Hi friends and welcome to day 17 of your 30-day meditation.
Let's find a few moments to gather your comfortable position today in a safe, secure,
and quiet space. You may find yourself lying down,
maybe sitting upright, utilizing a block or a blanket, bolster or pillow,
whichever way honors your body today right now. Just follow that and be sure you're able to
fully relax, decompress in this posture for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
We'll start with a deep inhalation through the nose and a long open mouth exhalation here.
Begin by really releasing any tension. Deep breath in through the nose,
nice and slow, as full as you can, and then open mouth exhale, release it all out, force the air
out. Bring your palms to each opposite shoulder, giving yourself a huge hug. Squeeze your shoulders
as tightly as you can by your ears. Deep breath in. Maybe you drop the crown of your head
and exhale. Gently and slowly release.
Draw your head back up and roll your shoulders down your back.
Release that tension. Allow your arms and your palms to slowly melt by your sides.
Or rest softly on your knees. Begin to settle into this space today,
allowing silence to cover you like a blanket, like a shield.
Giving yourself this moment in time to block out anything else.
Placing your hands on your heart as a reminder that you are still breathing and you're still here.
Allow your gaze to soften, move inwards.
Take your time, there's no rush.
Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth to loosen your jaw.
Send some space in between your teeth but still keep your lips together. Allow this moment of
filling your lungs all the way with fresh, fresh air.
And exhale any still air out here.
You can slowly release your hands to your knees, palms facing down or facing up.
And let's begin. Let's find a moment to start the reconnection with ourselves.
Allow the grounding underneath you to stabilize you, connect you with the earth.
Find a deep breath in and exhale.
On these exhales, allow any heaviness that you feel weighing you down right now, just let it go.
You have permission to find stillness and grounding. Know that and give that to yourself.
Find this connection with the beat of your heart
and maybe you want to bring your hands back to your heart if you feel comfortable with that.
Any worries that you have right now, let them go. Allow this blissful experience
to take over for the next few minutes. You deserve it and you are worth it.
Inhale and exhale. Release any thoughts, intentions, anything that does not serve
your greater good at this moment. Inhale peace, love, kindness to yourself,
the rest of anything else to go. Your emotions to be released. There's no need to hold them back,
no need to withdraw, no need to be tough. It is okay to cry. It's extremely releasing
and it's almost like hitting a reset button.
Allow these sensations to be released out of your body.
Every time you breathe, more oxygen is entering every cell of your body
and generously healing you. When you release your breath and you release some tears,
it only shows that you are human and that you are actively releasing negativity,
releasing any hurt and it's healthy. Allow these tears to dissolve and evaporate
into the past. Don't worry about not being in control because you are completely in full control.
of how you feel right now. No one can take this away from you and tears do not
take away any of your power, your strength.
As tears are released, peace and love can enter.
Inhale and exhale. Allow yourself to feel heavy, gentle. Peace starts from within.
It's an internal job. Any idea or person or circumstance that made you feel smaller or less
than your actual beautiful growth and strength and size, we release that right now.
That is for God and them to handle. Step into your own power, your own joy,
your own path to freedom and do not allow anything to hold you back or even slow you down.
You are grounded, you are light and you are love. You are unconditionally loved.
God has an agape love that cannot be beat. The perfections and imperfections that make you
who you are have been made perfect already. Inhale and exhale. You have no need to be
anything more than exactly who you are, your best self. Hold on to that confidence.
Know that you are strong and powerful and ready.
You are love and you deserve love and you're worthy of love. Anything else is a lie.
You are allowed to wrap yourself in agape love and know that no one can love you as unconditionally
as God can. No one can forgive you more than he, the only person that can come close as you.
So find that love you so desire and wrap it around yourself.
You are worthy. Inhale and exhale.
Begin to find some soft inhales and exhales here when you're ready.
With your eyes closed you can gently begin to turn your head side to side.
Maybe you even find some neck rolls if that feels good to you.
And then bringing your palms together to your forehead to remind yourself
that it all starts right here. Your mind is the most powerful part of you.
Your thoughts can and do manifest into your physical body and into your environment.
Bring your palms to your lips to remind yourself to speak positively to others
and even more importantly to yourself. Words are so powerful.
And now bring your hands to your heart to remind yourself that we love others
because God first loved us. You are loved. You are worthy. You have a purpose and you have a reason
and you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Let's take one last inhale
and exhale. Let me flutter your eyes open. Thank you friends for joining me in our meditation today.
I pray you feel empowered and know that you are so blessed
and can laugh without fear of the future. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye!
