uh then we'll get started [Music] all right kicking off this q a with the first question when is your wedding it's not happening in case you have missed it there has been a huge life shift for me in the last year I'm not getting married anymore so I am single and ready to mingle now I'm not here to talk about the reasons why it happened how it happened um there is a video statement that we put out together um explaining that we are going separate ways and we moved on since then so it has been quite a journey I must say uh last year was not that easy I would say the first half year of last year was quite uh strenuous but here I am back smiling so that's what counts how are you Nelly how are you coping up from the breakup how is your heart now like really so like really I feel like I am healed 80 from my breakup it has been I think over eight or nine months already and uh I am doing really well I am at peace with myself I am very grounded I am very joyful and I most importantly found myself again I'm very content about how I'm feeling I'm super happy and that's it in very very short how to move on uh one friend of mine said Nelly the things that you are going to do now is wake up eat healthy work out sleep repeat and that's what I did and additionally to that I did things that are making me happy I try to be a lot in nature I tried a lot of new things and I traveled I surrounded myself with other people as well and I also actively strive for healing techniques starting from doing yoga meditation I started dancing there are so many things that you can try that just ground you again and you know you can do a little reset and your anxiety dies down and it's it's it has been very helpful for me to just be away for a little bit um just to let my heart heal so I can highly highly recommend all of those things and I must say it has been very fulfilling to just be by my own after such a long relationship so I can do all the things that I want to do without regard for anybody else which has been very refreshing for me and the weirdest thing for me was going on the very first date with somebody else I felt like it was very awkward and I forgot how to do it and from you guys saying hey Nelly you look so different like your aura is different your look is different and I do have to say I have more time to look after myself and um I just do the things that make me happy just me and I love it do you realize or notice that you're way different now from the old Nelly and I've received this a lot and especially friends of mine are saying we really love the new Nelly and I am full of life I am way more present I shifted my perspectives on a few things I've grown so much in the past few months as a person um yeah and I just went inwards and I'm happy what came out of it so here I am nearly 2.0 and even my sister said I do love seeing you so Lively and so vibrant so that's a huge compliment for me meaning that all the healing that I did and all the time that I invested in it was well worth it what did you discover about yourself after ending a long-term relationship this is a very good question and I discovered about myself that I can do so many things it was a great reminder for me that I am capable of doing big things by myself as well another question I just love your glow your aura beams with so much light keeps shining thank you so much um this is also something that I've received a lot and I think once you reach your inner peace and you let go of the old you open up to A Whole New World um that unlocks for you it's just so crazy and once you are aligned with your own values you just Shine from within um and I feel like I said very at peace very content and happy I'm very glad that it resonates are you open for dating and the answer is yes I have been on a few dates in the past few months it has been very interesting to get to know a few other men with some fantastic qualities but unfortunately there hasn't been that one yet where you know I fell in love with but I think Love Takes Time and it's nothing that should be rushed or forced and I'm very happy that I went on those dates because it has been really really nice will you ever fall for a Filipino guy in the future I have no idea maybe maybe not I I don't know what loves brings what future brings I'm not making any differences in terms of ethnicity or where you come from what language you speak I don't care as long as our values are matching um and we track we attract each other I'm happy talking of Filipinos next topic is the Philippines one of the most asked questions is when are you coming back to Manila and the answer is very soon the last time I've been to Manila was for my birthday I'm at George and Lucy I took care of our Airbnb Casa Minelli you still live in the Philippines will you be spending time between Manila and Bali or another City so the answer is yes I have been quite around a lot I traveled a lot and it's something that I needed to do for me to have some some sort of distance so I decided since I'm single I'll travel a little bit and of course come home to the Philippines it's still my home base and yeah you just have to know that I will come back I'm a permanent resident and I'm proud to call Philippines my home but let's just say I will have a few home base as well I will just jump around and um make the most out of it future plans this is a tough one because you never know what life brings and my life looked very different a year ago so I could never say what my life will look like in future but uh yeah I got the question whether you see yourself in a year and five years from now on and the very simple answer is I don't know yet I do have big plans I do have a few goals that I want to achieve um but I could not say oh this is where I will be like I will have a house and kids and it'll be married or whatever this is not me I never planned long term I was focused on the now yeah life changes constantly and for me it's always a matter of adapting to life and most of the time I learned something new about myself and then I just switch no question but just wanted to tell you that you're
