And when someone constantly tells them that there are swindlers, sectarians here, people who will make them private arrests and other things, it happens that no matter how much we fight, this place is poorly visited, which gradually kills us economically. The second thing that happens is that the people we work with, at one point we can't fulfill our commitments for several reasons. I'll give you the first one. First, I had over 300 contracts for houses that someone had to buy. For two reasons I can't fulfill these contracts. One, some people refused out of fear that something would happen here and everything would fail. The second thing that happened is that the banks stopped the possibility of a ready-made house for a person to rent and mortgage. And so, the tourist flows didn't stop us at all, the flows of property sales didn't stop us, and we ended up in a situation where we have invested a lot of money and we can't spend it in any way. We have created something special, something unique, and we can't fulfill it in any way, in our favor and in favor of Bulgaria. It will start with the creation of the Historical Park and its opening in the distant year 2019. Then, this thing that happened is that Vestnik Capital and 69 other media next to it, because it was an organized campaign, came out with the statement that the Historical Park is a metaphor, it will not be built, This is a financial pyramid in which people will never see the money. However, what we had agreed with the people then, because no one was present at the conversations we had with the people, is that we will build the park up to Phase 1. Phase 1 is exactly what we built, we even built more, we built Phase 2. We agreed with them that we will collect a certain amount of money from foreign people who want to join this project and thanks to the income from the tourism that will come, we will complete the rest of the part. This is the agreement. We agreed that we will take a dividend as soon as we finish the Becalba Park and that the dividend of these foreign people who have invested will go to the people themselves, and the dividend of the internal ones, so to speak, will go to continue to build the park. Or, note, a very precise agreement in which there are no guaranteed dividends, there is no guarantee of the funds, except if the park does not earn. Or, the only chance for these people to get the money is only one way when the park earns. We are talking about a project that exists, a project that every person can come, visit and benefit from visiting it. What is the benefit if a person visits a historical Bulgarian park? The benefit is that, first, he will see a place that has no resemblance to other places in Bulgaria. Or, we will see a place where there is beauty, there is order, there is excellence, and then our self-esteem as Bulgarians improves. Second, we will see a place without crime, where our children can play, ride a bike, and some cars will not crush them. They will see a place where there are beautiful buildings, and the children themselves will be brought up in love with their homeland, they will watch to fight, to stay here, and to do better things for their homeland, to contribute, to develop, because they will believe that good things can be done in Bulgaria, and something must be built. We come here, we start to do it in order to help our Black Sea resorts, which we see that their season is getting worse and worse every year. In Bulgaria, they say a few things. One, let's make a six-month season, or 12, not just 40 days, as it is now. Let's bring people back to the villages. What we did to fulfill both goals, to make a year-long season and to make it possible for the villages and rural communities to be filled with life again. The community of Vetrino is the best example in Bulgaria of how this can happen. But in 2019, Capital came out with a statement of blame, which, what they did, set people against us, because people say, look, this is a media that is big. Other media also rejected it, which means these people are probably criminals. However, no one can check, and even all the VDIs, all the verifications that we have launched, and so far the name has not changed, that we are not a pyramid, despite the fact that the park exists, despite the fact that in 2022, the verification was completed, which called all shareholders. They were checked whether these people are people who are somehow cheated, or these are people who have a fulfilled agreement, because the managers do not know what the agreement is. As I will make a note, all these people were accused of being victims, to say something bad against me. Despite everything, the reverse effect occurred, in 2022 the investigation was completed, everything was done in good faith, or we turned this pyramid into a historical park. Until now, just to say, we do not have a single bus from Black Sea, or, unlike Turkey, Spain, France, Italy, where every time a person goes to a tourist, who is Chinese, Japanese, Russian, American, whatever he goes, he has excursions. Even in Zanzibar, where the Bulgarians started to open excursions, there is, apart from the beach, there is an excursion to the old Robovladevski Bazaar, which costs 60 euros and is half-day. The old Robovladevski Bazaar is a place where the pigs were sold once. This is the attraction for 60 euros in Zanzibar, where the Bulgarians go, and this is a widely recommended destination. The park is the opposite. We launched gold cards, in order to have a lower price for the Bulgarians, in which the price of the gold card was 20 euros for adults and 10 euros for children. What the media did, what the vloggers did, what the