Well, as you may or may not know, 20 odd years I've been practicing Falun Dafa meditation. It's helped me a lot. Without it, I would be nowhere. And I've met, at this point, probably thousands of people that are Falun Dafa practitioners, either personally or through other mediums. Countless amounts of all nationalities, ethnicities, races, national origins and backgrounds. And when push comes to shove, not a one, not a one, has not been for substance. When I drink, when I smoke, when I cuss, when I do things that I do, that I'd like to do, that I choose to do, that I want to do, not a one can remember that the purpose of self-cultivation is to cultivate ourselves and to look inside of ourselves. And the teacher of Falun Dafa, Master Nuhom Jer, said that looking inside is a magic tool. I can look inside of myself and I can tell you right now, I don't see nothing bad.
