Doing some solo exploration. It is 20 past 8 in the morning. Just did the obligatory family reunion. Get that out of the way. As a group we headed to my uncle's restaurant. My grandma used to help out when she was living here over 30 years ago. I didn't know it was open. No one knew it was open. So I went to buy it. No one knew it was open. I opened the door. The people there said, I saw your shop. I said, let's go and see what they sell. They closed their eyes and didn't see me. So they left the shop. They left the shop and didn't sell anything. They didn't know it was open. So I went to buy it. Henry, the birds. Our alleyway is connected to this flea market. We are in a taxi. And there are four of them. This is my other grandma. Look at her pants. She stole it from my cousin's curtain. Ice coffee. Today is a great day for food poisoning. Look at all that ice. We just got married. We are recreating the ending of The Graduate. We are getting jay. Just saw the lady who served us wash her hands in those paint buckets. I am very scared after drinking now. These are moments before disaster. We decided to head back to our accommodation in case of unexpected number twos. Wow, it's like a Wes Anderson film. God damn, we're eating here at such a big restaurant. I'm not going to lie, I felt so bad. But the food tastes so good. This place has it all. Trance music, cross contamination with all the cooked food, rubbish all over the floor, chain smoking. Proper Vietnam experience. Oh, and also random ass puppy eating off the floor. Oh, and there's also people walking barefoot, which is nasty. So we just finished dinner. Jack and Kelly have issues with their eyes. I don't but I smoke meat for a living. We're lapping up the culture at this place. Getting a strawberry drink. We've come back here.
