It's been so long, right?] [A lot of time has passed because I was busy cleaning and working after moving] [I designed the interior of my home for the first time in hot summer, so I needed some time after moving] [It's been over a month since I moved here, and it still feels awkward, but I'm slowly getting familiar with it] [Time was passing so slowly while the interior was being designed, so I wondered if I'll even ever move here, but I managed to] [Nothing beats cooking when you want to get familiar with your new home] [I'm preparing a late weekend breakfast with a familiar dish] [I'm making white button mushroom soup and jambon-beurre] [I always didn't like how small my kitchen was, so I made it big this time] [I was thinking of getting a new fridge that fits this kitchen, but I needed my ice and water dispenser, so I placed my fridge there] [This is my kitchen with a long kitchen island with no upper cabinet] [Stir-fry minced garlic and onion in olive oil and butter, and then add white button mushroom] [I've been ordering food and eating rice with egg at a short-term rental during the interior construction,] [so it felt awkward to cook after moving here. Still, nothing beats cooking when you want to refresh] [Add 200ml of fresh cream, 200ml of milk, boil it a bit, then blend it] [It was splashing too much on the pan compared to when I blended it in a pot. I didn't record it, but I blended it in another container] [Move it back to the pan, add chicken stock, boil it, then add salt and pepper] [I've been checking out the bakeries nearby ever since I moved here. I'll make jambon-beurre with a baguette] [It tastes better when I add plenty of butter. Let's forget about staying healthy for a while] [Add tons of butter that it might even seem too much] [Bread: S... Stop it...] [I can't remember where my bowls and other kitchen utensils are yet] [I'll completely adjust to this place before the end of this year, right?] [Cook white button mushroom in olive oil, and add it on the soup as topping] [I placed the wooden table, which I used in my workroom before I got married, in the living room] [Let me also pour juice in the cups that I like] [Warm bowl of soup and bread go well with this season] [The white button mushroom soup also tastes good] That was a wonderful meal. [After moving here, I've been staring out the window more often] [I was feeling much happier from cooking and taking a video for the first time in a while] [Recently, including this day, I was so absorbed with Culinary Class Wars...] [After watching the video of Hyunseok Choi cooking on Jongwon Paik's YouTube channel, I decided to make vongole sujebi] [Chef Hyunseok Choi made sujebi using fresh noodles, but I'll use the sujebi that I bought at a supermarket] [Slice some garlic] [I wanted to cook more naturally(?) like Chef Hyunseok Choi] [I wanted to cook more naturally(?) like Chef Hyunseok Choi] [Add white wine and cook it over high heat after putting the lid on] [Once the clams are cooked evenly, take off the lid and turn the stove off] [Take off the meat out of around 80% of the clams] [Cooking pasta and sujebi at the same time in case I screw up] [I can proudly say that I become smart when I'm eating, shopping, and having fun] [Add parsley and butter, then turn the stove off (Check out Jongwon Paik's YouTube channel for a more detailed recipe)] [Transfer it into the bowls. It smelled so good already] [Top it off with Grana Padano and more parsley] [It tasted like high-quality sujebi. It was delicious!] [The sujebi tasted better than the pasta] [Eating at Yeoljeongdo Jjukkumi for the first time in a while] [As someone who loves spicy and chewy food, I like webfoot octopus, too] [You got to have this with water dropwort, and then make fried rice with it] [I eat this PEACOCK soup often the day after drinking] [I buy PEACOCK's kimchi bean sprout soup and squid radish soup really often] [This is the master bedroom, the space with most human touch in our all-white home] [I'm microwaving rice, but I'll have a spoon of the soup because I can't wait] [There aren't many ingredients, but it tastes alright once I add tofu and other stuff] [Buying coffee beans and taking a stroll since it's my day off] [I've got to have bread as well since it's my day off. That's how I show respect to my day off] [For lunch, I'm having tonkatsu sandwich and chives cream cheese salted bread] [I also bought a few books for the first time in a while since it's fall] [I bought the book that Chommy recommended, and the cookbook that I wanted] [Actually, the real reason I bought several books is because I wanted YES24's acrylic paperweight...] [At the time I bought this book, I was thinking of reading Sanghoon Moon's book in the living room while enjoying a cup of tea] [But November is here already. I also bought lots of Han Kang's books. I'm aiming to read three books within this year] [My husband picked up tonkatsu sandwich from Catsu] [It's totally loaded] [Now that I had bread and bought coffee beans from a new cafe after moving here, I can feel that we really moved house] [This is going to taste better with some beer] [One day, we had dak-galbi for dinner! We went to this dak-galbi place in Sinchon after seeing YOOTRUE's list of her favorite restaurants] [I wondered if the food here tastes good every time I passed by it, and YOOTRUE said it's good, so I came here right away] [These cellophane noodles tasted so good. It tasted wonderful, so we'll come here again soon!] [This is our dessert] [I ate rice with egg and soy sauce most often while staying at a short-term rental during the interior construction period] [Just why don't we get tired of it? We ate it a few more times even after moving here... We don't get tired of it] [Eat it with galbitang from Market Kurly] [You know how it tastes. It's always good] [I finished the first day of the third B-grade sale, and went out to eat] [A gift from a subscriber who came to the B-grade sale. I was so grateful for the letter and gift] [It was nice meeting you! Thank you so much for the gift and letter] [We didn't have any day off because we had the B-grade sale on the weekend . We're old, though] [Came to a restaurant that I've wanted to come to drink wine on my day off] [I had shrimp pasta and cream pasta with a bottle of Malbec] [Both are so delicious that I want to go back there before it gets colder! I love drinking wine outside] [After eating, I went to see the Moon of Seoul in Yeouido] [And I stopped by The Hyundai to buy Panda Express-style Chinese food and went home] [It's expensive to ride for two people. And I'm also scared of heights] [Enjoying the beautiful October weather and going home with the chicken] [Next day, I just came out to eat, but there's beer in my hand] [This is a pizza restaurant run by chef Underestimated who appeared in the first episode of Culinary Class Wars] [The pizza was so good that I went back there once more] [Heading to Eulmildae because I didn't want to end it like that] [So good. Pyongyang naengmyeon with soju is a must] [I'm finally using Jo Malone that Jihyun gave me in spring at my new house. I'll enjoy it! Thank you!] [I'll open the incense sticks that my friend gave me at the B-grade sale] [It was nice of you to come and you even gave me a present. It was nice seeing you] [I like to keep my window open and light an incense stick on the weekend night] [I save on it, and when I really want to smell it, I light one] [On the day of the fireworks festival, I had an early dinner] [I like frozen pork belly, but it's hard to find a good restaurant so I keep my expectations low] [I was lucky enough to find a good one! It was even better with cheonggukjang and steamed eggs. Everybody is enjoying their Saturday] [Watching the Hanwha Seoul International Fireworks Festival near Mapo Station] [I didn't expect much, but I was able to see it better than I thought] [I worked during firework festivals a few times in my previous work, so I didn't really wanted to watch it after quitting the job] [But it's been a while since I quit, so I just think it's beautiful and cool to see firework] [It was so nice to hear the sound and to watch it with people, and it felt like a festival] [My heart fluttered whenever they burst] [It made me feel empty the following day, but I had a good time] [I know it's been a while and thank you so much for watching the video.