people on the Internet did, who are engaged in financial activities, they said, don't buy cards from the historical park. Before consulting, I don't know what to do, otherwise the project starts in an absurd way. You finance them like this, let them fail. I can't understand why we should be against the product of the historical park, against the things we give as a product. And if the historical park doesn't work, the people who suffer are the ordinary investors, because the main package of shares from the people you give should be reinvested. Why do I say this? Because the visit to the park is stopped and it is made as a cursed place. There was a case, an Euro-Atlantic boy came with his girlfriend, he said, it is not cheap, but it is worth it, a very beautiful place, and they broke it. More than 300 comments said that he is a traitor. Why did he give his money to us? Or the main idea of ​​these people is for this place to fail. And they really managed to scare the Bulgarian people, to create a bad image, and no one should come here. We are not helping the Black Sea, because it is breaking up. Why is it breaking up? Because the whole Black Sea, the hotels, the beaches, are property of the inside, who have no idea of ​​long-term development, because they win. Drug distribution, rivers, state orders, public orders, and some other things, but note, they neither improve the environment, nor reinvest in the places. The park has become an oasis, a place separated from the country. We continued to work. In 2020, we were suddenly prepared to do something. And what happened? Covid. On March 14, the whole country was closed. Unprecedented in our new history. Bulgaria is in an emergency. We received an order to close despite the investments we made to prepare for the season. And this was a new order, in which the facility had to be closed. What I decided to do in this situation is to decide to make houses in the village. And before we had such an idea, to make houses in the village, one-type, medieval, to become a whole ensemble, very beautiful. Because, I can't tell the shareholders to give more money, we decided to make houses in the village in a different style, medieval and antique. And to do it with different people. Or to make it possible to have a little entrepreneurship there. I decided to do it, but we just started the purchase, and here I will say that there is a huge problem here. I have no right to say what I will do, because it would raise the prices of real estate a lot. Which will cost the houses a lot. Because the more expensive the land is, the more expensive the houses will be. And no one will be able to afford them. For this reason, I had to do everything in a secret. I didn't have to finish the houses, and in my opinion, the deposits should remain to some extent unfinished, so that the end is not seen and the prices do not jump into the sky of the plots themselves. When we started to do it, which is very difficult, I had to gather capital, I had to find people to do it. Every construction in Zeleno, every investment, I had to find investors, which is the most bazaar principle. And at the same time, what happened is that one operator of an illegal garbage dump we just went and told him that if we transform the whole village, there cannot be illegal garbage. This is a crime. With him, we decided that this place should not be there. We clean it for our garbage, not for his. But what did the man do? He went back to the capital. They wrote the article, private village. Then Georgi Andreev, a former mayor of Vetrino municipality, then a member of the BCP, went to talk to Boris Slavko himself on this topic. He sent signals to the economic police in the same way as now, that we are harassing people, that we are kibbutz, that we are doing it in the state. And in the end, a criminal from Varna came to me and said mark the whole scheme. Your media takes away the authority to the deputy from the law and in the end the criminal comes because you are naked, there is no one to protect you, there is no one to cut you. We managed somehow to deal with this thing and we continued the construction. As you can see, the money that came in and the people we worked with know what we are working for. We have shown our goal. We have to make the whole village beautiful. The houses here are more expensive than in other places, but the quality of execution is incredible. Every person we work with knows why we do it. We found clients who want to buy houses. These houses, their price will rise over time. They know that five years have to pass. The more houses we build, the more the village is repaired with infrastructure, with internal services, the more the price of the house will rise. To make these houses, we needed capital and we offered people who want to join us with the capital to build the houses, to sell the houses to the clients and to share the profits. Now, because I can't work with thousands and millions of people and do all the work on my own, what I did first, I have friends who are entrepreneurs. Some invested a million, two, with whom we build several houses. These people don't have any problems because they are entrepreneurs. They know that we have to finish the work. There are other people who I have worked with in a certain area and I tell them if they want to be entrepreneurs, I tell them what they have to do is to secure the capital, to finish the process and you, with the people you work with, you share the money, I take mine, this is useful for everyone. It is useful for the park without investing in the park. Why? Because the park is a separate project, it is with shareholders and the others are