SIBERIAN HUSKY ｜ Using a Hair Removal Grooming Glove

Smells like a dog fart in here. Is it you? Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. I had to bribe Falcon with treats to come sit here nicely with me So here we are. Okay. Okay, you can have this one too. Sit down wait So if you guys have seen my previous video about husky grooming, you'll know that Falcon Really really really really hates getting brushed most grooming sessions with her involve me trying my best to not get bit and A lot of crying on both our parts so what happens is Falcon usually ends up being not as well brushed or groomed as Phoenix's and It kind of makes the hair that she does shed really hard to control Whereas Phoenix I can brush that hair off scoop it up throw it in the trash Falcon will just come into a room shake and then just hair will be everywhere in the air on my clothes in our food The floor has just been vacuumed So basically I've been trying to find other solutions that aren't this This and like while this does a pretty good job of not scaring her It still kind of looks like a brush so she is skeptical of it It's like hair flying off it and it's also not that big So I end up having to like brush her once and then take a bunch of hair off of it And it's not as efficient as I wanted enter the hair removal glove I'm sure you guys have seen something like this at a pet store or Somewhere near you I saw this one at pet smart. It's like the as seen on TV version I got this for I think it was $14.99 which is like really expensive to me for a glove that basically has like rubber pieces on it and then to kind of compare I saw this one Just like our local supermarket, and it was $4.99 I feel like if this thing works right I can kind of trick Falcon into getting groomed And maybe she'll just think she's getting pets You just want more kisses you just want more treats. Oh hi Phoenix So I'm opening this one from the supermarket first. It's just called pet hair removal glove. Here's what the tag looks like It basically just looks like it looks like an oven mitt. There isn't even really a clear like thumb indentation It's like super loose because clearly all of these things come in one size, and I need size miniature I guess I'll just start trying to do this good girl That's a good girl So I've already done like three Strokes, and I don't know like it doesn't seem to be taking a lot of the hair off There's like this much on it right now, and my hand is kind of like sliding around in it Come here Falcon You're missing out on all the pets. I can see this like piece of hair right now on Phoenix That's like sticking out and like I just really want to pull it out, but this glove isn't taking it out I'm gonna take it out. Oh How did it not get this I see all these little like tufts sticking out of Phoenix And they're just like not coming out with this glove thing Yeah, Falcon still definitely has a lot of hair like sticking up here. That is not coming off. Here's how much I have now And it doesn't really come off that easily either oh I feel like they're sticking on to this like This part more than they're sticking on to the like glove part But also because I just can't really get a good like fit on this glove all right We're gonna try this fancy guy. Let's see if $10 more really is worth it So right off the bat these like rubbery things feel slightly grippier than the ones from the supermarket The weird part about this for me is that like it has five fingers And I don't know is that really gonna like allow me to get more hair since this is a one size Like and my hands are tiny I'm pretty sure I'm still gonna be flopping around in there, but we'll see I'm gonna Just put this on and then like put this little Thing on and it's definitely pretty secure my hands still moving around in there But like not as bad as the other guy, and we're just gonna get to it one two Three all right already. This is doing a way better job than the other guy, and that was only three pets Look at that I'm amazed. I'm actually amazed I was thinking like oh I'm gonna get the cheap supermarket version and it will work just as good on the advertisements for this you're supposed to just peel this It looks really satisfying this is still kind of coming off like in like a staticky mess But it is a lot easier than the other guy. This is way better. Good job Falcon. You are a good model. Oh my gosh Look at all that hair. Oh My god. Do you actually like this are you enjoying yourself the only complaint? I have about this is that I have to like unload This a lot more often than I'd like to Just because if I don't like I'm just spreading the hair around on her, but holy crap. This is working really well Falcon I'm impressed like look at this This is amazing. I'm legitimately impressed Definitely still eating a lot of hair it is floating around I don't know what it is about husky hair, or maybe it's all dog hair in general, but it just doesn't like Want to land on the ground it wants to like float in the air you're doing amazing You're so calm right now Wow I think Phoenix is a little jealous. Are you jealous? Are you okay? Are you mad? Are you is this okay still or can you tell it's put oh here we go ah So here's what we've got so far in husky land this this isn't really a lot But in Falcon land that this is a lot for one session. Okay. I think she's caught on are you pissed? He's supposed to feel really nice. Okay. I won't do it so hard Don't bite me. I take care of you I walk you and I feed you and I give you treats And I love you, and I let you sleep on my bed like please don't bite me. I think oh my god I Think Falcon has figured out that this is grooming her and perhaps. It's not the way it feels It's just the fact that she knows that It's a grooming her which is making her annoyed Falcons had it are you done alright, so I was able to get this much hair Out of like maybe 15 minutes of doing this which for Falcon is like a lot. It's a lot I'm not usually able to get this before she starts like trying to kill me. I would say this is a pretty sweet product This one not so much. I think Maybe on this little glove guy like first that it didn't fit very well like it didn't have this like velcro thing That really helps it stay on my hand and the other thing was like these little like Teeth are too close, and I just like don't think the hair Gets in between them and like sticks to it very well Where is the these are further apart and the rubber feels like pretty sticky the other thing worth noting though is that Falcon still? Definitely Realized that I was grooming her in the beginning. I guess maybe it wasn't so clear She thought she was just getting pets, but uh towards the end She was pissed and she was just like I've had enough of this which is basically how all our other grooming sessions go But the good news is most of those other grooming sessions I do one swipe of the brush, and she's already trying to bite at me.
