylight savings time is ending
so it's time will be falling back and you will get an extra hour.
Don't forget to set your clock mostly cloudy heading into Sunday
and then we track another round of rain and another system
that moves through the area for the start of November
and the start of our week here as we go into Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday and check that out.
Temperatures back in the 60s after being in the 50s.
For Friday and Saturday, so we've got a a one forecast.
I would like to say Christina.
I'm OK with it raining during the week long as none
of this rain happened during all of the celebration for the Brewers.
That would have been terrible.
So I think that I'm OK with the rain happening later on.
It's whatever for me.
Honestly, even if it did, I don't think
anything could have rained on the parade.
I like what you did with that.
You had some good ones.
Flirting with 40, great in Green Bay.
I was like, Holly, I'm on a roll, right?
Oh, my gosh.
And when you said it's Halloween on Saturday,
it's crazy because the World Series has just been...
You know, taking up so much of the celebrations and the watching,
and I'm thinking, oh, my goodness, it's Halloween on Saturday.
It takes me back to the Halloween where it snowed.
Do you remember that?
Oh, yeah.
I think that was maybe right before I moved here.
Oh, my gosh.
It was snowed.
Snowy.
Completely different.
Yes.
Well, you are full of good news today,
so thank you so much for that happy holiday forecast.
We appreciate it.
I love it.