in completely different relationships. For example, there are construction companies and I give them the opportunity to build. I will give an example. The Katsarski complex, which was decided to be built by Peter Katsarski and Georgy Detelinov. Hanna and other houses were decided to be built by Christo Damjanov and Angel Todorov. The complex of the second housing was built by Flamen Kancher together with other people who had the plots. Or Svetomir Conev There are two houses made separately by Georgi Detelinov and Seniha Kazim. There is a client on whom they take them. Or these are people who have nothing to do with me. Despite everything, because I know that Kapital, other media are just waiting for something to happen. When one of these people fails, I always look to help not because of something else, but because they will immediately put everything back on the park, on me, on Together, as they always do. Why? Because as we see now, everything has turned into a historical park without asking. A private investor can't even think about something he doesn't even know. He doesn't know the agreement between people. And in law and economics, you have to see what the agreement is and then make a decision and not go and complain. Why do I not like a private investor? Because in one sale I banned him. Can this thing be done? He said it's impossible. We released a video, the man was arrested, he went from left to right, and from there to the end he's already experiencing a negative towards me. Sanov and Simon Milkov, I'm not going to comment on them. These are the kind of people with whom they manipulate and set the public opinion. Or these are the instruments of power. And all the other media somehow interfere. We know who the services are for. They serve for Delyan Peski and Boyko Borisov. We also know the media of Ivo Prokopiev, Capital and others. We can see who is trying to change something. People who, in all these years, to change our opinion or to make us a criminal. People who robbed Bulgaria. In 2020 this happened. In 2021 we had a break. In 2022 they decided to put a barrier. After Katina Jordanova came, after she was sent by Dmitar Renchev, who is close to Ivo Prokopiev and Danilo Rer, we were exactly here. And the woman said either blood will be shed or they will be hanged. And she brought me Rosen Neftimov from Burgas. He came as the meeting with him was arranged by Nikolai Toshev-Cherpanskiy, who is the right hand of Dido Dunka. These are the people who rule the region, who have been bribing for many years, with drugs. Nikolai Toshev-Cherpanskiy has two laboratories for fentanyl. More than 600 people died in Varna. These are the people who killed your life and your future. And if you do not come to support us, who are against them, so that such people can leave, then you are the people who have offended the fate of your loved ones or your children. We have, I will show you, whole casinos with notary acts. We have always secured all the funds of the people we work with and we do some real work, because we have the plots, we can issue permits. The cops were going to kill absolutely everything that was developing in the region. But the people, the criminals who stand for this project, Dmitar Enchev, Katina Yordanova, what they did was to meet with a group of judges who, on their side, turned to Denka and Cherpanskiy for help. These people started to make friends, to lead... Rossi Neftimov from Burgas, who is also a person who participates in orders for over 150 million, a company that took 100 million state and 56 million euro funds. And together with these people they started to struggle in some way to make decisions on how we should agree, when we were offered subsidies and so on. We agreed not to be leaders of the people who wanted to fight against the restrictions, but to agree and to check some money. Our companies should stand by us, the workers should stay with us, we should take care of the food, they should not give cash separately, we should put our restrictions. And thousands of other things. In 2023 we won the local elections and helped two more municipalities. Volchedol and Provadia to free themselves from the problem they had until now, in which 100% Cherpanskiy and Denka were in charge of the farmers' state orders, they made the real trade influence, they bought cows, I know the system for buying cows, I said it, no one asked me to say how it happened. The cows were for sheep at that time, which is called in the municipality Vetrino, we have not participated in the elections so far, we have not intervened in any way. It is normal in the municipality of Gherb, where there are a lot of people who vote for sheep. And separately, the system for buying cows in Cherpanskiy, which I know, and no one offered me money, I said, look, I don't deal with elections, they offered me money for cows, they said, come on, I'll give you something to make a friend. I 100% refused, and I can say to other people who were there, that he came to offer me a bribe, so that I can vote. You know, Miss Preferencia, the lover of Dido Denka. So, I decided to get in sharply, because I could not stand injustice, and from then on, after we formed our party, after we won the municipalities, it is important to know one thing, we have never hidden the truth, but we have not appointed one person to be in the municipal administration, who is our relative. We have not taken a state, a municipal order, on the contrary, we have only given and contributed a lot for all these municipalities to develop. A moment in which I understand that I am preparing arrest and destruction of the base with false accusations. How? Because I