#primark #haul #primarkhaul
Hello, guys. Good morning. Welcome back to my channel. Welcome back to a brand new video.
This morning, I have driven to and parked outside of Primark. I say morning, it's literally 10 to
12. I'm vlogging today as well, so I'm double filming. I've been out and about all morning,
but anyway, it is 10 to 12. We are outside Trafford Centre, as you can tell, and I wanted
to head into Primark. I don't think the new Primark home ... Sorry, it's a bit hot. I don't
think the new Primark home is open yet, so we might have to come back for that, but we'll have
a look. You never know. It could be open, and who knows? If they are closing that store,
or maybe they're going to keep that one just for fashion. I don't know. We'll see. We'll head on
in, have a look, and see what's new in Primark. Hopefully, they've got some good stock,
and yeah, I thought I would just pick up the camera and take you shopping with me,
and do a little come shop with me today. Here we go. Could this be a sign? Primark home,
this way. There's Primark. It looks like Primark home is going to be directly opposite,
but as you can tell, it is not open yet. Opening Friday, 29th of August at 10 a.m.
They have switched it around a bit, and they've got the pyjama section here when you first come
in, and these cute little lacy sets are very, very pretty and girly. I really like this pointelle
fabric that they've got these in shorts and trouser versions. I can't see any matching tops
though. The shorts are £8, and the trousers are £12. That is so pretty. That is so annoying,
because I really want to get these trousers, but they have a matching bra, but just not a top.
They've got loads of pink and green sets, some grey as well in this pointelle fabric.
See, that's really pretty, but what a shame that they've not got a blue matching one.
They do have this pattern as well in that same fabric with the little flowers on,
the little bow printed dressing gown. I'm seeing loads of burgundy everywhere at the moment.
They've got some more burgundy and blue within this section too. Even teddy bears I'm thinking
for autumn, and then they've also got stars and stripes. Wow, that's quite American, stars and
stripes. Yeah, loads of pyjamas in this one. I definitely think they're getting more clothing
stock given that the home store is opening. They've had a complete switch around. It's actually
a lot of the children's wear is downstairs, and women's wear is upstairs. I'm heading up there
now. That's probably why it's pyjamas downstairs. The home store is two storeys as well, so it's
going to be huge. I'm kind of sad that it's not open for me today. I can't wait for that to open.
So as you come up, you get to the Edit range, and they've got this really nice stripe waistcoat
that I like the look of at £26. Lots of more workwear options. Annoyingly, these ones are
stained, but these Edit tees that they do are really good quality. They are £12, so a bit more
expensive, but each one has makeup on, which is annoying. I actually think the amount of clothes
within this Edit range here is more than the one in the city centre, and they've got these really
nice jeans. I love that wash of denim. They are £22. I don't know if I love the colour of this one.
It's probably not my colour, but £22. I really like the cut of this top. It's also wool mix,
so I think really nice for autumn. I've seen these little tops styled up with trousers,
like either chinos or even like a satin trouser, but they've not got my size. They've only got
extra smalls in, but I do really like that, and I would be tempted to get that, actually,
had they have had my size. It's a nicer fabric. It's got the little stripe detail in the kind of
grey, but yeah, they've only got extra smalls, unfortunately. I love the look of these trousers,
but again, barrel legs just don't really suit me. I have tried, but they're a really nice fabric.
They've got a stretchy waistband, so I think they'd be quite comfortable. They are £26,
and again, part of the Primark Edit range. I think this is the last of the home that they've
got in. They've clearly made a big move to put all the stuff in the homeware shop,
so unfortunately, I can't show you loads of homeware bits. There are a couple of new things
I've seen, that tablecloth and napkins for autumn, and then this crockery range of
like these brown leaf bowls and plates. The bowls are £7, and the plates are £6.
We've got a few reductions to have a quick look at, because literally prices are from
£1 for this top from £18, part of the Rita Orr range. It's like a
just a simple long sleeve thin white top, although it's in an extra large, so I think
that'd be too big for me, but even like it's an oversized top for £1. I'm tempted. I know it was
£10 full price, not £18. They've got lots of these from the Primark Edit range, 100% linen
waistcoats. I've seen these before when they were full price at £26. They're now down to £15,
and they've got loads of them, but they're all again in an extra small, so no good for me,
but they are lovely. I think this top is nice. It's got like the almost Peter Pan style collar
with the embroidery on as well, and that runs down the front into little small waist.
Let me see a smaller size. This is reduced from £16 full price down to £7.
