Rādhā, the elusive Gopika, the luminous yin to Kṛṣṇa's dusky yang,
the primordial divine feminine who resides in Ānanda, eternal bliss,
agile, kinetic, and bursting with radiant energy.
Rādhā is the basis of all activity.
She manifests in the yellows, oranges, reds, and infrareds.
She loses herself in prema, transcendental love for Kṛṣṇa.
True to His name, Kṛṣṇa manifests in the stillness of the blues, violets, and ultraviolets at the other end of the visible spectrum.
Viraha, their separation, although only an illusion, is unbearable for both.
A tormented Rādhā is in an emotional rollercoaster, scorched, hopeful, disappointed, enraged, and remorseful, while Kṛṣṇa too spirals in angst.
Love triumphs when Rādhā seeks out Kṛṣṇa, and He too gravitates towards Her.
Their milana, union, occurs in the central green kunjavana, the mystical bower in a magical forest.
But true milana, unison, occurs only when the illusion of separation ends,
when realization dawns about their shared essence.
Kṛṣṇa is Rādhā. Rādhā is Kṛṣṇa. They are one.
Inseparable and intertwined in each other's infinite existence, Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa dance in the cosmos.
For the seven colors of the visible spectrum arise from dispersion of a singular white light,
the supreme divine feminine who dwells in Ānanda as Hladini, eternal, blissful, whole.
