Hot date with a biker chick. She rides her bike daily.

There they are. They look so good together. Typically what we'll do, the wife will kind of lead the way so I don't have to worry about you know Maybe pushing the envelope or she can go at her own pace, and I just kind of follow follow behind Even though we're just tooting around. It's still a lot of fun and because we're doing it together, so We I'm rigging up GoPros and most importantly the Sena so we can talk Along the way I think I threw it out. I think I did the plastic one. Yeah Yeah I'm pretty sure I did Because it was a half drinking water bottle found ourselves a little rest stop just to take a few minutes give our hands a little bit of a break and Now we're getting right back on the bike, but it's not a bad view So we live in the suburbs here in San Diego It's about 20 miles or so maybe a little less from downtown. How far are we from downtown? 20 to 25 minutes from downtown San Diego, and it's a perfect place For you know testing out the bike and getting out here for some some day dates Where we don't have to worry about if we were like in the city area, and then you know fighting through that traffic, so We're about 20 25 minutes east of downtown San Diego Just enjoying the January weather. Yeah, mid 70s. You believe it. Just unbelievable. It's beautiful. I Feel like most times I guess in my riding career riding to go get some coffee seems to be a common theme It's fun. It's part of the experience and the wife's doing it. She's having a good time. I Think we should talk to the wife a little bit About our little riding date together Well, we'll ease her into this. Are you are you at least having fun, baby? She's having fun because she's with me And I forgot my wallet in the bike. So now we're going back and then we're gonna get some coffee We just turned right back around because the wife has her purse. So I don't need my wallet now. We're gonna get coffee Grande iced coffee with one cup of sugar-free vanilla and just like a tiny splash of heavy whipping cream. Give me just one second Better write this down So coffee was good union break is over we're getting back on the bikes and Spend a few more minutes here and then we get back home pick up the kids from school or the wife Pick up the kids from school And get on with our day It was a fun little date today Hopefully we can do it again tomorrow Okay, so we're back and putting the bikes away right now Which leads me to my honeydew list. Don't judge me, but I have to take down The Christmas lights it's time. We're pretty big on Christmas here We leave them up for almost as long as possible. But first week of January. We're kind of pushing it So we're gonna get the bikes loaded up and then I'll take these things down So the best thing that I can say as far as the wife learning to ride a bike It's just if you're going through this or maybe you're beginning yourself. Take it nice and slow I mean she's making leaps and bounds every single day and I just want her to be the most comfortable she can be I'm not trying to force the issue. That's pretty much why I let her lead and We just go a kind of her pace and for me Like I said, it's still a lot of fun to follow along and just kind of watch the progression and the confidence kind of slowly Build so another good day. We're gonna get back out there tomorrow and hopefully in a few weeks She's gonna be ready to rock. So I might procrastinate and go with the wife to to pick up our youngest and That'll keep me from Taking these things down right there It's a really not a bad way to Spend I gotta move the seat. Really not a bad way to Spend a day with the wife Where we get a chance to hang out Go for a ride and now we're gonna go pick up our youngest at school together And we're gonna play 21 questions, I guess so I think most people agree that now that you're on a bike and Got the channel that you need to be on the camera a little bit more Like behind the camera. Okay. No, no, no. No, no, they want to hear more about your experiences No in front of the camera doesn't like to be on camera we'll get her she is really good when she is on camera She's good behind the camera too, but maybe people will leave comments below saying yes, please tell us about something and then you have to appease The audience. What was your favorite part about the ride today? Yeah, there's these very large speed bumps in the neighborhoods we go through and through the center What through the center? She's always like we Going over speed bumps. Oh Probably watching your progression You know kind of mastering the the friction point of the clutch I would say each day getting better and better and better tomorrow. Where will we go tomorrow? There's a whole bunch of spots there, right? They'll feel like this look at all these people making you chance right here We literally left early to get a spot at the school and there's like every spot available Really every spot She's stuck on this 21 questions game, but we still have some time in the car. Okay, I got one No, I'm asking you questions. It isn't 21 questions where I'm thinking of something you have 21 questions to figure it out. Oh I got a ride. I got a really good one Okay Is it orange? No, I need Nemo. I was setting you up for the friends reference. I got a really good one I've been thinking about it since Kansas My hand you're being filmed right now So today was pretty awesome for me because towards the end of 2021 I would say the last six months of 2021. I was so incredibly busy that you know, I missed out on on a lot of things or I didn't have time to do a lot of things or Projects got in the way Trying to get this whole thing off the ground So today was really cool because I got a chance to to go pick up our youngest daughter Madeline with the wife over at her School followed by going over to pick up our oldest daughter at her other school then we all had a nice lunch together submarine a delicious and You know just those little moments that you know I really kind of got caught up with how busy I was in 2021 that I missed out on so Real special day as I mentioned in another video, you know, we're gonna start doing a little bit more of these type style of vlogs just to bring you guys more into My day-to-day activities and then when I go through projects and things like that You guys can come with me and know that you know, this is the style that we're gonna go into so Alright, so this procrastination has gone on long enough. We are going to take down those Christmas lights All right dad pro tip here so Every year I'm terrible at putting the Christmas lights away in a good fashionable order, which means that Come next year.