Again, love these, but unfortunately just don't have my size, but they're like a crossover,
a bit like a Tala dupe. They've got the matching leggings that cross over over there. They're like
a fold over, but I do like this top. It's £12, and they've got extra large and 2XL, but yeah,
no mediums or even a large. I'd probably try, but that I can just tell is going to be too big for
These are dupes for the Lululemon line tops. They feel very similar. I can tell the difference
slightly, but they still have the padding. They have the same shape. They're £11,
and I love this colour, but I don't think the matching leggings would be very flattering.
They're too pale. I feel like you'd be able to see everything because it's quite thin.
They've got a few jackets coming in for autumn. This one with the corduroy
colour is quite nice at £28. It's quite short though, quite a short jacket, but country style
if you like that. I really like these material ones, but I've already got a couple that I wear
each year. Oh, in fact, I have this one already, and then I have a charcoal grey one. Again,
more burgundy, this time with the pop of pink. I feel like there's a jacket just like this in Zara,
but this one's £34, and it's slightly darker. The one in Zara is more burgundy than this. This
one's more like a really deep chocolate brown, but pretty good if you're after a cheaper
alternative, especially if you only think you're going to get a few wears out of it.
My favourite knitwear is back. This jumper is lovely. I've got it in the light grey. I also
have a brown colour and a baby blue, and they've also got the pink. You do, I find, have to layer
it. This is more of a wintry one. They're £17, and they're just a really nice shape,
really good length as well. I think the dark grey is really nice. I'd be tempted to get that one if
I didn't already have three, but I feel like I don't need any more. They're a really nice fit.
They're slightly shorter at the front, longer at the back. I tend to wear them with leggings,
boots, a t-shirt underneath, maybe popping out, so you can see the white of the t-shirt popping out,
and like a cosy beanie in autumn, winter. Oh, and they've also got the cream. Now, this is new.
This is a new colour. I have it in both a small and a medium, but they haven't got any smalls of the
cream. Oh, I could be tempted. I know I just said I don't need any more, but cream is just a really
good staple colour, isn't it? They also have this same kind of contains wool fabric in these cropped
cardigans in loads of different colours. This one obviously is the one I'm drawn to most. This is a
lot thinner than the jumper that I've just showed you, but yeah, let's have a look, see what else
they've got. They've got some long line cardigans there. This one with the edging detail. This,
I have something very similar from Pretty Lavish, except it was a zip rather than buttons,
but that's lovely. That one is, how much is this? £20. I really like these crossover designs.
They've got this one here, again with the contains wool, £14, and this one at £16. Because of that wrap
detail, it's quite nice to wear something like this with leggings and a workout top for a
parties type top. I don't love the sleeves on this one. Can you see how it's got the
ruching and it's slightly balloons, but I do like the idea of having like a little crossover wrap
top for like a yoga or pilates. Again, another lovely jacket for autumn, and again, actually
quite a cropped style, this one at £28. It's got the lining inside, so if you wanted to turn up the
sleeves, that's what you can see, but otherwise the corduroy pockets and collar, and yeah, I really
like the colour of that one. Still very much loving the polo trend, these tops. I prefer this
fabric to the knit personally. I wish they had that in a navy. I feel like that would be really
nice. I'm not sure I love the green. If that was navy and cream, I think I would get that. It's £14
that one. They have lots of dresses. I'm assuming these, actually I don't think they are in the sale,
just kind of like, oh yeah, they are. A lot of these are reduced, and they have loads more over
here. I really like the embroidery ones. These are the ones I'm usually drawn to for summer dresses.
Oh, that one's a shorter one. I believe I have this. Yep, the Rita Ora one, £25. It's still
saying full price, so I'm not sure if these are reduced or not. I really love this tee. It's £7,
but it's just been plonked here, and I need to find if they've got a smaller size, because the
sludge is quite oversized for me. If I was to do an oversized fit, I think that would be maybe too
big, but I really want to find this, because I love the quality and the sort of fine, light grey
stripe. Bag's in tow. I cannot wait for the new Primark home to open, but I thought I would show
you in today. I know sometimes I do separate sort of come shop with me's and then haul videos,
but I don't have a huge haul. I just have some bits that I picked up, so I thought I would just
show you within this video. Firstly, some cosy socks. Cosy sock season is coming back,
and Primark have some of the best cosy socks. I picked up this two-pack made with wool at £4.50,
just two neutral colors. I particularly like the dark one. Then I also went for these slouch ones,
which kind of have a look of Pineapple Dance Studios with the slouch element along the leg,
like leg warmers style, but no, they are so cosy. These are the normal socks that I get every year,
the cosy socks. They are a two-pack for £4.50 as well. I did grab this knit. Let me show it to you
on, because I am just in love with these. In a medium at £17, I got the cream version. I couldn't
not. In fact, even the cream with the white trousers, like these white jeans, you can see how
it is a much more creamier shade. In fact, it's verging on, looking at it in the mirror, it's
verging on like butter yellow. Can you see the difference? Because these trousers that I have,
these jeans from Hilara, they're not even. I wouldn't even class these as white. I would
class these as like a off-white, slightly warm-toned, creamier white. The fact that this
is quite a stark contrast, you can see that how creamy this is. The other ones that I have,
like I've said to you before, I've got the brown shade, although I don't know where it is. It's
not in there currently. Then I've got a grey and a blue as well. I don't know where my brown one
is. I wonder if I've put it away for winter, but yeah, lovely, lovely, lovely, lovely.
