Surf Fishing versus the Red Tide. We got into town this day and I couldn't wait to hit the beach and start surf fishing. I was basically fishing for anything that would bite. As you will see there were some bites but just not the quality or quantity that is expected this time of year. I found out later on the reason for this, and I hope this sheds some light on fishing here for others traveling and fishing here on why the fishing has been sporadic.
We've got some ladyfish cut up into some chunks and fish bites so we'll just see what happens
maybe hook into something.
A couple of rods out, got a live hardtail on the big rod, got fish bites on the other
two.
The sun is getting ready to set so stuff should start biting here pretty quick.

Alright, we're going to put this whiting out whole and see if that attracts something big.
It should come out whole just like that.
