Ten noncitizens have been arrested in North Carolina for illegal voting. In California, an appeals court rejected a federal effort to challenge noncitizens on their voter rolls.
President Donald Trump is now offering a $1 million dollar bounty for anyone willing to turn in voter fraudsters.
And in Alaska—where one of the candidates for Senate was just involved in a car crash—the Trump administration is preemptively suing the state to block certification of its election results if the Republican incumbent loses by a margin smaller than the number of votes cast for a candidate with the same name as the incombent.
Let’s go through it all together.
We are now officially right in the middle of election season.
In fact, as we are recording
this, as of this moment, there have
been at least 27 million votes cast early in the 2026 midterms.
And so today let's do a quick roundup
of some election related news, including
the 10 non-citizens that were recently arrested over
in North Carolina for voting illegally.
Then over in California,
you had an appeals court reject a federal effort.
To challenge the non-citizens on their voter rolls.
Meanwhile, you have Trump now offering
million dollar bounties for anyone across.
Either the country, or perhaps even the world,
who turn in voter fraudsters.
And then you have the situation over in Alaska,
where one of their candidates for Senate was involved in a car crash.
And then separately, you have
the Trump administration preemptively suing the state
in order to block certification of their election results
if the Republican candidate loses.
Why? Let's go through it all together,
right after you smash those like and subscribe buttons,
so this video can be picked up by the algorithm
and shared out with ever more people.
People, thank you so much for that.
Now, let's start over in North Carolina, where,
as I mentioned, 10 non-citizens have been arrested
and charged for allegedly casting votes illegally in various elections.
According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, quote,
Three people were from Germany, two from Jamaica,
and one each from El Salvador, Haiti, Canada, Panama, and Montenegro.
Nine are lawful permanent residents, and one is an illegal immigrant.
Now, that illegal immigrant was from El Salvador.
And he allegedly entered the U.S. recently, being released
into the interior of the country by the Biden administration.
And he is accused of voting illegally in the 2024 general election
and then separately for possession of a pistol,
because a pistol was found in his possession within
the confines of his car when he was arrested.
Then among some of the other non-citizen
or non-citizen arrestees who are not illegal immigrants.
Some of them actually had criminal histories,
including for battery and assault.
Quote, among lawful permanent residents,
Karl Paul Fout from Germany is alleged to have illegally
voted in seven general elections between 2008 and 2024,
according to the Department of Justice.
Fout has prior convictions related to possessing marijuana and cocaine.
He entered the United States in 1960.
Another lawful permanent resident, Lawton Caswell
Broomfield E. McKenzie from Jamaica is accused
of voting illegally in three general elections from 2012 to 2024.
He has a criminal history of manufacturing
and distributing controlled substances, battery, and assault.
All 10 individuals face various charges, including falsely claiming
citizenship for registering to vote and voting by an immigrant.
Now, we here at the Epoch Times reached out to the legal teams
for all three of these men, but we were unable to reach them.
Also worth noting is that
These 10 came on the heels of another nine non-citizens
that were charged with voting
illegally over in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Quote, nine Pennsylvania non-citizens had
been charged with illegal voting.
Two were from Cuba and Kenya,
and the remaining five were from Poland, Israel, Russia, Greece,
and the Netherlands.
Now, these arrests came as a result
of the Trump administration's broad effort to try
and audit the voter rolls of all the different states.
We actually did a deep dive episode.
On that effort, but in short, the Department of Homeland Security,
they've been trying to get all the voter rolls and then clean them up,
but they have been hamstrung by uncooperative secretaries
of state in individual states that don't wish to comply,
as well as by lawsuits from a variety of organizations, including
the League of Women Voters, quote, the Trump administration faces
a legal challenge related to its efforts to clean up voter rolls.
On October 15th, three groups, including the League of Women Voters,
filed a lawsuit in the District of Columbia, alleging that federal
officials compiling voter data to counter fraud were acting illegally.
The DHS has obtained voter list data from the Justice Department
and commercial sources.
The department is assessing the data
to identify individuals ineligible to vote.
In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs asked the court to declare
that the data collection violated federal laws
and to enjoin government officials from carrying out these efforts.
Now, whether this particular lawsuit
or others like it will ultimately prove successful,
only time will tell. All right,
just to pause here for a super quick moment,
if you've watched our program, Facts Matter,
then you know that we focus on one thing,
which is the facts, not speculation,
not narratives, just what the data shows.
