The question is, will there be rain on the parade,
on the championship parade?
Let's take a look at it.
At this particular time, we are saying no.
For the Golden State Valkyries,
we will begin coverage here at KTVU Fox 2 and on our Fox
local app beginning at 10 a.m.
The parade steps off at high noon at the Ferry Building,
and we will be there and the sun
will shine.
Today in San Jose, we had increasing
cloud cover scraping across the horizon.
It did knock down our temperatures.
Take a look at our future cast.
This is the very latest computer model indicating
by 2 o'clock tomorrow morning, that's when
the bulk of the rain hits the area.
It's a good thing.
daylight saving time is taking effect tomorrow because we're going
to need that extra hour to party before the rain comes in.
Take a look at sun up tomorrow morning, 634,
still a hit and miss scattered shower around Half Moon Bay,
Santa Cruz, and also Monterey Bay.
And here we are by sunset tomorrow night,
510, clear skies here in the Bay Area.
Today, with the clouds,
temperatures banking between 61 in Pacifica to 68 degrees in Antioch,
mid-60s to the north in Santa Rosa, 68 degrees in Watsonville.
Tonight, overnight with the.
A blanket of clouds and rain developing.
Temperatures still cold.
Upper 30s in Santa Rosa,
Guerneville and Sebastopol to 47 degrees in San Jose.
Backing through Los Gatos into Saratoga and 49 degrees in Fremont,
Milpitas and Union City.
One more day of that coastal flood
advisory until 6 p.m. on your Sunday.
6.8 feet with up to a foot and a half of inundation.
And then when that expires, we got this that goes into effect.
It is a beach hazard statement for 5 a.m. Monday.
Until 8 p.m. Tuesday, very dangerous rip currents
do not turn your back to the ocean.
Live weather camera looking out towards
the Golden Gate Bridge. No rain yet, but we do have
rain to the north sliding out of the Ukiah area.
By the time you wake up tomorrow morning,
sun up at 634, make sure you turn
your clocks back one full hour before you go to bed. Okay,
here is storm watch. You see the precipitation here,
but what I've been watching is out here.
Watch this. The lightning that's been developing since 9:30
this evening heading towards the North Bay
I haven't seen any of this on shore, but you see.
See, it's getting mighty close.
Watch this.
Did you see it there?
Okay, now watch over here around the spine of the Sierra Nevada area.
Plenty of lightning as well.
So tomorrow for your Tahoe forecast,
we're still talking about that winter weather advisory
effect until 7 a.m. up to two feet of snow above 7,500 feet.
Oh, that's two inches rather and 12 inches a foot.
If we had two feet, boy, that would be a lead story.
Okay, take a look at your future casts.
We have plenty of Pacific cool storm action right here to the south.
We've had a lot of precipitation across Southern California from some
tropical moisture between tonight's rain and the rain on Tuesday.
Yeah, Election Day.
We're talking about nearly a quarter
of an inch of rain in San Francisco.
Those numbers will fluctuate.
Tomorrow's temperatures.
Pretty similar to today, up to about 69 degrees,
our outside number becoming cloudy on your
Monday with a splash and dash shower on Tuesday,
Election Day, and then autumn weather returns
for your Wednesday and Thursday.
And we will return.
Stay with us.
We'll be back after this.
