some thoughts on heartbreak 💔.
Hello. I feel like vlogging for some reason right now because I'm in a really talkative mood.
Basically, I was just thinking about heartbreak because somebody on Instagram asked me for tips
on dealing with heartbreak. I think that every relationship that we get in is a perfect match
vibrationally to the work that we've done so far in our lives. So whatever you're attracting is
kind of what you're meant to attract based on how far you've developed your own
existence. You balance out with whatever partner you attract. I think that we fall in love with
whatever person we need to learn from the most. Once we've learned everything that we need to
learn from them, that's when the relationship ends. It definitely sucks when it ends because
you're so used to having that person around all the time and it hurts to lose them. But
I think it's just like life's way of giving you the lessons that you need to learn and then when
the relationship ends, you have to go out into life and integrate those lessons and you have
to take everything that you learned from that relationship and just apply it to your life.
Deep connections with people will bring out parts of yourself that maybe you didn't even know was
there or it'll just teach you things about yourself that you might have not realized had
that person not come along and pulled that part out of you. And I think that each relationship
that we have kind of takes a part of you and shows you that part and teaches you things about
the other person too of course. And then when you leave the relationship you have all these
these new things that you know about yourself that you've learned
and that you can integrate and apply in your next relationship and just in your life in general.
And so each relationship we have is kind of like a stepping stone to the ultimate relationship
that we will be in. I think that each person that we fall in love with has something to teach us
and there's a reason that we don't last forever with everybody because some people are just here
to teach you something and then they go. And this is the same for friendships not just lovers. People
are all in your life to teach you something and then once that lesson's been taught they're gonna
go. And if you didn't fully learn the lesson you're gonna keep making the same mistake.
You're gonna keep getting into relationships just like the last one until you finally learn
the lesson that you're supposed to learn. And I think that's like the universe's way of teaching
you what you need to know and I guess bringing you more towards the highest version of yourself.
So the way I see relationships and breakups is once you've broken up with a person of course
you're gonna feel sad but at the same time you have to feel grateful. You have to just be thankful
that that person entered your life in the first place and be thankful for all the lessons that
they taught you. All the good times that you had together. I don't know I feel like gratitude is
just the cure for sadness in a lot of situations. And if you can just look at heartbreak from a
perspective of gratitude and just be grateful that that person entered your life and taught you the
things that they taught you that is how you get over a breakup easier. And take those things take
everything that you learned from that relationship and apply it to every other area of your life.
Maybe your partner was really really socially confident and being around them taught you to
be more socially confident. Now just because you've broken up with them doesn't mean that
you lose that. You still have that new part of yourself that's socially really confident
and you can go out and apply that to the real world. It's like you have you reached the level
that you needed to reach in that relationship and now you can use that in the real world.
And in your next relationship it's going to be another level up. Like each person is a different
like challenge a different thing to figure out. Different aspects of yourself are going to come
out with each person and eventually when you find your person that you're meant to be with
forever have children with whatever you're gonna have gone through all of these other people
and be so grateful for all those experiences because they brought you to where you are now
and you probably wouldn't be with this this ultimate person had you not experienced the
things that you had to go through before. I think you have to go through the tough experiences
to get to the the more positive ones. I'm talking a lot. But yeah I think everybody
comes into your life for a reason and not everybody is meant to stay in your life forever
and if you can accept that and look at each relationship from a place of gratitude
it's a lot easier to get over heartbreak. I don't know you just kind of have to have faith
in the universe that everything's gonna work out and everybody's just everybody's here to teach
you something and you're here to teach them something and everything's gonna be fine in the
end. From every hard situation in life no matter what it is if it's a relationship or a health
problem or somebody's death or whatever you just have to try to find the positive in it and to like
be grateful for what it's taught you. Everything that we go through is here to make us a stronger
person. So even if something seems really hard and like really impossible to get through right now
you gotta trust that it's happening for a reason. It's happening to teach you something and you're
gonna come out of the situation so much stronger and everything's gonna be okay. Don't let a breakup
or anything like that bring you down too much. Everybody is in everybody's on their own path
everybody is trying to figure life out and sometimes people aren't meant to be together
forever. Sometimes one person wants to go this way and another person wants to go that way
and it's sad to say goodbye but in the end you're gonna go that way and you're gonna meet some other
person on that path and then maybe you guys will walk the path together for a little while and then
you might split off and go on different paths and then you might find another person along your path
and you might walk with them for a while or forever who knows but while you're walking on
your path when you're not walking with somebody you really have to learn how to enjoy your own
company because nobody's gonna want to walk with you if you're not having a great time by yourself
like if somebody sees that you're having a great time walking your path doing your thing they're
gonna be like dude i want to join that path i want to walk with them they seem like they're having a
great ******* time and so you just have to you just gotta do your own thing and be happy doing it
maybe that means spending some time alone and working on different things that interest you
like you could work on yoga or work on your art or work on growing your business or work on your
studies or whatever it is that you do work on yourself don't focus so much on finding love
because you're not going to find it if you're out searching for it when you're not ready for it
you have to be the person that you're like before you find love you need to learn how to love
yourself and really truly enjoy your own company because if somebody sees you enjoying your company
they're gonna want to be a part of it i don't know i'm just kind of rambling at this point
but i think you get the point i don't know i hope this video helps somebody that's struggling even
if it only helps one person that's why i i make these videos is just i want to help people with
things that they're going through that i've also been through okay i need to drive home now i've
been sitting in this parking lot for like an hour i just got my um some key lights on my ear
injected with a steroid at a plastic surgeon just another day in the life all right i hope you
