Sweet and sour salted caviar, white and crunchy.
Caviar, a popular Vietnamese dish.
It's easy to eat and it's good for rice.
Today, I'm going to show you how to make a simple and easy caviar.
Salted caviar.
It's easy to eat, but still aromatic, crunchy and not dark.
Caviar, choose the round ones.
Remove the stem.
To avoid the caviar being dark,
we mix 2 liters of water
with 2 teaspoons of salt
in a bowl and stir well.
Put the caviar in the pot for about 30 minutes
and then take it out.
Cut a little chili and a little garlic.
Then put the pan on the stove.
Add 200ml of water,
100g of sugar,
60ml of fish sauce,
60ml of rice vinegar.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil and let it melt for about 3 minutes.
Then turn off the stove and let it cool.
After salting the caviar,
wash it again with clean water
and then take it out.
Add garlic and chili.
Pour water into the caviar
after letting it cool.
Mix well.
Then put it in a jar
to marinate for 2-3 days.
Caviar eaten with boiled meat
dipped in shrimp paste is very delicious.
Wish you success!
