$16,400,000 Forgotten and Untouched Abandoned Mansion

what is up guys welcome back to another fritography abandoned mansion adventure guys as you can see behind me i'm standing in front of a very large abandoned house pretty much an abandoned mansion but there's power the weirdest thing so guys this is a very large abandoned mansion surrounded by forest trees property owned by a developer the house is going to be knocked down it is full of contents of the family who lived here and their children there's still power the lights still work guys it's so weird and when i say they left a lot of stuff behind i'm not kidding guys check this out they even left their accordion here guys who leaves an accordion behind i'll play it for you a little bit later now guys before we get started i do got to tell you that this video i will be using exclusively a brand new flashlight now this thing here looks like a lighter it's not this is a brand new flashlight by a company called olight what this is guys this here is actually your charger you open it up the light is inside you take out the light look how small this flashlight is guys 1200 lumens if you know anything about flashlights you know that for a flashlight this small 1200 lumens is very very impressive now this might look like any other flashlight that you see out there on the market but what makes this one special guys is this this is the charging case i can use this flashlight running out of battery pop it back in here close it and charge it and then this thing will charge this little pocket here for the flashlight you can actually charge the flashlight almost four whole times do [Music] okay guys we are going to start outside and like i said this house has power the weirdest thing guys when you're at an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere and the lights are on so very very strange as you can see it's a little bit darker out so uh luckily we've got my new flashlight for where the parts of the house are dark so let's go guys now you might recognize this video if you guys have been here i believe it was ethan minnie who discovered this house he was here with carlo and a couple of other guys so you will probably recognize the house from ethan and the other guys so now interesting thing is you walk in there's a baby's crib just hanging out right there very strange beautiful front foyer though you got murals painted on the walls so let's make a uh right turn we'll head into this room here this is probably a dining room area it's a bit dark so guys i will take out my olight baton three flashlight here we go let's see how this little puppy works for us okay guys we will use the flashlight where needed uh some of these rooms are a bit dark so anyways as i was saying there's that bike that i was riding at the beginning looks like somebody broke the the seat and they made themselves a new seat out of a pillow and some tape and some saran wrap very resourceful guys gorgeous light hanging from the ceiling definitely would have been a dining room table in here there's your stairs over there to head on upstairs and downstairs which we will in a little while beautiful cat blanket look at these cats guys yeah there's a lot of stuff here for little kids so as you can see here there is a high chair and there's a lot of kids here i'm guessing the family that lived here had several children here's your kitchen beautiful very large kitchen large island right in the center with the sink i wonder if the water's on here i haven't even checked that yet okay no the water's not on but the power is there's your stove top and your vent for the fan for the stove double sink here got some boxes in there there's my camera gear anyways really like this kitchen it's a large kitchen lots of cupboard space they got some coffee up there that they left behind got some glassware and some mugs your george foreman grill gives you the george foreman guarantee wow all right let's head into the main living room area lots going on in here guys a lot of furniture a lot of toys we got a kids we got a box here full of toys for some kids really cool stuff got some marbles there rocking chair very i love rocking chairs my parents always had rocking chairs when i was a kid very comfortable to sit on all kinds of toys on the floor here guys dinosaurs and cars and guns and binoculars and army toys and stuffed animals got a remote controlled jeep in there volleyball skipping rope so much just left behind like i just don't get it guys you guys say this all the time and i say it too i don't understand why not bring the kids toys with you when you leave this is really interesting right here guys this here is i'm guessing it's a door for a pet to come in and out it's got a lock on it and uh it's either for a pet or it's for loading firewood from outside i have no idea because uh i mean i don't know a lot of things so anyways but it's really cool look you can open it and you can close it watch this close the door and there you go there was a fireplace here not anymore big flat screen tv the old style ones got anything up here guys no empty beautiful room though isn't it this is a great looking house another toy car nice lofty exposed wood just a gorgeous room guys this flashlight is doing pretty good guys for such a small little flashlight where is it there it is for such a small little light it's doing the trick it really is small light is key guys when you're exploring because you don't want to have to lug around too much gear which i am notoriously bad for for carrying too much stuff around with me okay we have only scratched the surface in this house guys let's take a quick break and move on to the rest of the house okay so we'll take a quick walk outside here and here we are in just a little uh fenced off area on their outdoor deck and patio there's a space there for a barbecue and then over here there is a swimming pool you can't see it though it's completely uh boarded over so you can't see the swimming pool but they do have a pool very large backyard and this is just a gorgeous gorgeous back porch deck area head back in [Music] and we will go upstairs and downstairs there's not much to the upstairs there's only like two rooms but we will move on show you guys what's in here this is another living room area fireplace doors to go outside into the patio this here likely an office from the looks of things you got some uh screens here you got a large uh flat screen monitor or television in here scanner printer elephant what do we got here guys what's this thing no clue what is that no clue what that is guys another monitor you got a baby seat a number of baby seats and we have the accordion okay guys so i don't know a damn thing about how to play the accordion i don't know how to make the keys work all i know is that you can do this [Music] and it makes that noise i don't know what any of these buttons here are supposed to do so how do you i don't [Music] i can't figure it out guys okay as we were let's continue on through the house guys there is a lot of rooms in this house a lot of rooms here's a kid's bathroom you got spongebob on the floor don't forget to wash up it's a little bathtub here picture of some children there and here is what is probably a little girl's room not guessing the gender based on the pink but i am just guessing the gender based