Chicago Bears Post game | Bears DOMINATE Seattle Seahawks in 34-17 WIN!
Nov 3, 2026
Before we get out of here, man, we love you guys.
Appreciate y'all for tuning in and showing love.
Little Bears quick post game before I got to go downtown
and tap in with, of course, ESPN Chicago.
Boys, what was your takeaway from today's game?
Bears come out and dominate Jeffrey Simmons on the screen.
48 snaps, six tackles, two TFLs, one sack, one PBU, and his debut.
Welcome to the Chicago Bears, Mr. Simmons.
What was your boys' takeaway from today's game?
And what has you experienced?
Excited and a little tingly as we go through.
For me, it was a solid game plan from Ben Johnson.
Great execution from Caleb.
The difference of having a playmaker on the defensive side of the ball.
And then Cairo Santo made a couple chip shots.
For me, it was a total victory.
We had minimum issues with the penalties.
We still had a couple blunders by Tyreek on the defense.
But overall, I think we played a heck of a game.
And that's why we was able to double up them.
We had a lot of top quality win.
What was that super chat somebody sent in?
It was such an elite super chat.
What did he say?
Uh,
It was from a while ago.
What did they say?
Uh, the...
Not that one, not that one, not that one.
This is our year. This was from Christopher Roseby
with the $5 super chat. This is our
year. Tori's ball, different balls,
good top Simmons sack, meaty's pants are down. Pat's
hard. We busted a nightmare.
That's kind of what it looked like out there, brother. That's
kind of what it looked like. What'd you got JC?
Oh, I mean, this is what it looks like.
It was just, it was just going off of drew.
Super excited to get the W against the champs.
This is, this was the test to see if you were
really of the standard of really challenging any team
and every team in the league. Cause you beat
new England and everybody thought that, okay,
this might be a serious thing. Then you got this
monster and you went into Lumen Field and you dominated,
you doubled up the score, put 34 on
them. And so this is a statement to say, Hey, we are here.
This is the year for the Bears to be
Super Bowl contenders.
And then also last point, Jeffrey made everybody else better.
You had Montez with two sacks.
Finally, we see some nodding, called the one back, right?
Or did he still come away with two?
I thought he had two.
Maybe I'm off.
Go ahead.
Keep your point.
But either way, you had all the other players
do a really good job of creating pressure.
You had Montez and Austin flying all over the field.
And you had Grady Jarrett doing his thing with pressures as well.
And so just good overall game.
Good, better, best, baby.
What you got, Kit?
The Simmons effect.
Last week, the Seahawks actually put the Chiefs in a blender,
converted 11 of 16 on third down.
It really held them in check.
Bears come to town.
We convert 7-15.
The only fourth down we had to convert, we get that.
We led them in every statistical category.
On top of the fact that our defense held them to a 1-11 conversion rate
on third down.
And they were 50% on fourth.
We controlled the time of possession,
which has always been our biggest thing.
Definitely made sure we had more plays than them.
And we had less punts overall on all fronts, from offense to defense.
We played a complete game, despite some of the mishaps we've had.
We played a pretty complete game against the Super Bowl team.
We didn't get outcoached.
Ben didn't get too cute.
He didn't go for it on every situation.
He took points when he needed to take points.
He built momentum.
I saw.
Ben Johnson really not even
really, I think he outcoached.
100%. Oh, absolutely.
And on the same time, Caleb
looked composed did the whole thing.
Doug, we got a Super Bowl caliber team.
Bro, and that's the thing. Big shout out to
Kalshi. If you rocked with us,
So, uh...
Today at all, I told you guys, you get $25 using a promo code breeze.
If you would put that $25 on there before
the game with a 39% chance to win,
you could have gotten an opportunity to win 66 bucks.
And then you get the 25 using a promo code breeze.
You put 50 on it.
You can double your odds there.
Ladies and gentlemen, you would have been the big winner today.
Just like the Chicago Bears, so make sure that you tap in with Kalshi.
Shout out to them for being sponsors of today's episode.
Here's the bottom line for me with this coming out of a game.
And I've said this a couple of times,
but I want to reiterate it here on the postgame
show where Seattle didn't misstep.