I do think though, is it too warm for me? Considering I'm better off apparently with
my colouring, I'm better off with a more like white, true white, as opposed to like
a really yellowy white, and this is obviously very yellowy. It is nice though. I do like it.
Again, you can see, sorry, I'll just keep it on. You can see here with the length how it's
shorter at the front, but then longer at the back where I like to wear leggings with it. Then
I feel like my bottom's covered. Hence why it's a jumper that I wear quite a lot. I get quite a lot
of wear out throughout autumn and winter. Autumn especially because it's nice and cozy. Throw that
on with a t-shirt underneath and then you don't even need a coat over the top. Oh, speaking of
cozy vibes, look how soft and cozy these are. Oh my goodness, they are so cozy. These are
slipper socks. They've got little grippers on the bottom and they are memory foam, so they feel
really nice and squidgy and supportive. Yeah, one pair of slipper socks. They had different sizes.
I went for my size six to eight and they were only £3.50. So, so cozy. Take that label off,
throw these in a cozy hamper with some of the person that you're buying for's favourite treats
and stuff. I just feel like these would make a nice little addition for £3.50.
If you were giving someone a nice cozy gift. Okay, so unfortunately I didn't find the matching top
to these blue PJ buns, but I love them that much. I grabbed them anyway and just get the colouring
right. There you go. You can see they're like a gorgeous baby blue, £12 in a medium. They did
have these in plain white, but not in my size. And then I went for the, this top to go with it
because it's the same fabric, that pointelle fabric with the detailing there, but this one
has a little flower print on. And these did come with the matching trousers. So I almost put the
blue back and went for the matching ones to these, but they were, the flowers were like all over the
white trousers. And I just thought, do you know what? This has a bit of baby blue in it with the
little bow there. So I thought I'm just going to pair this one with those blue trousers. The top,
I only found in an extra large as well. Sizing was a bit all over the show today. There were
quite a few things I would have got, but they didn't have my size. I also got this jumper.
This one was in the sale. It's a part of the NASCAR range and it was £10. Oh no, it wasn't. It
was £18 reduced to £10. So I just grabbed this. They remind me, it reminded me of the,
the ones that like Abercrombie do in the menswear, you know, like a graphic,
in fact, I've got one in here, a graphic kind of sweatshirt like this, Abercrombie one,
but like with an aged look to it. And again, for cosy days in autumn and winter, which working
from home quite often, I'll have cosy days attire. I just really liked the kind of, like I said,
the washed effect of the print on this one. Kind of like a vintage style. Tuck that in.
Cute. Or keep it untucked and wear again, because it's a bit longer. You could wear with
leggings. Just move the camera down a bit so you can see a bit better. The NASCAR print.
What else did I get? Oh, another sale find and an absolute bargain. This one, it's a beautiful
knit top, like just a very basic knit top, but such lovely quality. And this was reduced from
seven down to four pounds in a medium. They have loads of these in all of the sizes as well.
Let me just try it on for you. Good job. It's blurring me out right now. Yeah. Perfect little
vest basic. Even with jeans, I've got a nice warm day top like today with these jeans that
it's quite a cropped length, but it sits just right, I would say, where I have high-waisted
trousers on. So for me, medium is ideal. And again, it's that kind of like warm, creamy kind
of color. Four pounds. Now this one was a bit more. This one was 12, but it's a really nice
gray tone that I thought would look, like compliment my skin well with it being that
cool toned shade. So 12 pound in a small, I got this one. Yeah, I usually wear a medium,
but I wanted this one to be a bit more fitted and it is quite stretchy. So I feel like a small,
yeah, especially here. I definitely, I'm glad I went for a small. It has a kind of slight opening
at the bottom, but obviously you could even sometimes when I wear little vest tops like
this, which have the button down, sometimes I even undo a couple of buttons at the bottom.
