이렇게 먹으면 살찔 걱정 없어요! 푸짐하게 먹어도 속 편한 소고기야채찜

I always think I should eat more vegetables, but when I actually think about eating them, I feel like eating them raw would be healthier.
However, I find the slightly tough texture off-putting when eating them raw.
In that case, try making tender beef and vegetable stew using vegetables and soft shabu-shabu beef.
Even if you don't cook the vegetables completely and just lightly cook them using residual heat, the texture becomes much softer, making them much better to eat! Try making this delicious vegetable and meat stew that is light enough to enjoy even with plenty of vegetables and meat!
