When we wish to embark on the journey of natural healing - we must change our beliefs. We must see ourselves as natural beings - connected to all of nature. By changing the way we see ourselves and cultivating positive thoughts - we give our body, mind and soul the best conditions to cleanse and heal. And we CAN heal!! YES of course we can heal!!!
Cleansing and healing, step by step.
Cleansing and healing, cleansing and healing. Cleansing and healing step by step.
Cleansing and healing step by step.
Cleansing and healing step.
Cleansing and healing step by step.
Hi my dear, beautiful, wonderful, fantastic, healthy, sweet, sweet friends.
This is going to be a little series about healing and about getting well.
And I'm really excited because I just love the subject.
And the words you can heal were words I read in a book during my period of being very, very sick.
And when I saw those three words, you can heal, it just changed my life.
And it showed me that what we believe affects everything.
And from then on, I healed more and more and more, quicker and quicker.
And this is partly something I want to share with you, that what you believe is fundamental.
So anyway, and I do believe, as I said, we can all heal.
Because we're meant to be here in a healthy body and living very, very beautiful lives.
So it's all the great plan.
So I've written down a few things, and we're going to go into some different subjects.
But we'll just sort of start off with the fundamentals, how to get started.
And as I said in the last video, to start to be yourself is the very first step.
And then we're going to look at our beliefs.
Our thoughts are very, very powerful.
They affect everything we are.
So it's very important to make sure that our thoughts are healing thoughts, thoughts that make us heal.
And for many of us, because of our upbringing, because of the way we've seen people living,
we've all come to believe, especially in the Western world, that disease is something that you just have to live with.
It's a normal part of life, and you can try a few things, but you probably can't really heal.
Just live with it.
And that's a lie.
So that's the first one that we have to sort of set aside.
And you can't push the bad thoughts away,
but you can bring in new thoughts that just make the bad thoughts fall away from you.
And so when we start to believe something, it's good to sort of get a picture of,
instead of just saying, I believe this and this and this, to just have a look at what is this all about.
And we've talked about this many times, and I'll just go into it again,
that this universe, all of us, all of creation, is actually a huge sea of love.
And it's because everything is a manifestation of God.
So right back before Earth was created, God was there,
or you can call it the greatest power of all, the power of creation, or whatever you want to call it.
I call it God.
And God wished to manifest himself physically.
So this whole universe, and probably all the universes, I don't know it all,
but I just know this world and this universe was created.
And it comes from this place, which is invisible.
And it's love.
So the essence of everything is love.
So it's this love essence that's just being shot out, and all this that we are is here.
So we are part of all this.
We are one being.
You are a flower, a human flower.
This is a flower.
We're all these beings.
And in our core, we are love.
So the more we do things that are love-filled,
the more we're actually reconnecting with who we are.
And disease, being unwell, our life not functioning, is all distortion of love.
It's when love is not working well.
So it's distorted, and it's disharmonious.
So when we want to heal, we want to come back to harmony.
We want to live in harmony with ourselves and with the world around us.
Because where there's harmony, there's well-being.
This flower is just showing us who we can be, how we can be.
It's filled with well-being.
It's got no sickness.
It's just well.
It's what it's meant to be.
And so we hold all this within us.
And as human beings, with all the consciousness we have,
we can't just stand there like a flower,
because we are so affected by culture and all these things that are in our minds.
So we have to find the track back again to find this state.
So I think this is a wonderful way to see it,
that in our core, we are love.
And that's the natural part of us.
And in here, of course, we're completely pure.
We're completely well, deep in us.
So it's the outer layers that are unwell.
So what we want to do is to reconnect with this love
and let this core that we have inside us spread itself out
so all these layers fall off.
So it's a very simple way to put it, and you might not believe it,
but that's the way I see it, and that's helped me immensely,
to see that all the goodness I want doesn't come from outside in,
comes from inside out.
And all the badness that I have been experiencing in my life,
physically, mentally, emotionally,
is layers that have been stuck on me.
I have allowed, I've carried around this pain and these bad things
that have covered up the beauty and all the goodness inside me.
So the more I start connecting with this love and this goodness inside me,
the more it will grow.
So I think this is a good way to see it,
so that you see yourself this way.
And the old thoughts that, oh, you know, you've got this disease
and so many people are sick and that's the way it is,
that's the way it's going to have to be, can't be there.
They can't be there both at the same time.
So seeing yourself as this pure love being
is really a wonderful, wonderful way to start your process of healing.
And we're going to connect some words to this picture of us,
because words, like thoughts, words are so powerful.
Words like, I'm no good, they affect every cell in your body,
every molecule senses this when you say, I'm no good, I'm sick.
So we're going to put some words in there that connect with the love in us
and that make that spread out.
Because we want this love, the love vibe, the goodness to affect our cells.
So as I said in the other video,
our body is just a manifestation of what's going on in us.
And the more beauty and love and goodness and wellness we have inside us,
the more we'll see it and feel it in our body.
And to believe in this God, to have this,
I think that's a very, very important step,
but you can, of course, there's many ways to heal,
but this is my suggestion and what's helped me
is to really understand that there is a God.
So there's me and there's God.
There's a creation and there's God.
And God is in here, but God is also outside me.
And to start to ask for help.
It's very important, especially in our day and age,
where we are so self-sufficient and nobody needs to help me
and I can manage, don't come here and all this business.
It's so wonderful to go into like a child state and ask for help.
And when you ask, you will be given.
You can be sure.
You will be given.
So we're going to make a little prayer.
