Miami vs. Notre Dame Could Decide the Heisman Trophy

This is a Heisman game, isn't it, too? I mean, coming out of this football game, you've got Tony, you've got Mensah, and you've got C.J. Carr. The Heisman trophy really could come down to this football game on Saturday. Now, especially, I know everybody loves Jeremiah Smith, but last week kind of bounced back a little bit because of that SC loss. This is a big game for the Heisman candidates. If C.J. Carr and Notre Dame win this game, I think C.J. Carr is going to end up winning the Heisman Trophy because I would expect Notre Dame to run the table the rest of the way. They'll probably move up to number two or number one, and everybody's going to say, man, did you see what C.J. Carr did against Miami? They finished 11-1. He probably deserves it. Meanwhile, if Miami wins this game, depending on who has the bigger night, it's Malachi or Darian. Whoever does better that night, that's who ends up winning the Heisman. So you're absolutely right. I think Jeremiah Smith right now is on the outside looking in. He doesn't have the quarterback to get him the football. To me, it's whoever performs the best in this game probably wins the Heisman. Man, I can't wait to see this football game this weekend in South Bend. It's nothing like going up to that environment. It's going to be one of the greatest environments, and really the game of the year here is going to be Miami and Notre Dame.