work with people. Each of these people is an entrepreneur. He, for example, has taken to insure one, two, three houses, he has taken a project to make. Everyone has a project that works here. Because here we do not have any centralization. But some of these people have broken something somewhere, did not do as they should with their self-employees, not even investors, and all of this seems to be sewing on me. Separately, we took a factory in Varna, where we want to make a city, something with which to change Varna, to become a real city, a center for development. And in which we again united many people, with whom they are partners. They want to blame me that I sold an apartment and without giving me a permit to build something else. First, what people need to know, with one agreement, you have to see what the agreement is between one and the other side. And to see if there is a cheat or not. Which has to go through a civil court. The civil court has to determine whether this is a cheat or not. There is a first instance, a second instance, a third. You can even go to the European Court, the Bulgarian court, we know that it is corrupt. And wait then to go and fight some media hysteria. However, the dog of GERPI DPC, Simon Milkov, as I call the dog, was kept in Varna. Dmitar Manolov before, Petar Hlisotov, along with Kamen Kostadinov and others, who used him for state orders. Why do I call him? They used him to go against their opponents, to tear them apart, as they are protected by the state apparatus. And no one can do anything to him. He can go anywhere and do whatever he wants. They released him here and he started to pour lies after lies. 1500 lies. We started, we answered the lies, it doesn't matter if we answered the lies. These people, the media, constantly repeat the same things. If we say that in the historical park there are protected investors, these investors are protected by capital, by the institutions, by the insiders, all who are protected, by the wrong management of the state, protected by Boyko Borisov and Delyan Pesko, who manage the state, by Kiril Petkov and Asem Vasiliev, behind whom is Ivo Prokopiev. All people are protected by the fact that the state is destroyed and there is no opportunity for private entrepreneurship. When the beaches are inside, the hotels are inside, when the state, everything is inside, you can't exist in a market where the princes want to subjugate you. And when I can't make a mistake because I'm afraid of them, they use the whole power machine that I have in my hand. That's how they started with me. We managed to enter, to win, which is a great victory, and a miracle happened inside the Parliament. I was offered on the first day after the elections not to have financial problems, to be left with the Varnensky district, everything to be good for me, to deal with the G5, to show people that I can do something. And against this, I just had to give two deputies to go and vote for, for example, the laws that will be adopted by GERP and DPC. Only two deputies. I refused, and Mr. Markov obviously accepted. He accepted in a different way, with 10 deputies. After I refused, Mr. Markov accepted, and I opposed as the leader of the civil plot of the Velich party, I made a scandal, the parliamentary group split up. What happened, Mr. Markov threatened me that I would be destroyed like you, they would take everything from me, and I would be physically locked up. Now you tell me that some member of the party, what do I want? Do I have a party? Some people think that I will run abroad first. For me, there is no life outside Bulgaria, and there is no life outside a normal Bulgaria. I either die, or I change things. There is no other option. What I decided to do is to stay and fight. But look what they started to do. Then Tsanov turned on, Colonel Markov even wrote me a message that Tsanov is paid, that the attack against us is terrible, let's work together. They work like this, good, bad, good, bad, so that you can give up at some point, because you don't know who to trust anymore. They put you in a psychosis. We got to the point where there is a parliamentary commission, which was made by my former colleagues, Victoria Vasiljeva, Darin Georgiev and Georgi Kukov, who is 100% together with Colonel Markov, everyone knows him, but at least they could not bring him in, this was brought in by Vazrazdani, and the whole parliament supports him. Or, at the moment, they are pushing me to the level, but everywhere, they talk to all my colleagues, DANS, criminal police, economic police, they threaten them, I see experienced people, they come and shit everywhere, and these people give up, because they are not used to this pressure, but not because there is a problem with the business model or the economy, but because there is a problem with the institutions that say there is nothing, we will deal with Ivelin, and they do whatever they want. So, look, Z5 has been lost since 1979. Despite everything, we see that Z5 is not being checked. How many things in Bulgaria are lost, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Tourism, everything, even the Minister of Tourism said that the Historical Park did not participate in the awards that were won, and Z5 shows that the Minister does not know what the procedure for making this competition is. The procedure for making this competition is when people want to join an object, and of course the Historical Park is such an object, when people want to join such an object, they send a letter to the Ministry and it includes it, or the procedure is 100% preserved, but because they cannot stop people from voting for the Historical Park, they