Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. I hope you're all doing really well.
I am in the best spirits. Spring is officially here in Germany.
Spring is by far one of my favourite seasons here for many reasons. I just absolutely love
that feeling of warmth in the air after a long cold winter. I love that everything starts to
brighten up and come to life. I love that we get to spend more time outdoors amongst nature.
I love spring fashion. I get a lot of questions regarding what to wear in Germany during certain
seasons, so I thought why not make a spring fashion video talking about what I personally wear
in Germany during springtime. So I'm living in Lower Franconia, Bavaria, which is southern
Germany and it can be a little bit tricky dressing for spring here because of the wide
range of temperatures. So I would say here in Bavaria during springtime you can expect
on average around 10 degrees Celsius right up until the mid 20s, but it really does depend.
You need to be prepared because springtime in Germany is just very unpredictable. So I'm going
to be showing you some of the outfits I have prepared for springtime. I am a 36 year old mother
of three and so I like practicality, comfort, but I also like to look stylish. This is just what I
like to wear and what I feel comfortable wearing here in Germany during springtime. So I'm actually
partnering with LilySilk for this video. I am so excited. They have the most beautiful silk and
cashmere clothing items. They also sell pillowcases, bed linen, pajamas. They have kindly sent me a
couple of their silk pieces from their spring collection to style in this video today. Not all
silk is created equally and LilySilk only use 100% natural premium materials like mulberry silk
and mongolian cashmere. I also love sleeping on their silk pillowcases. I'm actually using their
travel pillowcase right now. It is amazing. You can use it at home but it's also ideal
for traveling. The travel pillowcase is made from softer than standard silk and is extra elastic.
This means that it wraps around the skin helping cells restore and revitalize overnight.
Its super soft texture also helps to reduce static making hair less frizzy. It comes in this gorgeous
cylinder packaging and the pillowcase actually has a little built-in pocket
making it compact and easy to pack away when traveling.
So this simple minimal spring outfit is absolutely perfect for this time of year when it's starting
to warm up but there's still a little bit of a chill in the air. I've paired this gorgeous lightweight
silk trench coat and a simple white silk blouse from LilySilk with a pair of light wash high-waisted
mum jeans. I just love how light and breezy this silk trench coat feels and because it's a neutral
beige grey tone it's going to match with basically all of my spring outfits. Neutrals are very on
trend but this is a great look to wear in Germany because Germans love their neutrals. They love
their earthy tones. A classic white blouse is a staple in my spring wardrobe and this blouse from
LilySilk is absolute perfection because it's made from 100% premium mulberry silk. It's very
lightweight and breezy and it just feels so soft and silky on my skin. So next up is another light
wash denim look but I've paired my high-waisted jeans with this adorable cotton embroidered blouse.
It's in this cream champagne color. I just really love this color for spring. I've actually had this
blouse for a couple of years now and I still absolutely love it. I find that because I choose
pretty classic timeless pieces they stay in style for a long time. So for a different look altogether
I just swapped out my blue jeans for a pair of beige jeans and I just love the earthy natural
feel to this outfit. I feel really comfortable wearing it. So this next look is for the chilliest
spring days because we do have quite a few of them here in Germany especially in early spring.
So I just tucked this lightweight cream and black striped sweater into my mum jeans with this black
leather belt. I actually thrifted this belt. So next up is another really simple casual look for
the cooler spring days. I'm just wearing a really soft lightweight cashmere sweater tucked into
dark wash jeans. The next outfit is yet another really simple one in earthy neutral tones. I'm
sure you've noticed a little bit of a theme here. I've paired my lily silk trench coat with a simple
brown crop tank top and high-waisted black jeans. I can also just take off the trench coat and wear
the tank top on its own and I think it looks really cute. So as you can see my silk trench
coat is so versatile in my spring wardrobe. I've just paired it with these cream wide leg jeans
and a simple square neck tank top. Because most of my spring wardrobe is made up of neutrals I can
basically mix and match all of my pieces together making it just so quick and easy to put my outfits
together in the morning. So as you can see I've just switched up my trench coat for a light wash
denim jacket and I just really love this casual effortless look. For a different look altogether
I've just added this oversized corduroy jacket in this really nice dusty pink colour. I am a sucker
for dusty pink and this lightweight cotton blouse with lace detailing is absolutely perfect to wear
on a spring day tucked into jeans. This gorgeous embroidered white cotton blouse is one of my
favourites. I think it just looks so fresh and effortless tucked into dark wash jeans. This is
the type of outfit I can just quickly throw on and feel put together. Another really cute little blouse
for the warmer days. I just love the frill detailing on the sleeves and the floral pattern is
so cute. As usual I've just tucked it into some jeans but I think it would also look really cute
with a skirt or maybe shorts on a warmer day. So last but not least I'm wearing this adorable flowy
breezy blouse with this embroidered yellow floral detailing. I just think it's so cute. If this
outfit doesn't scream springtime I don't know what does. So I was actually having a little bit of
trouble filming my feet but these are my spring shoe collection which I can just mix and match
with almost all of my outfits. So anyway guys I really hope you enjoyed this little spring
fashion lookbook type video what to wear in Germany during springtime. Obviously you can
wear whatever you like but this is what I like to wear in Germany during springtime as a 36 year
old mother of three. I like my outfits to be comfortable, practical, effortless but I also
like to look good as well. I think if you look good you feel good and that's really really important
for your mental health and just overall well-being. So if you are living in Germany or you're planning
on traveling to Germany during springtime I hope I gave you some ideas about you know what is
functional, practical, appropriate for spring weather in Germany. Also I just wanted to remind
you that I have a LilySilk discount code for you so if you use my code at checkout you will receive