And right now, the data globally is pointing in a direction people
should really be paying attention to,
which is the fact that global conflicts
are fueling market uncertainty.
That's why I believe in owning something real,
something physical,
something that the government can't just inflate away,
which is physical gold and physical silver
from today's sponsor, which is American Hartford Gold,
the company that I trust
and who I've been personally buying from
for many years now.
These are tangible assets.
They're not tied to policy decisions
or shifting narratives.
Gold has held its value for thousands of years
through inflation.
Currency changes, the rise and fall of empires,
as well as general global instability.
In a certain sense, gold actually thrives
in periods of global instability.
And American Hartford Gold is a good company.
They have an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau,
thousands of five-star reviews.
They can deliver your gold and your silver directly
to your doorstep, or they can help
you set up a gold IRA if you're trying to diversify your retirement.
And right now, when you call and mention my name, Roman,
you can get up to $20,000 in free silver
with your first qualifying purchase.
So give him a call, 866-242-2352,
or just text Roman to 65532.
That's again, 866-242-2352,
or text Roman to 65532.
I'll also throw out all their details.
You'll be able to find them down
in the description box below.
However, by delaying the DHS,
the Department of Homeland Security like this,
They're basically only able to audit
the voter rolls of states with Republican state
majorities, since those are the only states
willingly complying and handing over their
data.
Blue states, on the other hand,
meaning states with either Democrat governance in the
gubernatorial seat, the governor's mansion, or the secretary of state.
They have not been complying,
and so they're not able to get voter rolls from the blue state,
which actually brings us neatly along
to our second story over in California,
where the Trump administration has given
election officials 48 hours to help verify
voters' citizenship. Quote,
the Department of Justice has sent letters to county election
officials in California,
warning them that they could face federal scrutiny if they refuse to
help identify suspected non-citizens on voter rolls
and set aside those people's mail ballots
So they can be verified.
The letters were dated October 23rd,
and the election officials were given 48 hours to cooperate
and help identify the citizenship status
of individuals on federal government lists.
Now, this story out of California is really a bit
of a microcosm of the two sides of the argument
happening pretty much across
the whole country, because on the one hand,
you have the Department of Homeland Security saying
that upwards of 190,000 suspected non-citizen voters
are registered to vote in the state of California.
In terms of indictments, though,
the DOJ announced last week that 28 non-citizens in California
are facing federal charges involving alleged election crimes.
Quote, prosecutors said defendants falsely claimed
U.S. citizenship to register to vote
and in many cases cast ballots.
The cases span California's four federal judicial
districts under Operation Protect the Vote,
which is the name of that federal voter cleanup effort.
But on the flip side, you have.
California officials disputing those claims
that there's widespread voter fraud within the state.
For instance, we here at the Epoch Times reached out
to the California Attorney General's office,
and here's what they got back to us with via email.
Quote, the 28 individuals charged
this morning represent a tiny fraction,
approximately 0.0001%
of California's more than 23 million registered voters.
That's not evidence of widespread voter fraud,
even if the allegations are true.
Now, alongside the Department of Homeland
Security asking all the election officials
in the state to voluntarily comply,
you also have the DOJ filing a lawsuit
which aims to sequester 20,000 mail-in ballots from individuals
that the feds suspect, at least, are non-citizens.
However,
An appeals court has just rejected
the federal legal challenge asking the state to do this.
Quote,
The complaint was first filed with the lower court
on October 15th, after prosecutors said
California had failed to meet a deadline to complete
a review of 20,000 suspected non-citizens
who had been sent mail-in ballots.
The Department of Justice filed an emergency application last
week to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco,
asking it to block California
from counting the ballots,
but a three-judge panel handed down a two-to-one decision.
against the Department of Justice,
citing a lack of jurisdiction to rule on the matter
because a lower district court had not yet issued its ruling.
The majority of the federal appeals court,
judges Mark Bennett and Gabriel Sanchez,
dismissed the DOJ's emergency motion
and remanded the matter back to the lower court.
According to the majority's decision,
the United States failed to allow the district court
adequate opportunity to consider
its lawsuit seeking to block California
from counting the 20,000 ballots at issue.
