#vlog
Today I met my parents and we went shopping together at Costco.
I buy a latte and a hot dog and head home.
I don't have a car, so I don't get to go to Costco very often, but today my parents have a car, so I bought some in bulk.
Purchased item. (My father is sleeping in the background. Lol)
I always buy eggs when I go to Costco.
A set of 2 packs of 10 pieces is so cheap.
I shared one pack of eggs with my parents.
I was curious about the low-carb croissant.
I love that it comes in a pack of 12 and the expiration date is more than a month away.
What does it taste like? fun.
I think I'll make a sandwich and take it to lunch at work.
I bought this because I often use canned tuna.
It costs about 110 yen per can.
Stored in the back of the kitchen for immediate use.
Here's what I couldn't fit in.
I've been hooked on oat milk lately.
I often make a cafe latte with a cafe au lait base, and it's really delicious when I make it with this.
It's sugar-free, healthy, and provides protein.
I often bring it to work and use it as a companion for work in the morning.
If you live alone, it can be difficult to consume just one liter of milk, but
since you can always keep this at room temperature, it's a blessing for those who live alone! !
It costs about 116 yen per bottle.
I also bought yogurt.
The expiration date is about two weeks away, so you can consume it if you drink it every day.
I am conscious of eating yogurt every day.
Cheese is often eaten for health reasons.
Cottage cheese is mild and light, making it easy to eat and goes well with a variety of dishes.
I would like to eat it as a topping on salad or tomato pasta.
The next item I purchased was burdock tea.
I don't like making it with hot water, so I usually buy products that can be brewed with cold water, but this is of course OK.
Burdock tea is very effective for aging care and diet.
You can get it at Kaldi or supermarkets, but I think it's expensive in small quantities.
Costco's burdock tea comes in large quantities and is good value for money.
I think burdock tea has a peculiar taste, but once you get used to it, you'll be able to drink it.
You can easily make tea like this.
It costs about 11 yen per package.
The expiration date is the year after next, so you can drink it all.
I wanted to eat this so I ended up buying it.
Includes 3 types of Rappokki assortments and instructions on how to make them!
But one set of this serves 3 people. .
The contents look like this, so I think I'll split it into two and eat it.
You can split the ramen in half, and if you have leftover mochi, you can freeze it.
I bought multi-grain rice from Costco for the first time.
Contains 20 types of grains.
Add one bag for every 2 to 3 cups and cook.
Make a video while cooking rice.
This is my first time buying Korean dumplings.
It seems that you can make both boiled dumplings and fried dumplings.
I also bought some wine and some cheese.
I bought this because I fell in love with the packaging.
The contents of the snack assortment look like this.
It's convenient because it comes in small packs and lasts for a long time.
I also bought some salmon, but I'm tired today so I'll leave the portioning work to tomorrow.
Costco's asparagus that I forgot to introduce yesterday.
There are so many.
It's on sale and you can get it cheaper than usual.
I often buy Costco's asparagus because it's thick and filling.
Keep it in frozen stock.
Put the remaining half in the vegetable drawer.
For lunch, I'll try some Rappokki right away.
The recipe calls for water, but I bought it saying you could use milk, so I'm going to try making it with soy milk.
I'll eat half next time.
I added asparagus and noodles and
it turned out delicious!
Finish by topping with boiled eggs!
I'll enjoy having this.
The spiciness is mild, and the rich sauce has a slightly sweet taste, which I think is similar to corn potage.
I liked it because it has a flavor that I wouldn't be able to make on my own.
It's a festival of mochi, ramen, and carbohydrates, but I'm happy to be able to enjoy them all at once.
After I finish eating, I portion out the salmon I bought yesterday.
Sprinkle salt on it to remove the smell and leave it for some time.
Make your favorite steamed frozen stock.
Yuzu pepper and mayonnaise.
It's very delicious with just these two seasonings.
did it!
Freeze it as is, and
when you want to eat it, just pour water into a frying pan and steam it for 15 minutes.
Let's eat this on a weekday night.
Next time, grill the salmon and freeze it.
Sprinkle with alcohol and simmer over low heat.
1 tablespoon sugar, sake, and soy sauce.
Grated ginger.
Costco's salmon is thick and flaky.
Half of it is grilled salmon with no seasoning.
The rest is sweet and spicy soy sauce.
Finished with white sesame seeds!
Wrapping it in plastic wrap while still warm will prevent the meat from drying out.
Now that I have a lot of stock, it will be easier to make bento boxes for a while.
I think I'll have this for dinner.
1 tablespoon of sugar/mirin, 2 teaspoons of sake, 3 tablespoons of mixed miso.
I tried seasoning it in the Saikyo-yaki style.
I didn't have white miso, so I made it with miso.
