It does feel great. Now,
we do have low rain chances late today. We're talking
late afternoon in the evening hours
with our weak cold front that comes in. Behind that front,
cooler and breezy for Friday.
Temperatures will drop back down to normal. And then this weekend,
for sure feeling like fall, we have a lot of clouds
and other disturbance. We'll bring in
a few showers, especially west-southwest late Saturday.
But highs this weekend in the 60s,
yeah, that's due to the cloud cover.
If we had sunshine, we'd get into the 70s. But still.
Yeah, it feels good.
And it's going to feel good.
So two opportunities for rain.
They're not great.
And the first one starts later today.
I think as you get closer to the Red River,
that's where the best chance will be for some
showers.
We'll leave in 10% for DFW through the evening hours
in between systems Friday and then Saturday
late afternoon into the evening.
We'll look to the west southwest initially
for those rain chances could get a few closer
to DFW.
This disturbance that we're tracking
is going to generally stay to our south.
So because of that, I think that's where
the better rain chances will be.
And then likely on Sunday, we're dry, just dealing with clouds.
Meanwhile, South Texas will have the better rain chances.
So this is what happens with our temperatures.
Thanks to the front, we go from 78, a little warm today,
to 70 tomorrow, mid and upper 60s this weekend,
and then back to 70 by early next week.
And then temperatures should climb a few more degrees after that.
But this is a nice stretch of overall pleasant temperatures.
Clear skies this morning.
Here's our front, well to the north and west.
And as this gets closer,
More cloud cover will be around,
but still should be a pretty good-looking day.
A little chilly, mid to upper 40s in several spots already.
45 still in Greenville, 48 in Terrell and Denton,
47 from Bridgeport to Gainesville.
But low 50s, Bonham, Paris, Athens, not bad,
and now 57 in Fort Worth and Dallas.
We'll likely see these temperatures drop another degree
or two before the sun comes up and then our nice warm up.
So even by lunchtime, just a few fair weather clouds,
south winds 10 to 15 miles an hour, mid 70s.
That's patio weather.
Have lunch outside if you can today.
And then we'll call it partly sunny late afternoon
with that high right around 78.
Here comes our front.
It'll be a little breezy back behind it,
but I think that won't happen until the overnight hours.
So we'll keep in these low rain chances through the evening.
Notice, I think, especially I-20 northward.
And then we're still dealing with clouds tomorrow,
so it won't be cold in the morning.
But that breeze will make it feel a little cooler.
We start in the 50s and climb into the upper 60s and low 70s.
I have us right at 70 for DFW.
Thank you.
Weatherly wind component could have some gusts to 20 miles an hour,
so it'll feel a little cool.
Still have a decent amount of clouds around,
and we'll keep with that going through your weekend.
Here's your full-worn seven-day forecast with our low rain chances,
especially north later on today, high of 78.
We're back to 70 tomorrow behind the front with that north breeze.
And then more clouds, low rain chances late Saturday,
highs in the mid and upper 60s this weekend,
and then a slow climb back through the low
and mid-70s going into next week.