What's the play that they blew?
They didn't.
What's the missed tackle?
What's the, what's the defense out of position?
What is the, like the, the big plays that you got really were,
you killed them underneath.
You were patient.
You attacked them.
You ran the football.
You played the underneath game.
You bided your time.
There was something down the field,
big throw the biggest, I guess if there, if there's
any play that they did miss, right.
You talk about the one Khalif Raymond play.
At the end of that game where he makes the big run,
it puts you in position to score
the touchdown with DeAndre Swift off of that.
And even that, that was better offense than I think it
was really good defense.
And so to me, like, this is not a win versus a team that had a bad day.
This is a win versus a team that gave you some of their best blows.
And you would withstand them and you were able to knock them out.
You were able to stagger them even when they did hit you back.
I mean,
like you look at the halftime play,
like that's a hit,
like that could have turned the tide
of the game going into half and what they
do coming out of the half three and out.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We have seen that change games for the Chicago Bears.
And yet in this situation,
you stayed locked in your defense.
I mean,
the addition of Jeffrey Simmons is
Huge.
I can't even quantify it.
Like, bro, like it's season change, here is the thing.
Like you could have gave them three first
round picks and I would have felt good
about it in this game right at this point.
Yeah.
Four is kind of crazy, but like you really like if they,
if I had said they gave up three first
round picks and we got this kind of
impact from Jeffrey on the flips,
I'd have been like, I'm okay with that.
I feel good about that because that's the kind of change that you saw.
Now you get an opportunity for Montez Sweat to go out there.
He's the number two now.
He looks like a really good number two.
Did only get one sack in this game.
Had one callback because of the Tyreek Stevenson hold on Cooper Cup.
You look at Austin Booker all day.
Pressure in the quarterback's face doesn't get home,
but the pressure is consistently there.
You look at Devin Bush now having open lanes,
the blitz, the quarterback,
because there are guys moving out of the way
and creating holes for your linebackers to get
through. Like this is different.
And on the flip side of things, I mean, like you want to talk
about somebody on the offense,
like who's the name that stands out to you from this game?
The biggest play is probably from Khalif Raymond, Khalif Raymond.
But I mean, it was like, but it is exactly right.
Like Colston Loveland, seven, I'm sorry.
Yeah.
Luther Burton, seven receptions, 56 yards,
Colston Loveland, several receptions, 65 yards,
Roma Dunes, four receptions, 87 yards.
DeAndre Swift got 10 yards on two receptions.
Khalif Raymond got 14 yards on two receptions.
Uh, uh, Xavier Thomas got you.
One catch for four yards.
I got a little too deep in the bag there.
Roshan Johnson got one catch for 11 yards.
You know when you're running down a list and you're like, uh-oh.
That's not the stat line I actually want to pull up there.
But no, you look at everything that this offense was able to do.
It was just a team that didn't have enough firepower
for the amount of ammunition you had offensively.
Offensively and
And now you don't got, I mean,
arguably one of the best offenses in football.
Couldn't do anything.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Versus your defense.
And you were able to shut them down.
So this is, to me, the last week I said was a stamp of like,
hey, we're supposed to be in no Super Bowl conversation.
Correct.
This is the stamp of, hey, you might be the best team in the NFC.
In the NFL.
You might be the best team in the NFC.
I understand San Francisco.
I'm going NFL.
But you might be the best team in the NFC.
I say NFL.
You just beat the champs in Seattle
when nobody really does what you just did.
You'll get me, Paul.
Technically,
you got to go win-loss records
to Am, who's playing well.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm, I'm, I'm...
I'm nothing on that.
I'm nothing on that. We beat the champs.
We're going to be number three.
We're going to be number three in the NFL.
I'm talking about my prediction.
The Bears are two now, right? No, three.
If they won, I thought they went to two. If they lost,
they went to eight. You talking about in the NFC or what?
Period. In the NFL ranking.
Because you still got...
I think they're going to put him in one now.
You still got Buffalo.
I think they're going to put him in one, bro.
No, you can't.
Because you still got Buffalo.
You just beat the champs.
I know.