So it just kind of sits open a bit more. I've got lots of light colored waistcoats. So to have a
little top like this in a dark color, I think works really well. And it's obviously still a very,
a very neutral color for me. 12 pounds seems a lot for Primark though, doesn't it? But again,
if I had seen this in Zara for 12.99, I'd have been like, oh yeah, that's nice. So, and it
probably wouldn't even be that. It'd probably be more like 17.99. So I don't know why sometimes I
just feel off put with the fact that it's Primark and it should be cheaper, but no, I would prefer
the quality like this and it be 12 pounds. Anyway, I did get this t-shirt, which I showed you in the
shop in the next slide. I know it's big. I know it's oversized and I know I'm going to get people
saying it's too big for you, but hold on, let me just show it to you on. And it, okay, so it is
oversized, I get that. But again, length of this, so to be able to wear with leggings, I quite like
this boxier fit. I mean, it's already, you can tell it's like a boxy fit, boxy style anyway. So
to have that already and then in an extra large is big. But with these tops, what I'll often do
is I will tuck them like just the bottom half into a bra and then just pull it over a little bit. So
it sits like on my waistband of wearing like high-waisted jeans. And then it's more this part
that looks more oversized because obviously it's as if it's tucked in a bit. It reminds me of
something that they sell in free people. And it almost, again, has that kind of like washed aged
look to it. I love this. It's so basic, but seven pounds, really happy with that. I'm going to try
on some trousers that I got. I'll just keep this top on now for showing you. These are more just
lounge around the house trousers. Now I've got them in a medium, they're only eight pounds.
I would say they're quite thin. They're like a ribbed fabric, but in an oatmeal, they have them
in gray as well. And I have these, are they in here? Yes, these from Skims, which I live in.
And they are also just for around the house, cozy, comfy days. They're a different fabric.
These are like that super soft cotton fabric, whereas this is like a ribbed. It's still nice
and soft, but I don't know, the waistband feels a bit snug on that. Let me just try them on. Oh,
wow. Okay. So for a medium, these, I would say come up very small. They're not even high-waisted.
They're not above my belly button. They're quite unflattering that you can see every lump and bump,
but even just on my knee. So yeah, I'm going to send these back. These ones are a bit of a fail,
but nevermind. I'm going to try on this last clothing item, which I picked up. This one was
from the Edit range and it is kind of like, I'd say out of season. It's not, it's in season. It's
summer, isn't it still? But this is like a late summer purchase. I'm kind of, my purchases are
becoming a bit more intentional towards transitional or autumn. So this is obviously very
much polar opposite of that, but it's a dress with pockets in this like linen fabric. It says
cotton actually, but it feels like a linen in a medium. Let me try it on. Straps aren't adjustable,
so let's hope it fits. I actually kind of love this. Let me move you down a bit. I know it's
pretty basic as far as long dresses go, but I really like it. I like how floaty and loose and
comfortable this is. I feel like, honestly, I feel like I'm not wearing anything or like wearing a
super oversized granny 90 that you can't feel because it's that comfortable. I do have to,
like, I've got a bra on with it. So obviously you can see the straps, which is a bit annoying,
or you can just go braless or wear a strapless bra underneath. But a lot of the dresses that I
have, they're quite, like even the summery dresses, like what I would say is a similar
option already in my wardrobe. They're all quite tight up top and like thicker straps. I know these
aren't, these are probably my thinnest straps I have, but this is quite tight and fitted.
So as much as I love that dress, and I do, and I do wear it all the time in summer,
sometimes I want something that feels like loose and comfortable rather than fitted anywhere up
top and then the rest of it's loose. I'm like, no, I don't even want a fitted top. I'm not warm.
Whereas this, I feel like is exactly that. And the fact that it's got pockets as well,
it feels like you, I don't know, like a dress that you'd find from that brand Dish that is
much more premium, much more high-end, that Australian brand. Are they coming to the UK?
I feel like they might be, or I might have that wrong. They might already be in the UK.
So yeah, that is my little Primark haul. Again, not too huge compared to some of the Primark
hauls that I do. And definitely going to be heading back ASAP for the brand new Primark
home opening. I kind of want to avoid opening day. I'll take those trousers back. So I'll have
to pop over to the fashion side anyway. And I'm sure in a week or two time I will spot some more
fashion-y bits that I end up buying. So yeah, more Primark content coming soon. If you're
a fan of the Primark content, thumbs up this video. And if you want to see the upcoming Primark
content, which is all new stuff with the new shop opening, which is huge, having had that sneak peek
inside today, then yeah, make sure you're subscribed with that notification bell on so you
can be notified when I upload those videos. Otherwise I'm going to love you and leave you.
I hope you have a lovely rest of your day. Thank you so much for watching and I hope to see you
very soon in the next video. Bye guys!
