We Didn't Know THIS Was in MANILA, So Impressed By This in Philippines!

[Music] hey guys welcome to another daily juice you joined me in the back of a grub in the manila traffic in the rain so welcome welcome to the blog welcome to a day in the life Lucy's here as you guys know if you watched a video the other day we we did have travel plans we should have been going to Singapore we told you this already in a video the other day it means because of the virus that thing's wanted to avoid the airports and things like that so it does mean we have more time in Manila so today we felt like going out to explore something that we'd never seen or done before like we do when we travel around we fancy doing that today so hopped in the car heading over to Makati and we're going to a place cool we just big drop and it has really really started raining but there are Japanese restaurants everywhere we're surrounded by Japanese restaurants and would you look at that guys it is lunchtime so since this rain stops can have a wand around this area I hope so I really hope so whereas we saw a new YouTube channel we've discovered recently 1 2 3 Japan it's Japanese girl who is over here in Manila in the Philippines is she studying I think no maybe studying and making YouTube videos really really entertaining channel she came here in a video we saw that she came here the other day let's check it out by now it's really raining so we need wait we were patient when all that patient-level way especially when we're hungry but we'll wait Michael wait [Music] really wet guys it's not just drizzling it to keep ping it down we were taught from the front to here and we ran we did Google that the lens that we're using is weatherproof so hence why we could film a little fit there's restaurants everywhere it's really crazy there's a little like a shrine for the he shrine in Tokyo the Red Sea there's like a similar kind of thing here if it's less with Tokyo this hopefully format fun yeah yeah it's really read like you want some really sweet pricey and then you just come away and there's still a leeway of Japanese restaurants and they've obviously tried to make this similar to the alleys that you do see in Japan like the trees how narrow it is yeah listen I've been to Japan twice now I've been to we've been to Tokyo and Osaka yeah so three different locations in Japan we're definitely gonna be going back to Japan this year we're not sure when I would say Japanese food is definitely within my top five cuisines that I love in the world of food so I think there as well whiskey yeah speaking of which we're gonna carry on wandering we're gonna find a restaurant maybe get some ramen maybe get something so it's lunchtime it's midday all right let's have a look newer washer for a reason today we're gonna break the weather let's go [Music] we expect to see this you're right of the mainstream McCarthy literally come off by all Avenue and then you're here but there's not many people here don't know if it's because the rain or maybe there maybe it's more than a new place maybe there's someone open over here look at menu this is really romantic impending me if genuine the earth will have a look this genuine looks like the tiny places that you see in Japan just it's just like you're into power genuinely let's Natalie hello thank you check out have a look at the bag yes [Music] thank you [Music] one of the things we love about going to Japan business in Japan is finding tiny tentacle spots to eat so to find this place is really really cool and we ordered four different things so we can try lots of stuff and I won from a lunch set menu with three things and then a curry as well so it's got ramen gears it's right Hong Kong tonkotsu ramen and let me get to some closer toilets where it's outside left against the wall pass and cap on the go away at the end [Music] [Music] alright guys the food has arrived I've got the delicious that smells amazing as well fried rice with the gears as the catsuit carried the source attendants I'll choose how much sauce to our service we put the whole thing on of course we're going to tuck in now we'll let you know how this is yeah we're hungry so we're getting Oh baby I love your man it's so incredibly beautiful [Music] so suffice to [Music] some say I'm saying in the right but I just love to play any fun and games always away from or that's just how I was born take me somewhere and give me your grade [Music] Oh get me to pieces yeah me it won't you pandemonium life is so nice Wow two pieces once you find a mom - very full bellies if I live from here so I'd be here all the time and that means I only like a 20-minute graboid really if the weather is good but when it rains grabs get hectic traffic takes a lot longer than normal I think is too worth the trip over because it's super authentic it's my hair done so if you're in the area if you're visiting Makati or Manila at all then I definitely head to Little Tokyo it's very cool and just put little tokyo and it comes off as a restaurant there's actually loads of restaurants here when you get here and this is different a bit different I think I'll have to come back here when there's more things open and when it's not raining but guys we're discovering it we've got a comment the other day saying you guys are always shocked or surprised or we are expecting stuff but like we refer we've only been living here for six months so of course we haven't explored everywhere we're discovering almost daily at the moment that there's so many things that we love so many of our favorite things right here in Manila and this crease you can find it all here and this is another thing to add a cool place to come and see on a day off or a place to come to dinner I guess it's got a cool atmosphere in the evening we just noticed here for AM clothes so I reckon this place gets pretty lively they got all these tables out so with that being said guys please comment below any other cool spots cool things we should check out in Manila and McAtee and BGC in other cities other areas it's like I've assisted at Instagram store it's like from Philippines Japan real fast I just got spiteful can you tag me in those please because I didn't film anything friends to graphic got skyscrapers everywhere still got Christmas board was out brilliant that's weird actually it's a net one because it's now February I feel like it goes up to January in the Philippines oh yeah yes grandpa everywhere and then suddenly there's just like an alleyway with Japanese lanterns and Japanese restaurant exactly so now we're walking back through the rains got a little bit better walking back through where I want to show this walking back through Little Tokyo and just like that we're back in Manila back in the Philippines time travel is a crazy thing all right guys we're currently posing for a photo for Instagram how about this loose follow us here on Instagram guys make sure you follow us on Instagram so also across the street from the official little Tokyo there are yeah nice there are ton prices out the front it's one name there's a ton of other Japanese restaurants it's literally like walking through the street in Japan here all the way down so we're going to take a little wander around the corner see what else is going on see how big this kind of little Japan area is a little Tokyo area and we're not being told off the filming here which is really good looking good right hey guys so you did this little video showing you another pocket manila we've got these beautiful skipper the other summer you enjoyed it subscribe if you're new and like George like get in the comments tell us where you want on spoke score neck the good food for cool things to see anything really but we're going to get Anna graph now head back over to BTC and that will see soon thanks for watching stay on the rain stayed dry guys [Music]