But Seattle don't have the champs record this year.
So you're going to...
I will say this.
No, bro.
When I look at Buffalo, there is one thing where I'm like...
There's not many quarterbacks that I
say this about in this league right now.
But I kind of go, Josh Allen, where's the wrong color blue?
Like, that's kind of how I feel when I watch Josh Allen.
Conference right now...
Six and two Bears are fifth in the division.
That can't be right.
It is because we're behind.
Oh, yeah, because we're behind all the division winners.
We're behind Minnesota.
We're behind all the division winners.
We're behind Carolina.
Minnesota, Giants and Carolina.
Yeah, crazy.
Great Carolina.
We're behind Carolina.
Yeah.
Carolina's division winner.
Yeah, but that's the thing.
Like win-loss record.
Yeah, we're better than the Panthers.
We're better than the Giants.
We're better than the Vikings.
Hey, the Carolinas not even over five hundred.
We literally beat the Super Bowl game last year.
We beat New England, and then we beat Seattle.
I know, but their records are still—
How are we not number one in rankings after all that?
Because of records.
I'm not talking—the records don't matter after a while.
People are still going to say they are the number one team right now.
Records don't matter.
The records still matter.
Records kind of do matter.
No, no.
Hey, records are the only thing that matters.
You know what?
You know what?
Let's put up another stake bet.
I guarantee you most of the panels tomorrow
or in the next couple of days are going to
say the Bears are the number one ranked team in the NFL.
No.
They just beat the Super Bowl game last year.
They'll be number one in the power rankings.
That's what I just said.
Or maybe number two.
That's all I said.
They'll be one or two in the power rankings.
Easily.
But that's a different ranking, though.
That's all I'm talking about.
What are y'all talking about?
What JC is saying is that they are right now,
talent-wise, the best team in the NFL.
They're not.
They're still going to be behind the Bills.
I would put them behind the Bills.
They're still going to be behind the Bills.
Who have the Bills beaten this year?
Bills beat a lot of teams.
I would say
where they are.
I think the Bills are 7-1.
Bills beat the Rams
while the Rams were still kind of healthy.
They beat the Lions. They beat the
Texans.
Uh...
Let's cook some rice.
You said what?
They just cooked somebody Sunday. Who did they cook?
The Ravens, but Lamar got hurt.
The first play, Lamar wasn't even in there.
No, listen, I would, I would say I agree with JC in the sense of,
I think that tomorrow
there's going to be a lot of talk about
the bears being the best team in football, because
I mean, even if we're talking about,
let's say that maybe they're not better than the
bills.
You ain't got to worry about the bills too.
When we play them,
when will we play them?
11 or 12?
They can have it this evening.
Yeah.
And then I don't have to worry about them again
until the Super Bowl.
You know what?
All that's fine.
Here's the thing that I appreciate the most
because we all saw the same thing.
We saw JJ get cooked.
We saw Tyreek Stevenson make boneheaded plays.
You finally have a dog in your defensive,
on the defensive side.
That's overcoming that.
Yeah.
He's overcoming it,
but he's also going to call that out.
Like, he will call that out, and he also has a category where,
like, what you going to say to Jefferson?
Hey, I ain't going to stop with you.
Jalen Johnson might not have a good,
you might see things change as the season goes on.
Jalen Johnson don't take well to getting called out.
That's too bad.
That means he's a bad, bad, bad.
He don't get called out.
That's bad chemistry.
The energy we walk into this game
with is because we have a force on our defensive end,
and he's literally setting a tone and bringing that identity there.
We hit harder today than we've hit all season.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Out the gate.
You saw him flying around.
You saw him flying around different, for sure.
Yeah.
And so, like, it gets you excited, bro.
Like, you see a defense now that – I'll say this.
The defense throughout the season, right, we talked about it.
They've been really good on third down.
They were still good on third down today.
They've been really good in, you know, red zone situations.
I think they were –
They're elite today in some situations
that we saw there.
It's a different feeling in the building
when you have that one guy in the middle of the team
that you can rely on. That is who Jeffrey
Simmons is. Right now, it
feels like it changed the tide. I would say
this. There's not an offensive line of football
that scares me anymore.