The federal appeals court also wrote,
That granting the DOJ's emergency application would
also cause confusion among California voters
with about a week left before the November 3rd election day.
Meaning, in practice, the case has yet
to be adjudicated one way or the other.
It's just kind of a slog through the legal system.
Regardless of that, though, regardless
of how the case plays itself out,
for this upcoming November 3rd midterm election,
These mail-in ballots will not be sequestered,
but don't worry because with all these legal
challenges underway, president Trump has a plan,
which is to go basically over the courts and
directly to the people and offer them $1 million
in bouncy money to snitch out any illegal voters.
Here was what president Trump posted on truth social quote,
anybody reporting voter fraud in the past elections
or the upcoming 2026 midterm election.
Now, it's yet
to be made clear how
the reward money
would be provided,
which agency would be involved,
and whether or not this is generally something
that the government is issuing.
or whether this is something that Trump will
be paying for out of pocket.
We here at the Epoch Times reached out
to the White House for clarification,
but all they did was just send us a link to that Truth Social post.
So I guess it means if you do turn in someone for voter fraud,
Good luck collecting that million dollar bounty.
Moving along, though, to the great state of Alaska,
where one of the major candidates just suffered injury in a car crash.
Quote, the Democrat vying to become Alaska's next
U.S. senator suffered minor injuries in a car crash over the weekend.
Mary Peltola, the Democratic candidate for the Senate seat,
was in a vehicle with her family on Saturday night
when another car struck it.
Those facts, by the way, I'll mention
were according to her campaign office, by the way.
And it continues, quote,
Ms. Peltola was traveling as part
of a seven-day tour of eight communities
ahead of the November 3rd election.
According to her campaign manager,
Mary and her family sustained minor injuries but are in good spirits.
She did cancel several legs
of her campaign events leading into election day.
Well, I guess she didn't cancel them, she postponed them.
However, separately from this accident,
you had the Trump administration filing a new lawsuit against the state
asking them to not certify the Senate election results.
And the reason is surprising, to say the least.
There are two candidates with basically
the exact same name on the ballot,
which federal officials say is going
to cause confusion among the voters in the state.
Senator Daniel S. Sullivan, the sitting Republican senator,
is running in the general election against three challengers,
including independent candidate Dan Sullivan,
also known as Daniel J. Sullivan,
and Democrat Mary Peltola.
According to Justice Department lawyers,
the only purpose of Dan Sullivan's candidacy
is to confuse voters and mislead supporters
of Senator Sullivan into voting for him,
which will make it easier for Peltola to win.
That is really taking the old adage of,
if you can't beat him, join him, to a whole nother level.
They're basically accusing him of being
A out-and-out spoiler candidate.
And as such, the Justice Department is suing preemptively
in the event that the incumbent senator loses.
Quote,
The Justice Department cited a law that says state officials
must protect the integrity of the electoral process
in a Supreme Court ruling that concluded states have
an interest in excluding frivolous or fraudulent candidacies.
According to the filing, should Alaska certify any electoral results
tainted by the inclusion on the ballot of Daniel J. Sullivan,
The state and its officers will fail
in its obligation to protect the integrity of its
election. The results should not be certified if two factors are met,
the Trump administration said.
One is Senator Sullivan losing.
The other is that all the votes that went to Dan Sullivan
would have resulted in Senator Sullivan's win
if counted for the incumbent.
Now, we here at The Epoch Times reached out
to the incumbent, Dan Sullivan,
but have yet to hear back.
We then also reached out to Daniel J. Sullivan's campaign.
But that email bounced back,
so maybe either the inbox is full or the email just is not real.
The only one that did get back to us
was a spokesperson for the Democrat, Mary Peltola,
the one that was injured in the car accident.
And here is what a spokesperson for her campaign told us via email.
Quote,
This is a despicable political threat to overturn an election.
We will fight to ensure every single eligible voter
in Alaska can make their voice heard
And that's no bureaucrat or politician from the lower 48.
And so I guess we'll just have to wait
and see how this whole affair transpires.
And just for your general reference, the last time
that Senator Daniel Sullivan was on the ballot was in the year 2020.
And in that election, he won 54 to 41 percent.
He got 54 and the Democrat got 41,
with the independent nominee in that election getting 5 percent.
And so let's see how those numbers change
when you compare them to this upcoming 2020
Thank
you

much.
