How He Made $301,000 in 2024 in his Private Basketball Skills Training Business!

All right, what's up coach welcome back to the channel today I have another exciting success story from one of the coaches that we work with in our sports accelerator program And this is a coach that we actually interviewed back in 2022 This is coach Ness. He went from $57,000 to $196,000 in 2022 and right now He posted this a couple days ago He finished 2024. He made over $300,000. All right. So this guy has been a standout coach in our program He has an amazing business very high profit margin type of business He's a private basketball skills trainer. Alright, so let's jump in here So who is this? So this is coach Ness. He's a basketball trainer on the East Coast He's in his 20s so young guy and 2024 he generated three hundred one thousand two hundred dollars in One year. All right. So again, you can see the interview on our channel where he breaks it down but I want to try to explain something really important here, so Ness is not Offering like one-on-one training. So he has a group program I believe they do have one-on-one as an option, but it's a really expensive sort of thing like 99% of his customers that he works with are training with him in a group setting or They're coming to camps and clinics. So he runs a lot of camps and clinics throughout the year He has assistant coaches who help him run a lot of the sessions throughout the year So his business is really set up at this point Where he is speaking to parents that are interested in his program and then the client delivery Like the fulfillment is being done by coaches that he hires. So he pays those coaches an hourly fee to run the group sessions, whether it be like group weekly training or He has the camps for clinics that he runs right now The thing that you need to also understand is he sells a higher ticket Type of program so parents when they join his program They're not paying per session Like he has a three six and twelve month type of option set up and we helped him Customize the pricing his offer how he sells it to parents And the other thing that he does really really well is he's really good at marketing. Okay, so he has Like yard signs everywhere This is something most coaches don't do but like And I've heard from other coaches that are not in our program that I talked to that live in his area They're like, yeah, we see is we see his yard signs all over so like he does that he's running ads He's running like text campaigns email campaigns He's running promotions every single month He was on our Tuesday call last week or sorry Tuesday call yesterday like in the last week He got six new customers that joined his program. So it's like this is someone who's like not only putting our Program to use but he is like really excelling like he shows up to every single weekly call that we run He's sharing what's working what his struggles are with the rest of the group So everybody that's on that call can can benefit from what he's doing as well All right, but you can see here. Here's his breakdown. So he said a few days late, but 2024 was a great year We helped a lot of players big things to Ben and everything. He teaches in the group really works if you apply and stay consistent It's right if you're a consistent type of person and you apply the stuff that we teach in our program Like you're gonna get amazing results. All right, so total revenue did three hundred one thousand $200 best month of the years April he did thirty nine thousand $300.