And these, you can call, is a prayer or affirmations
that you can use in the beginning of your healing process.
And you can use them every day, many times a day.
And they will affect your body positively straight away.
And they will set into motion the help that's there for you.
But as we've heard so many times, like the angels are here to help us,
if you don't ask, they can't do it.
You have to ask them.
We are helped sometimes without asking,
but most of the time it's best to ask.
So we're going to... I've made a little prayer here.
And we're going to make sure we have a healthy, love-filled belief,
that we have trust, and that we ask,
and that when we've asked, we start to do the work.
So we connect with God, ask for help,
and messages will start coming to us.
Sensations will start coming.
So that's the way God helps us.
He guides us from within.
And when the guidance comes, we have to do what he says.
Because if you just ask for healing,
and you just keep on doing what you've been doing,
that's been making you sick, you won't heal.
So it's in your hands, you have to do the hard work.
But you will be helped, and I promise you, you will.
So this is the little prayer.
Dear God, or dear power of love.
If you don't believe in God, you can say, dear power of love.
Thank you that you are here in me.
And thank you that you are all around me.
Please help me to heal.
Help me heal in my body, mind, and soul.
Please help me live in harmony with myself and all around me.
I trust that you will guide me every step.
I know that I can heal.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
So that was the prayer.
Now I'll just move on to a bit of knowledge,
a bit of understanding of the way our bodies work,
and how you can start off practically in your life
by doing something physical.
And I've mentioned many things.
You can look into the videos, how to start to do things.
And if you find a video, especially speaking to you,
like one about coffee and MS, oh, that sounds exciting.
It's probably your inner, it's yourself saying, go for it.
Try it, do it.
But we all have to do different things.
So it's unique for you, what's good for you.
But understanding that all of life, all of physical life,
works in rhythms.
That we are the rhythm of every day, morning, midday, evening,
and night time, all the seasons, the sun, the moon, everything.
We are all part of that.
We are completely connected to that.
So our bodies work with nature, always, because they are natural.
They are natural beings.
So it's really, really good to get to understand
that we can start off with the morning.
The morning time is time when your body has come out of this deep rest
during the night, and it's getting ready for a new day.
And if you start filling your stomach with lots of food
as soon as you get up, because you're used to doing that,
it's not necessarily what your body wants.
You're just doing it because you've always done it.
So I've found myself to be very, very gentle in the morning.
Very gentle.
Make sure you get up early, and that's easier for some than others.
But according to Ayurveda, the Indian life philosophy,
everybody should get up early.
And I feel it very much myself.
The energy, this is late morning, this is 10 o'clock,
the life force, the energy, the vitality is there in the morning.
It's just enormous.
So if you start getting up early, you will feel a change
if you haven't been doing that for a long time.
And understand that your body is getting ready for the day.
It's not ready for a huge meal, and it's not really hungry.
So water is so good in the morning.
Getting up, and you see, have a look at the animals.
They get up and they're sort of stretching and looking around.
It's like a little birth, like a little baby.
That's what we are in the morning.
Be very gentle with yourself.
And we come to midday, and there our digestion is ready for food.
All our body has prepared for food.
So during the morning, eat lightly.
And if you need something very filling or you feel really hungry,
maybe have some broth or some raw yogurt
or something that you really feel is filling you.
But you probably find that it is best to be very light in the morning
and have lots of fluids.
And Hippocrates said so many beautiful things 2,500 years ago.
And one of the things he suggests is apple cider vinegar.
And apple cider vinegar is a very, very healing substance.
And what it does is it helps the gut cleanse.
It helps the whole body become more alkaline,
so the pH of the body is balanced.
And also it's a prebiotic,
so all the probiotics you're going to have during the day,
it gives good conditions for your probiotics to live.
So having apple cider vinegar in warm water is very good for the morning.
And when you come to midday,
it's good to start to have a good substantial meal.
And that's actually from 11 o'clock until 2 o'clock in the afternoon
is the best time to have really heavy food,
foods that really, really nourish you.
And your digestion is working at its optimal there.
And actually after 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock at night,
it's best not to eat too much and become light again
because your body is now getting ready for its deep rest at night.
So be gentle also in the evening.
So in the evening we're winding down
and the body is getting ready for assimilation.
So all the nutrients you've been having during the day,
it is breaking down and making into energy
so that all your blood is being filled with all these nutrients
that comes from your food.
And then comes the night,
and of course it's good getting up early,
it's good going to bed early
because the best sleep you get is before 12.
And when you're healing, you need enormous amounts of rest.
And at night it's really important that you get your sleep.
And if you're not really tired, still just going to bed early
and just relaxing is really wonderful.
So at night time it's like a little death,
your body, all the processes that are going on,
all the activity goes right down to a low.
And you actually, they say, you go into the spirit world.
You're very much in your spirit at night.
And your spirit is digesting all the things
that have been happening through the day.
So just following nature, doing what the animals do,
is such a wonderful way to start your healing process.
So to understand that this is really what your body wants.
And to go out for a whole night
and do something crazy once in a while is okay
because it's so important when we're healing naturally
to always be gentle and also allow for spontaneity.
So whatever makes you joyful, do it.
So it's good to have some rules that you have,
but make sure to not be strict with yourself.
So it's a fine balance that you want to do certain things
in a certain way, but don't become a slave to it.
As long as you feel you're enjoying it,
you're doing what your soul wants.
So this was the first little video in our series
and I wish you all just lots of beauty and well-being
right where you are, right now.
See you soon.
