Welcome to my kitchen, I'm Chef Hafsa and today I've brought a very delicious chocolate chip cake recipe for you that too without an oven, meaning we'll make the cake in a pan without an oven and it'll turn out to be very amazing it'll be very smooth, soft, spongy and flavorful so let's start making the cake with this chocolate first, we'll keep a bowl and add 1 cup of chocolate chips along with that, we'll add 1 tsp of all-purpose flour and we'll mix it well so that the chocolate chips don't get flour-coated after mixing it well, we'll set it aside now we'll add 3 eggs to a bowl along with that, we'll add 125 gm of sugar 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of vanilla essence now we'll beat it well with the help of a beater we have to beat it till the eggs are fluffy and creamy so as you can see, I've beaten it so much that the batter is creamy and smooth now if we lift the beater like this, the batter won't go in immediately it'll go up like this now we'll add 50 gm of melted butter and we'll mix it well like this so it's mixed well, now we'll remove the beater now we'll keep a sieve on the bowl and add 115 gm of all-purpose flour 10 gm of cocoa powder 1 tsp of baking powder and we'll sieve everything and add it to the bowl now we'll mix the batter well with the help of a spatula so it's mixed well, there shouldn't be any dry flour left now we'll add chocolate chips to it which we had coated in all-purpose flour and we'll mix it lightly like this now we'll keep 2 loaf pans of 1 lb we'll add a little oil to it and grease the pan well then we'll cut a butter paper of the size of the pan and put it on the pan then we'll add the batter, we'll divide the batter into two parts and add it and then we'll bake it, so after a long time, today we'll bake it without an oven so for that, we'll keep a stand in a big pot and we'll cover it and heat it on a low flame for 10 minutes it's better if you preheat the pot beforehand for example, if you're making a cake batter and you want to preheat the pot on a low flame we'll keep the pan in the pot and cover it well and check that the pot is not open from anywhere and now we'll bake it for 30-35 minutes on a medium to low flame, it'll bake well so it's been 20 minutes now and when our cake is half way through baking, we'll add chocolate chips to it and we'll cover it again so it's been 30 minutes now, now we'll check it with the help of a skewer we'll put the skewer in the cake like this now we'll cook the cake from the top side as well so for that, we'll keep a hot pan on the pot so our chocolate chip cake is ready, we'll take it out we'll separate the pan from the sides like this we'll take it out like this we'll remove the butter paper from the top so see how amazing the cake has turned out see how soft and spongy the texture is it's a very soft, spongy and flavorful cake so our delicious chocolate chip cake without oven is baked and ready if you liked the recipe, please like the video and subscribe to the YouTube channel see you in the next recipe, Allah Hafiz
