okay guys though I had a special request
on all of the different tools that I
actually incorporate into my routine I
don't do this every night I do a
combination of of things throughout the
week if you really want me to dive
deeper into what it looks like and what
that schedule is like I can certainly
answer any questions you have but here
are some tools little fun tricks to kind
of help keep your skin looking plump and
youthful and anything to do to help
right the process slow the process down
so we're gonna go I'm not going to go
through and make this a really long
video I'm gonna slice and dice this
video so that you guys can get the quick
snips of what products which will also
be listed in the description below and
where to get them yeah so trying to make
this as quick and painless as possible
alright so first things first I'm gonna
wash my face so that we can start and
proceed okay I'm back done washing my
face I used this particular scrubber
it's not rocket science you can find
anyone that will really work and dig in
and get out the dirt and oil in your
pores and kind of limit that sebum
production and then depending on what
kind of rotation you have remember my
previous video I talked about how you
you want to make sure that you have a
physical exfoliation and you rotate that
between a chemical or exfoliation so you
never want to do both in one day to do
it like a physical exfoliation and then
say you would do chemical so if you want
to watch that video it is in my playlist
check that out and that's a much longer
video so you have time do it and then I
would proceed to go ahead and use my
face steamer I would put my Deborah
logica and a rice powder
for brightening on my face and then I
really use this lovely steamer it's
fantastic it feels wonderful I just sit
there read watch a show and steam my
face for you know good 5 to 10 minutes
it just opens everything up and then I
go back in and rinse off afterwards
feels really nice actually relaxing and
following that if I feel up to it and
I've had a really stressful week or day
I will these are really funky looking
but they are copying so I don't know if
you guys have seen these but basically
there are little cups you take and you
squeeze them and then they suction and
then you pull the face back I'm going to
do a little bit of a demonstration what
you want to use is an oil so that it
doesn't I'm using the Advaita amazing
and it's actually the whole purpose
behind this is for you to get some
lymphatic drainage it looks really funny
when you're doing it like pulls on your
face
but you can see how it would like
stimulate collagen production because
it's for seeing the blood flow to happen
for seeing the
bad stuff to go through your lymph nodes
and baby least out of this is the body
so I'm not going to bore you I'm going
to finish this up and I'll be right back
and I'm back ok so you can see I brought
some of the blood to the surface of the
skin it's good actually and healthy it's
a really healthy way of getting that
face to be lifted just nice my favorite
new favorite toy it's not that new
anymore but just new new amazing product
it's RF so that means a radio frequency
it distributes a little bit of heat and
this little light here will turn green
and if you stay on a spot too long it
can get a little uncomfortable so
basically what it's doing is it's
sending those frequencies to your
subcutaneous or your really deep layers
of your skin to stimulate collagen and
elastin production so I've noticed that
my skin bounces back a lot better since
having used this it's a fantastic tool
again I won't bore you but basically
they send you a little tool along with a
gel to meet and you can see right here
that's where they distribute the
frequencies once you turn it on the
light starts to flash you know you get
the directions when you purchase it but
you just rub in circles and always
moving upwards the face I even do the
top right underneath my eyebrows just to
get that full region do my neck I do my
forehead the only place they don't
really focus on is my nose but the lips
why not right and I go quadrant at a
time
so one quadrant two quadrants three and
then four okay and then always lifting
always lifting so after the new of
treatment you would want to take a
washcloth and I nice warm water and
we'll wipe down my face get all the
chill off and then continue to proceed
with the rest of my regimen you don't
want to leave out on your face it's just
an activating gel to help for that RF
stimulation also feels really great okay
I'll then with this tool it's quite easy
kind of relaxing I just sit and either
read or watch something I personally
feel like it just makes my skin feel
super plump and bounces back really
nicely and makes everything kind of
thought I've been using it for a while
now in it I feel like it really does
work and I working that quadrant system
and has seen to help and and the best
part is it's not like an invasive
surgery where you would be pulling the
skin back or what-have-you and no damage
to the skin a little heat and that's all
you really feel it takes maybe three to
four minutes per quadrant I do this
every night but when I'm tired I have
leave it out of the equation so it's up
to you really
skin care is truly about consistency so
finding the habits that you're going to
stick to is really the most important
thing so at this point I would probably
choose to either go with a micro
needling
depending on skin issues like for
instance right here that time of the
month and not iing the best that I
possibly can and this bad boy popped out
so and it's probably going to leave a
little pigmentation that's what my skin
tends to do is when I have some kind of
acne or whatever the skin just gets
really irritated and turns dark and so
the way that I remedy that along with
pore reduction one tool that is
fantastic is micro needling now I have
two different types here I have the
roller and you can get these in multiple
lengths this one happens to be box
itself but this is one of my longer
tools I don't know if you can see it
will focus and let you see maybe if I go
away nope
the needles are a little bit longer than
your average starter kit if you will now
the whole point behind micro needling is
and it just same idea it just gets down
into the layers of your skin and it
produces or stimulates collagen and
elastin and because what you're doing is
you're you're essentially poking holes
into your skin to almost force your skin
to produce more to heal the areas that
you've just punctured it sounds horrible
when you see it like that but you know