said, we will remove the awards so that the Park is not legitimized, note what the goal is, so that the Park is not legitimized, this is what they say, before it is proven. And what is the situation at the moment? The situation is, we are locked up everywhere, we cannot work with tour operators, we cannot work with hotels, we have to take tourists ourselves, children, children's camps that are organized for political reasons, people do not want anyone to come here because they are afraid that there will be repressions, patrols and criminal police will stand they count who comes and who does not, or we are under embargo everywhere. And at the same time, someone wants to have a standard business that can be done here. So, look, to do business, one thing is needed, to have peace of mind for people, to have a place where people are calm, to eat and develop. This is the economy, this is the place where people can eat and develop, to create, to create and to be able to make an exchange of hundreds of services, so that this economy can run. Until the moment with the wind turbines, relatively, not in the Italian municipality, the wind farms were free places, now we are a battlefield, with the Party we become an even bigger battlefield. What is happening, one way or another, is that at the moment we cannot do anything, if together with the people we work with, absolutely everyone, we do not sit down and find a way how to continue our economic model, but to have an economic model, this place must have a purpose. This place was made as a place, not just a historical park, but a place for free people. As long as I am alive, no one will enter here, and you can see it, that until now it has not existed and it will not happen. Here children are driven freely, there will be no drug addicts, there will be no people who pass by quickly, here the laws are preserved, which will be the same for everyone. As long as I am alive, if I die, someone else can take it, and this will not happen. So it makes sense in this place to come people who want to develop. Instead of living, abandoned somewhere in the city, with no one to talk to, to have mutual assistance, people can come and this place, to continue to develop it together, because it has a purpose, 80% is built. Why did we start building houses for guests and complexes? I will tell you, so that we can attract Romanian tourists, but for this we need to have a legal basis, so that we can rent them, we made festival zones, so that this place can function in the way it should function. And we will show that Bulgaria can have a billion-dollar business that can be created in any place, but we have completed it 80% of the process, we still need 20%. We will need people who want to come and say we are not looking for investors, we are looking for individuals, we are looking for people with whom we can finish this thing together. Everyone will tell him, look how things are going. These are the risks, these are the benefits. If you want to participate, make an order, if you don't want to participate, don't. Or people who really want 10, 20, 100 million, as much as they want to participate, are welcome, not investors, they are friends. You can join our economic community, buy our products, only if you think that the price and quality are worth it. If you think that the price and quality are not worth it, don't buy from our products, because it makes no sense to touch us. We want to build such contacts in which you can help us only if we produce what you like and you find meaning in what we do, in the social activities we do. I repeat once again that me and Anatoly Salov will never take a dividend from the park, the money he generates, when there is a profit. After we finish the park itself, they will go for charitable activities. I don't want anyone to philosophize or go and say something, this is what we said, whether you accept it or not. So, the situation is like this. The people we work with so far will have to be pre-negotiated because things have changed for a moment. If we hold out for 6 months, eventually this blockade will fall and then we will be able to move forward. If someone says to the people we have worked with so far that they are self-sufficient, give me an asset, here is an asset of this value, take it, this is yours, you take it. We cannot free money in any way because everything that has happened is at the state level, where we will start doing business at the European level. Unfortunately, we will have to judge the state at a time when all the bloggers will pay and they will pay a lot of millions for everything that has happened because this is a crime that is happening at the moment. Someone goes and investigates people without having any evidence, without having an analysis, without having a final decision, this thing is broadcast everywhere on TV. We clarified what the situation is, everyone who says it, Sanov, Simon Milkov, other bloggers who give it on TV are people who have not come to talk to me first. If someone says, I have a problem with a tourist park in Siberia, and he has not talked to me, but he has spoken to a person who has introduced himself to me or a person who works in our system, he can be an entrepreneur, he can be anything, for example, with Zivko, the people with whom he works have never come to me. Why? Because these people are entrepreneurs and they know the way they work. This is what is happening. This is the whole situation. I stop talking more. We did what should depend on us as entrepreneurs. This is what the countries do and this is something that we do not have the opportunity to react ourselves, but we can react only as a people.