You got Gray Zabel and Quentin Nelson,
and they got sacks on them.
They only got three, but
the whole game,
they literally decided
to go, hey,
Everyone blocked Jeffery.
He also had tackles for losses,
which really account for a lot, too.
Hey, they were calling him by his full name on the field.
You know, when you meet a Jeffery,
you be like, what's up, Jeff?
He don't call him Jeffery, Jeffery.
They were out on the field like Mr. Simmons.
Simmons.
If you could not throw me in front of my family,
I'd like that.
The only team I would fear now is the Bills.
And that's because Josh Allen made nothing on me.
It truly is that.
That's the one game where you...
They have the second best running game behind us.
Exactly.
Yeah, there's a lot of things they can match up with.
There's a lot of things they can match up with.
A lot of that's because of Josh Allen.
It is true.
A lot of that run game is because of Josh Allen.
We got Jeffrey Simmons that's going to be barreling down on Josh.
Cook is good, but Cook, I'll say this.
How much would he be punching?
He ain't fumbling.
I was going to say, well, how much would he be punching?
He could be fumbling.
Yeah, yeah.
Hey, man, it don't matter what the future holds,
because right now, today, the Chicago Bears are 6-2.
On the season, they are 6-0 outside of the division,
and they are 0-2 in the division.
You got to correct that stat.
But I would also say this before we get out of here.
This is a big win in the sense of Ben Johnson.
There was a slight conversation coming in because, you know,
Ben Johnson only had a 41% win percentage versus teams above 500.
He's been chipping away at that this season.
Now, granted, it is also because he hasn't played
very many teams above 500 except for this season.
But, uh...
I think Kidd hit the nail on the head, bro.
Like, you outcoached, to me,
second best defensive coordinator in football today.
Yeah.
Maybe the best.
Maybe the best.
Has he surpassed?
Well, Spag's got legacy.
I can't say that.
Spag's got legacy.
I mean, Spag's been elite for so long.
Like, he's still the best to me.
You outcoached maybe the second best D.C. in football today.
And I think that that means something,
especially when you talk about what Ben Johnson can bring to the table.
Do we miss this?
V-Dog said,
Jeffrey Simmons just said now in a post game,
I seen Ryan upstairs on the phone.
We ain't done yet.
Why was I upset?
I don't know.
But I do think we're not done.
Hey, bro.
I ain't going to start with you.
Ryan saw that mug Jalen Whiff on that tackle.
He said,
I'm going to need to call you back.
All
So, you know, I got,
I got my 28 picks available.
Hey, honey. Yeah.
Tell the kids I ain't coming back.
right.
Have a nice life.
Come on.
Yeah, bro. Hey, and look like I'm telling you, bro,
you had Mac as your third pass rush of the list line.
You had Mack as your third pass rusher to this lineup?
Kid, I'm going to screenshot it, kid.
You're going to be on the next thumbnail.
I don't care.
You and that kid thumbnail.
It's hilarious.
Give me Khalil Mack.
I was cracking up because, uh, I think it was,
uh, Greg Bragg, shout out Braggs.
He quote tweeted, uh, old cap video.
And he was like, remember how excited we were when,
uh, Khalil Mack got here and it was
like cap in the shower for some reason.
I remember him doing it, but I,
he was in the shower recording a video when the bears
got Mack losing his mind.
Nuts video goes viral, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And I quote tweeted, I was like, I'm not gonna lie to you.
I kind of feel like we'd be just as excited
if Khalil Mack showed up here in Chicago again
because these are to be 2018 Mack 2026 Mack
is the third pass rusher on my team is very good.
We can go to a Superbowl with that.
We could, we could.
I don't know if you can go to a Super Bowl with these DBs though.
We got to figure that out.
You can't, if they got no time to throw the ball.
Exactly.
Oh boy.
And that go ball look real effective with you.
I can't wait to play the Packers
again. Boy, bring me that third string center.
I want that third string center, a fourth
string center, whatever that rookie
that they got over there up against Jeff Simmons. They
don't play them till Christmas. He shot himself already.
What a game.
That's going to be a game. I want it.
I want it.
