Hi friends, and welcome to day 24 of your 30-day meditation.
Begin to take a few moments to find your comfortable position today in a quiet,
safe, and secure space. You might find that sitting upright in an easy seat on your mat
is the most comfortable, or you may find that lying down with a bolster or pillow
is comfortable as well. Whichever way honors your body today, follow that,
and just be sure that you're able to fully relax
and pay attention in this posture for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
Let's find a deep inhalation through your nose, filling up the belly, sending the breath all the
way down into your diaphragm, and a long open mouth exhale, sigh it out. One more just like
that, deep inhalation through your nose, and an open mouth exhalation,
finding a nice big bear hug, squeeze yourself, bring your shoulders up by your ears,
deep breath in, and exhale, gently release your grip,
melt your shoulders down your back, soften your grip, and you can allow your palms to
rest by your sides or gently on your knees.
Explore this moment of silence,
maybe you place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly, and maybe both come to your
heart, finding some nice deep breaths in, sending oxygen to your brain, and exhaling.
You can slowly release your hands to your knees with your palms either facing up or down,
and let's begin. Today we will focus on unclogging our mind,
focus on the challenges of creativity, and sometimes how these blockages can actually
be caused by judgment. Sometimes we are so scared of having the wrong idea that we
hesitate to even suggest anything at all. The key is to find understanding in that
there is no wrong or impossible idea. Find your grounding here,
notice how your body feels in this very moment, any sensations,
noticing your breath, try to detach any thoughts and just become the observer of this moment.
Lovingly embrace any ideas that come to your mind or your heart,
and know that every idea that does come to you came for a reason, it came from somewhere,
and it could be worth exploring. Things take time to develop,
so just do your best to quiet your conscious mind during this meditation,
and allow yourself to rest entirely in the present moment, resting your mind and your body and your
spirit. Continue to bring your awareness and your intention inwards, connecting with your own
personal energy. Inhale, and exhale. Begin to feel the creative energy in your body flowing and glowing,
coursing through every artery and vein,
feeling this energy flowing through your spine,
dispersing into your arms and your fingertips and your legs and your toes,
sprouting in through your neck, up into your brain, just waiting to be realized.
Notice that your head and your face are energized,
your chest, your stomach, all buzzing with creativity.
It's flowing freely into your hips, your ankles, your feet, and your toes. Inhale, and exhale.
Your entire body is absorbing this creativity. Imagine it as something so tangible.
All of this energy, see it as lubricant, freeing up any spaces that may be tight.
This energy cannot be lost or destroyed. It is within you for keeps. You were already born with
it, so it belongs to you. Believe that you always have the ability to make a withdrawal at any time.
Maybe you're feeling a little stuck and like you can't generate any fresh ideas at the moment.
Maybe you feel like the ideas that you are creating are just too big or out of your reach.
Maybe you feel that they're not good enough for you. That is a total illusion and it's a lie.
Don't allow yourself to fall into that trap. Don't allow it to fool you. Those are often the
best ideas that are very doable. That's the idea that came to you because it's for you.
You're in a flowing state in your natural frequency. Just even imagine when you were a child
and you were learning the ways of the world, curious as you can be.
You were so hungry to continue to learn more that it was insatiable.
Bring this childlike sense of wonder back. It's still within you. Allow it to flow freely.
As adults, we begin to have these perceived boundaries and this false notion of the
impossible. But as children, nothing seems impossible until someone put the seed in your
head that it's not. And even as children, they don't entirely believe them. But because we're
adults, we now feel stuck because we've bought into that lie. To be inventive, we need to get
unstuck. Let go of any of those perceived obstacles. Allow yourself to come home to that
childlike creativity. Inhale and exhale. Your body is overflowing with creativity.
You have more creative energy in you than you even know. Nothing is overplayed, oversaturated.
You're able to explore all of it. Release any judgment of this
notion that it's not possible, anything that states the opposite. Breathe in your inspiration
and know that you're vibrating in tune with your creativity.
Bringing your inhales back and your exhales, gently turn your head side to side
or roll it around to massage your neck.
Bring your palms together to your forehead to remind yourself that this is where all of your
creativity stems. Allow it to flow from here, whatever it may be.
Bring your palms to your lips to remind yourself to speak kind words to others and
even more importantly, yourself. And then lastly, bringing your palms to your heart
to remind yourself that you are loved deeply. You have a purpose and an intention and a reason here
and we need you. You are blessed and can laugh without fear of the future. I'll see you tomorrow.
Bye!
