November 14, 2023 We rescued Nova from the freeway median after people thought she was dead. CHP and animal control was called over a week. She was hit by a car starving there dying. She was skin and bones. When we saw the post we begged CHP to break traffic. We told them we'd be fast. He said she was dead. Then he saw her lift her head up. Then we were able to rescue her. Poor girl was terrified and used all her energy to resist. She pooped and peed herself. But we got her. She had anaplasmosis, coccidia, and giardia from years of neglect. Then twice small fractures on pelvis and femur from being hit.She healed up and has been ready for a while.
She's 3-4 year old German shepherd with high energy who loves to talk. She gets along with other dogs.
Here's the one and only Nova. Freeway 99 dog from November 14, 2023. Yes, we still have her looking
for a home. She's very vocal as you can see. She's like this the whole time. Just needs some
exercise, attention, love. Nice big property. She doesn't mind being buddy outside either.
She's throwing a fit over there. She's about three to four years old. She was in the freeway median.
Everyone thought she was dead because she looked dead. Skin and bones. Called CHP animal control
for about a week but we were able to bid and get CHP to put a break in traffic and we got her out
of there. She had been hit by a car. That's why she was there and by a miracle she's alive. She's
all healed and ready to go. So if you could do us a huge favor and share a beautiful girl. She sits.
Can you sit? There you go. Let me get you. Let me get you. Yeah because I can't go without doing
that. It's not nice. You can see she's a German Shepherd. Good girl. I think she gives the paw too.
Hey little Bobby. I see you back there. She's a bigger doggie and again I'd really love for her
to have some property to just run because she loves to exercise and grown children. I don't
