So before you go to bed, turn those clocks back one hour this morning.
We saw that sunrise at 7:36 tomorrow, an hour earlier.
It'll be rising at 6:37 and setting at 5:40.
Now, Manny, you and I are both from the northern part of the country
or from Chicago. I'm from Boston.
With this time change now, I feel like this messes me up more
than losing an hour of sleep when we shift to daylight saving time.
When we shift back to standard time,
we're going to be seeing that sunset earlier and earlier.
And so in my hometown, Boston, Massachusetts, that sun will be setting
at right after 4:30 and where you're from, Chicago, just past 4:45.
So early sunsets for some folks.
540 p.m. is our sunset time here tomorrow night.
5:40 in the grand scheme is not terrible.
No, compared to this, yes.
I used to like
when the sun would go down at 4:30 for the first few days,
and then after a while, yes, it gets old.
Oh, I'd be sick of it.
But the novelty is interesting of 4:30 darkness.
What is most interesting about 4:30 darkness?
I think the novelty.
Fair enough.
I just remember like kind of wrapping up with like sports
or practice or dance rehearsal.
One of those two.
I would walk in at about 3:30
and then I'd walk out about an hour later and it'd be pitch
black.
It would be the weirdest experience.
And that's also how you know it's football season,
too, because you have games ending
in darkness for longer.
So you'll have a first half in light and a second half
in darkness. It's a night game by the time it ends.
Yeah, pretty much. But we're going to be
seeing a little bit more of that cloudy weather.
So it is probably going to be a little bit of a
tougher day to kind of get out of bed,
even though you get the extra hour of sleep heading
into your Sunday. It's going to be a gloomy one,
seeing those temperatures lingering right around
the upper 70s, low 80s. But much more widespread showers
are going to be kicking back in tomorrow
afternoon. So, Manny, real quick, here is your Sunday forecast.
Spotty showers through the
the morning. Here's 10 30 a.m. Still kind
of just seeing these splashes.
Splash and dash showers.
And then here's Sunday afternoon, 2:30 p.m.
We see a swath of moisture kind of working its way up from the south.
So Orlando and southward,
you're going to be getting in on those heavy showers at about 5 p.m.
And then we see this entire area of moisture work its way northward.
And this is going to impact Orlando, Sanford, Deltona, Daytona.
And once we head into the overnight hours, so about 8 p.m. onwards,
this is when we can expect some of these showers to roll through.
Majority of this is going to be rain.
However, there are going to be seeing some isolated
thunderstorms associated with this band of moisture.
So widespread rain on tap for your Sunday and even into your Monday.
Good news is that we do slowly start to see
those rain chances back off for a big day on Tuesday.
It's Election Day.
So your voting forecast as of right now looks like splash
and dash showers as well.
Maybe some heavier showers throughout the afternoon.
But overall, Manny, for your seven-day forecast,
we're kind of all over the place.
Not only it comes to rain chances, but also for temperatures as well.
