Screamers Costumes shows off last minute costume ideas

Yeah, pressure is on because it's Halloween, and if you're scrambling to find that costume, we've got some ideas for you. Yep, Tim and Renee from Screamers are here. They are from Clinton Township, and they're here to rescue you with some last-minute ideas. I want to mention that you guys, in addition to being at this great costume shop and you're open year-round, how long have you been in business? Like 25 plus years. Wow. That's awesome. Yes. Tim sits in this little dungeon in the back of the store. And he does. No, I'm in the front now. No, you're in the front now. I've actually graduated to the front of the store now with my own office. Yeah, look at you. He upgraded. But this is a family business, and that's what I like about it. And again, it's a year round thing, but I mean, you guys really have everything this time of year. And I'm sure the next two days are gonna be busy. Yes, the next two days are gonna be very busy. But we still have a lot to offer. Okay. We have tons of masks in stock. We still have all the hottest costumes for you. Tons of Ghostface, you know, that's the big thing. The big push right now with the movie that just came out. Michael Jackson costumes for adults and kids. That's huge. So, yeah, we have it all. You have it. Jay, you spotted your favorite there on the front. If we can just peek at that costume. Are you sure you don't want to put that on? You don't want to Chad it. Look at that. A new little Superman for you. Yeah, Jay and I were definitely last minute. He's like, well, where are you going to dress up as? He goes, well, let's just do all black. And here we are. Here we are. By the way, these masks here, can you see? We're looking at the. Okay, there's our. With the clown. Yeah. But these masks are really famous. These three right here, because they're from Halloween 3, Season of the Witch. That is correct. Right? That is correct. Look at you, Jack. It's the oddest sequel movie ever. Yeah. So what are you seeing people coming in for last minute right now? Last minute, it's going to be all masks, you know, something quick and easy, a lot of cat ears, cat tails, you know, something they can just grab, throw on, get to their party. And be done, yeah, quick and easy. Quick and easy. Wow. Quick and easy. And you guys are big with accessories, too, in the sense that, like, listen, there's nothing wrong with the old bag costume, but sometimes you can make your own costume and you just need, you know, Tanisha, a knife. Just an accessory, right? Right, an accessory, yeah, maybe some goggles, you know, just a necklace, you know, a triton sword. And price point, I'm assuming. Pretty feasible, right? Pretty feasible, yeah. Price points for everyone. Yeah, for sure. What's you guys' favorite thing about this time of year? Clearly, you guys are in theme and in the action all year long, but what about this time of year? I mean, it's just, it's fun, everyone comes in, we sell fun, everyone's going to a party, and so, and then we can just help them out, get their costume, they're excited, they have, you know, we have what they needed. And then they're on their way, and then that makes us happy. I mean, there really is nothing better than the kids in the costumes. Right, right, right, and that's the greatest part of it is when they come in and they're dressed up as Art the Clown or Michael Myers, it's pretty cool. Yeah. Now, Tim, let me grab this here. So I understand this for people that don't know, and my friend Dina over in the other studio will say dolls, but when you collect action figures like this, there's a Michael Myers from Halloween, this is a big thing. You beyond costumes and all year round. People look for this kind of stuff. Why? Why is this big? You know what? People, especially the adult collector, they just love it. Maybe it just brings them back to their childhood. The nostalgia, yeah. But we have everything. We have all the figures. And again, with a lot of different price points. We have... You know, figures that are up to $500, or we have some that are $20. And it's a really cool time, too, because they're making really cool stuff. Yeah, yeah. You know, when we started doing this 20 years ago, you didn't have access to all the cool NECA Trick 'r Treat and the dolls like that. action figures so yeah it's a really good time for collectors because they just make a lot of cool stuff and we're able to sell it so it's fun. I imagine it's cool to hunting for all this stuff yes emphasis on the word hunting. Nothing says the holidays like this Ghostface Christmas mask. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it and she encouraged me. What's up! There's the information on your screen on gross facts. See our friends at Screamers. They are open this weekend. And stop by and see Tim and Renee. Great. Make some guests and all that stuff. Thanks, guys. Happy Halloween, everybody. Thank you. Happy Halloween. Let's get over the good day. Spooky treats over there.