the things we do for Beauty rate and
there have been multiple videos that put
out there regarding micro needling and
what they found is that for instance if
you have really severe stretch marks or
scarring this actually works and you
have to be consistent with
and if you do not have a high pain
threshold high tolerance I would highly
recommend that you get some lidocaine or
some kind of numbing cream for your face
prior to using this this this particular
one is an actual gun so I would plug it
in and then it moves at a speed where it
does the work for you you just roll it
across the face gently now the other
thing I like about it is you can change
the depth to which it can puncture the
skin I know it sounds horrible every
time I say it and it doesn't feel good
obviously even though they're really
tiny and the needles are really really
tiny and it doesn't feel good whether
you're rolling or using a gun this is a
little more intense obviously and the
thing I like about it though is there's
a little bit of pain involved but then
like a day or two later the results are
fantastic I can only handle doing this
like every three or four days
sometimes I go an entire week without
doing this just because it's it's not
fun but the results that you get from it
are fantastic a really key thing really
key thing is to sanitize the crap out of
this thing okay so I put the tip the tip
of this comes out and then you screw it
back in to make it go but I put this in
a little cup of like a mouthwash cup
size of alcohol
for five minutes let it soak get nice
and clean sanitized then afterwards
after I'm done using it I will put it in
another in the same Cup for 10 minutes
and let it soak and
get fully clean and then some people
even I don't have personally I don't do
this but some people will even wiped off
a stone with alcohol tends to be really
drying
that's why I don't do it just to be on
the safe side since you're only doing it
a few times that's why they would do it
just to make sure that everything is
sanitized and clean before you puncture
your skin if that's the way you want to
go go for it personally I have never
done it and I've been fine but I'm not a
beauty expert so don't you don't have to
take my word for it and that's just my
personal opinion ok moving right along
I'm gonna continue on with my nightly
regimen and I will be right back ok I've
finished with my step by step so if you
want to go over all of that again that
video is listed below in my previous
past tutorials and and the next thing
that I would do every night like I said
I would use this cryo there's it's like
a dual there's a thermal and cryo all
built in one it is rechargeable I really
like this tool especially after I've
done some micro needling because the
cooling effect just feels wonderful on
the skin so essentially the premise
behind this is it's a microcurrent that
helps tone and contour the skin the
thermal part of the heat and the cryo
actually work in tandem to help
stimulate again collagen production so
it really you know none of these tools
are necessary but all of them work
toward the same goal and I just
personally like combining things and
I've done
quite a bit if like I said research I
tried a bunch of things have spent some
money and some things I found either
work well but they're super cumbersome
or like unrealistic I'm not gonna sit
under a lamp I have face lamp for 20
minutes every night yes it might give me
amazing results but I just don't have
that kind of time
so standing and doing something while my
face is getting worked on multitasking
if you will I find that more appealing
than you know I guess I could do some
meditation or something but you guys get
the idea so this right here this tool I
listed in the description below it's and
not that expensive we turn it on and you
can see it automatically goes to the hot
setting so there's a way of increasing
and D and it has a sonic feature so the
actors actual movement higher and lower
and then you would use that red feature
and it's actually super warm to the
touch it feels really good I tend not to
use the heated one the most I actually
tend to use the cooling like I said
after that micro-needling it just feels
wonderful and so I'm gonna press the
cooling button blue for cooling and then
need to increase like our putting ice on
your skin feels fantastic and again
lifting straight up into the temples and
drainage and I just keep all my product
on my face and it just helps
it really does feel good so anyway that
is that and then just for a good measure
you guys have ever seen either of these
tools I have a Jade roller dual sided
and then I have this device right here
it's called the Jinyu and this one is
pretty remarkable it actually I've had
this for several years now it's an
ultrasound machine and basically it
enhances the absorption of the products
that you just applied all over your face
so it's almost like it presses it in and
makes it way more effective than if you
just left it on your face and did
nothing else so this is my finishing
touch
after everything genu ultrasound it just
pushes everything in it and it makes it
90 percent to 90 percent in those
clinical studies percent more effective
in terms of your results from the
products that you're actually using so
not just slapping it on and hoping it
works but pushing it in and actually
seeing results so anyway and then this
lovely thing it's just it was just
wonderful like if you have puffy eyes
when you first wake up in the morning or
you just want a nice cooling sensation
those stress relief and lymphatic
drainage it's key like if you're
carrying a lot of toxins believe it or
not in this whole region allergy season
you know what it's like this helps
relieve that and you know obviously you
have two different sizes and it's cool
to the touch so again feels wonderful
call me soothing anyway there you have
it so those are my tools and like I said
I don't use them every single night you
guys are welcome to do anything you want
with them my favorites
them are the the nua the radiofrequency
this cryo machine you can see my product
on there I would clean it afterwards and
then this genuine ultrasound so the
combination of those seems to have
helped me I hope this will help you so
click down in the links below of you are
interested and let me know if you want
me to make anything else I do have on
the agenda a dark spot pigmentation
tutorial as well so if you guys really
want that and even anything else let me
know alright thank you guys for watching
have a great night and we'll see you
soon
