Wow.
So I've reached the point of the road where I can no longer drive.
I am going to hike from here on out.
I'm actually surprised my car has made it this far
considering how rough these backcountry roads are.
So I'm beside this river right now and that's actually the reason why I'm here.
I saw this place on a map and I'm just kind of here on a bit of a scouting mission
to see if I can run this river next week over a couple days.
So tonight I'm just going to cook some food, camp out,
get a sense of the place and see if maybe this is something I can do in the future.
That all looks great.
Food time.
All right, a little bit of avocado.
Oh man, it's amazing.
Awesome.
The garnish makes it look so fancy.
Yeah, the lemon is just so nice on there.
This is a lime.
This is a lime, not a lemon.
Wow, even by itself it's really good.
What a nice flavor.
So I just found a new tool that'll make my pocket bellows obsolete.
This thing, useless now.
Check this out.
All you need is a drone.
Why take this tiny little thing when you can take all this?
Right?
Out of all the times I went camping this year and slept beside the fire,
I only got one hole in my sleeping bag.
And then two weeks ago when I slept beside a cedar fire,
I got about eight holes in my sleeping bag.
This fire is very volatile.
I put cedar in it.
It seems to be sparking up a storm.
You know what?
I'm just going to lay down, enjoy it for a while,
and then I'll put it up before I go to sleep.
Yeah, I didn't put the fire out.
Now I have eight holes in my sleeping bag.
I think this fire will go all night.
Bright and early.
We're not bright, it's early.
It's chilly out.
I'm gonna, I'm gonna get my day started before the sunrise.
What a beautiful morning.
I'm pretty excited to do this river next week.
I'm gonna do it.
Feels like the chakras are really aligned for this place.
Chakrutari, Shashank Redemption.
This seems to be the largest hazard I've seen so far is this strainer.
But it looks like a pretty mild, easygoing river
and it looks like it'll be a lot of fun.
So, nice couple of days on the river.
Oh yeah, coffee.
Hope you guys enjoyed that one as much as I did.
Thanks for watching.
Have a nice day.