Completion of frozen stock.
If you put it back in the fridge from the freezer the day before, you can just bake it and eat it.
The flavors infuse during thawing, resulting in a deliciously sweet salmon.
Frozen stock work is finished!
I'll make dinner.
Cook your favorite dish using gyoza.
There are a lot of them! !
Bibigo's Korean dumplings are small bite-sized and easy to eat.
First, make the fried gyoza.
While frying, I prepared the lettuce and
was able to easily fry it.
looks delicious! !
I make bibimmandu, which I fell in love with after eating it at a Korean street food stall, and
the key is to use crunchy lettuce like this one!
Soy sauce, vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, salt, and grated garlic.
1 teaspoon of gochujang, white sesame seeds.
I forgot to add it at this point, but please add chili powder as well.
I also eat salmon.
The crunchy vegetables with a hint of garlic go well with the gyoza and are delicious.
I forgot to add the chili powder and added it directly to the topping.
Powdered chili pepper is sweet and delicious, so adding it will give it a more authentic taste.
I buy powdered chili peppers at Kaldi.
Fatty salmon ala.
Only dishes that go well with alcohol!
I've been hooked on Kinmugi lately. It's delicious and has 75% less sugar, so you won't feel guilty.
Bibigo's dumplings are delicious! Although they are bite-sized, they are packed with seeds.
Too delicious! !
You can make it into boiled dumplings or add it to soup, and it's delicious and easy to use, so I'd buy it again.
I eat vegetables and gyoza together, and it's so refreshing that I can't stop using my chopsticks.
The grilled salmon was fatty, tender and very delicious.
I make lunch using croissants from Costco.
Make an egg sandwich.
Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise.
Mustard is also OK.
The bread looks like this.
It feels more moist and fluffy than crispy.
It has a very sweet and nice scent.
Today I'm going to add roast ham and cucumber.
Filled with rich egg tartar.
Complete!
Make a latte with oat milk from Costco.
At first, I was surprised by the sweetness, but the taste gradually became addictive.
Goes great with egg sandwiches!
It's a little different than what you imagine a crispy THE croissant to be, but it's very delicious as a regular bread.
The expiration date is just under a month, which is great if you live alone.
I get home from work and make dinner.
Today I made steamed salmon wrapped in frozen stock.
Just take it out of the freezer and steam it.
While the potatoes are steaming, make the potato salad.
I've always loved potato salad, but lately I've been making it a lot on my own.
Today I added crab sticks, roast ham, broccoli, and eggs.
The only seasonings are mayonnaise and salt and pepper, but
this combination is colorful and cute!
After all, adding eggs makes it creamy and delicious.
I also prepared a pre-made carrot salad and
it was cooked through, so it was ready to go.
I'll enjoy having this.
The body is thick!
It's easy to come home from work and have frozen stock.
I wanted to drink alcohol, but today I decided to have tea.
Even after freezing, the texture remains the same and it is very delicious.
Cook rice with Costco's superfood mix.
Just wash two cups of rice,
add one small pack, add 60ml of water, and cook.
It's cooked!
It contains 20 types of grains, so you
can enjoy a variety of textures such as the crushed texture, the chewy texture of the glutinous barley, and the fluffy texture of the black beans. It's delicious!
Should I buy mixed grain rice from Costco again?
Thaw the frozen sesame-grilled salmon and prepare tomorrow's lunch box.
I had leftover tofu, so I made a side dish of fried tofu with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Salmon sesame grilled bento is completed!
Divide the remaining rice into 5 portions and freeze.
I get home from work and make dinner.
This is fresh onion preparation. I add soaked and drained onions, canned tuna, Costco cottage cheese, and season with ponzu sauce.
Minced garlic, olive oil, and 1/2 can of tomatoes.
This recipe uses cheese from Costco.
Add consommé and salt, then
add 100ml of fresh cream.
Tomato cream sauce is completed.
Today I made gnocchi, but of course pasta is also delicious.
Add Costco cheese to finish.
Top with black pepper and parsley and it's done!
Chewy and delicious! !
The cheese melts in the mouth lightly and has a light taste, so I think it goes well with any kind of pasta.
It's delicious to eat as is, so I also eat it as a snack when I get hungry.
After taking a bath, I prepare my lunch for tomorrow.
1 egg, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
It's fun to make tamagoyaki using just one egg. I like this time of night.
This is the best way to grill salmon that was kept in frozen stock.
You can refrigerate it the day before, but
you can also thaw it by leaving it at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Miso burns easily, so I grilled it slowly over low heat.
Volume of salmon! !
This salmon has a delicious sweetness.
I would be happy if you could find some information on how to utilize items purchased at Costco.
Complete!
That's all for this video.
Thank you for watching until the end.