on the pink so we got a we got a pony here on the bed hanging out head on over here there's still a bunch more toys down here stuffed animals dinosaurs books movies there's a television here more books musical center [Music] all right anyways moving on a little bit of clothes in here there's some coats left behind nice skylight right here let some natural light into the room here's another room possibly a boys room got some murals on the wall of water sports look there's a school project underneath the bed okay guys here we have a school project on the uh benefits of and disadvantages of being a doctor as you can see doctor is now spelled with an e job description health professionals who keep and restore human health through the practice of medicine they examine patients review their medical history diagnose illnesses or injuries daily tasks of a doctor some doctors specialize in a particular area of the medicine they examine patients such as an eye doctor or a heart doctor they take medical histories they prescribe medication do visual exams and they give needles guys wow working location some doctors work at the hospital the medical office or the clinic facts physicians work more than 60 hours per week some doctors work all day and night they can get they can get at work anytime in the day they will get a call even at night in the middle of the night working salary of a doctor starts at a hundred thousand dollars the benefits of being a doctor are challenging work you will enjoy a good salary you have to make sacrifices working with people interesting but tireding disadvantage of being a doctor stress time consumption lawsuits long work hours of 45 to 60 hours as we as we previously mentioned you can be on call at any time training doctoral or professional degree from a university so so far guys we have talked about duties and resp duties and tasks benefits disadvantages and training working salary working location what is a doctor this guy did a good job guys really good job on his school project moving along here we have a storage area for uh for bags and for toys we have a bed here with a certificate on it and the certificate is for a pa it's for a school that this kid has completed the elementary school program and qualifies for admission to secondary school and we will start off here with a quick what is up guys in the boat mirror okay guys we're back we're gonna move on to the master bedroom down this very long hallway very very long hallway we head in here and there is a mattress and a bed and some furniture and an ikea chair guys those are not cheap very very large master bedroom head on into the bathroom here again another large room huge jacuzzi tub with a beautiful view outside these two windows to look outside and enjoy the view outside while you're relaxing in your jacuzzi tub lots and lots of mirrors for very flashlight shiny what is up guys right there and another one here what is up guys and then one more really big what is up guys okay continuing on there's a lot of mouse poop on the counter i don't know how long this house has been empty for walk-in closet another baby's crib in here this family sure liked having babies and then we have more closet storage lots of storage we have storage here for coats and they've left us three coats behind here we have storage for the shoes very important to store your shoes and then here is uh probably the man's closet and this one here well that's just another closet got a coat there and you've got some snow pants [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] okay you guys still with me i'm still here you guys are still here now we're going to take a quick look upstairs there's not much to see up there but then we're going to do the rest of the main floor there's a little bit more over there like i said guys this is a huge house lots to see still got to do the basement so stick around with me guys let's go upstairs all right here we go i'm so glad this house has power so i can use the lights because i hate exploring at night i prefer to not use these amazing flashlights that i have but sometimes you have to but i do definitely prefer when i'm here at night that i can use the uh the lights that we have available so a nice upstairs bedroom not much in here though interesting little door there but it's nailed shut bathroom just a small one you can sit here got some that's just for the furnace i thought it might be storage bathtub here has jacuzzi jets and then there's a storage room right there with another uh baby seat and that's the upstairs so now we'll go downstairs mostly empty down here just a few interesting things starting here with your furnace room a lot of cobwebs in here that i'm not happy about all kinds of paint old jvc stereo right there receiver and amplifier really cool i bet you that thing sounds good i could i should turn it on i bet you it works okay we'll head on over here and there is a storage room back here if i can get past all the cobwebs and in the storage room all kinds of toys like so many toys oh this is so cool look at all the car toy cars okay guys so i did a little bit of digging through one of the bins to see what was cool and i found all these toy cars my favorite is this tonka tow truck right here that is so awesome the little dude in me just wants to play with that oh there's some old ones too so cool okay guys so moving on from the toys i showed you guys what's in the bin here all the toy cars and then we got this thing right here classic little little little dudes car here we got a bunch of more stuff all kinds of toys down here got some train tracks roller coaster connects kit candy land all kinds of stuff ooh this guy right here well we got to move on guys we've got to keep going i can't be here all night so head back through here and down here to the uh the rec room area got some very classy old retro furniture here guys check out that chair fireplace a little another little kids ride there huge toshiba flat screen tv from back in the day huge guys so this is your rec room loving it cool room and then there's a bathroom there and some storage here i think this is just another storage room covered in cobwebs so i'm not sticking my head in there sorry i'm going fast guys not much to see that was the basement and then we head back upstairs to the final portion of the main level take you into the garage there's some more of that furniture from the basement right here big giant couch that they removed got some tires being stored here kids bike scooters oh get tired guys almost done there's another there's a lot of doors in this house too you got a side door here here you got a green house right here what's that nothing guys empty empty tin box and then we wrap things up we come on in here another storage room ironing board some stuff for the kitchen bread maker laundry room and there we have it guys back in the kitchen back where it all began guys so guys that wraps this one up now ethan and carlo said that this place is worth 16 million dollars i don't know how much of that i believe it could be the it could be the value of the property is a very large piece of property i haven't looked up anything i will make sure i do my research on the address and figure out the actual value of this house and what the story is and maybe figure out why this house has been left
