What a day. I have to adjust my camera
um stand because now it's not allowing
me to go live on my camera cuz it's
saying I don't have any connection which
is
bizarre. Um so forgive
[Music]
me
this different angle of course. Um and
steady. So
frustrating. It's the kind of day. But
we're going to power through. Okay. And
hopefully that camera figures itself out
soon and we're going to get to it. This
is blast. Um we've had technical
difficulties today, but we're going to
continue pressing on. Right.
I've had technical difficulties today.
If you've never done this class before,
this is blast balanced making athletic
stamina training. Um, so I'm going to
tell people
please
head head to
the live
[Music]
stream. All right, there is no warmup
because this class is so quick. It's 15
minutes. You do not have to jump. If
that is not you, that is okay. You You
do you. Okay. As you can tell, we were
at another class already this morning in
the app and um we're just tacking this
on to the
end. Biggest thing is you need to have
fun. March it out.
And if you're not warm, pause me. Get
there.
Pick it up.
Good. If you need
to big
lifts, we're going to take that elbow
and drive the opposite knee
in back and forth. Come
on. Feel like we're back in early CO
days. Have to do this all the time. was
always fiddling.
Right. Let's speed it
up.
Three, two, and one. More
jack. I like taking you on that roller
coaster ride up and
down. Good job.
We're picking up those feet.
You ready?
I'm already breathing heavy.
Set. Let's go.
Oh yeah.
[Music]
Big jacks. Big jacks. Let's go.
[Music]
Good. Drive. Drive try. Drive try. You
take it where you need. You know you
need to
go. Good job.
Three, two, one,
march. Hopefully feeling
good. Yay,
Candace. I'm sure there's more people,
but
again, apologies for the technical
difficulty. Oh, you're so patient with
me. Uhhuh.
Heavy breathe today for
sure. Squat.
Good.
Stay low. Tap tap tap.
Very little movement.
This should make those quads
[Music]
burn here.
In and out.
We're double hopping. You want to keep
it here. Do it.
Double
double. Good
job. Let's add some movement forward and
back.
[Music]
[Laughter]
S. Oh yeah. Three,
two, and
one. Back to squats.
Good
job. Hopefully feeling good. Hopefully
feeling
strong. Hold it nice and low. Tap it.
[Music]
making me strong. Is that
Ann? Oh, hello
Arty. Fast. Come
on.
Double. Remember, you do not have to
jump. This
works. Move it forward and
back. I did singles, didn't I? My bad.
My
bad. Now go singles. Forward and back.
Come on.
Good. Three, two, one. Back to
squats. Good
work.
Hold. Nice
job.
Okay, we are just about at that halfway
point.
[Music]
We're going to walk
Raven
style. Yes.
Oh yeah. allowing that heart rate to
come back down only to go back
up. Couple more. Last
two.
Roll
Jack.
Jack. You ready for
singles? Let's go.
Good. We got some ace kicks
[Music]
coming
up. So noisy.
Three,
two, and one.
March. Instead of a gravine, this time
we got
box.
Ready, set. Let's go.
Nice and
low. Those legs.
Oh yeah.
I don't know if I said your name right.
Maybe it's
Artsy. We're taking this up a notch. I
hope you're okay with
that. You're like, "Yeah, I'm done with
this slow movement." Okay, few
more. Last one.
Ready? Double
up. Switch
legs. We're hopping forward and back. If
you don't want to hop, keep it here.
Three, two, and one.
3,
two, one. We're going to reverse
it. Good job. Woohoo.
This class goes by quick, doesn't it?
Ora, I said it completely wrong. I'm
sorry. My bad. You're probably like, I'm
out. She doesn't know what she's talking
about. I can read. I swear.
[Music]
Okay, this sounds like a happy song.
[Music]
Good job. Good
job. Take your
[Music]
water. Oh
yeah. Little
faster. Again, you can keep it slower if
you need to. I get it.
Oh
yeah,
double. Good job. We do not jump around
without
purpose. It is one of the number one
ways for you to increase your bone
density and maintain it. I promise it's
not without reason. Three, especially
for women. Two and one.
Shuffle. And if you have
osteopenia, you can get rid of it. You
can do better or prevent it from getting
worse.
Osteoporosis kind of tough.
The damage has been done unfortunately,
but you can still
exercise. Jumping around, not so
much, but that's why I do this is
because it's important. Add some
arms. Oh, yeah.
[Music]
Come
[Music]
on. Three, two, one. Bigger. Reach
back. We got some lunge jumps. Give it
here if you need
to.
Hey, cuz we didn't get enough of these
last class, right?
Faster. Back to hop side to
side. Double it
up. Have fun with it. Come
on. March it out.
We are almost done. Look at that. Big
stretch is
coming. Let's see how long this next
song
is. We'll probably end early.
End this song early and then we'll cool
down.
You ready for our last
push? Yes, you are. We're going to turn
this up.
Whatever.
[Music]
We got a car alarm in the back.
[Music]
Nice wide stance.
[Music]
Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah.
[Music]
Go
[Music]
crazy. Come on.
[Music]
We got cross jacks. Ready?
[Music]
Oh my gosh.
[Music]
3 2 1
[Music]
Good.
Good. Look at that.
[Music]
[Music]
It's murder.
Tap it in.
Lean it.
We killed it today, didn't
we?
Berserker song back and forth.
[Music]
Pick it up.
I can't get
[Music]
burn and one. Great job, you guys. We
did it, didn't
we? Oh my goodness.
And let's cool it
down.
Okay, we made it happen. You're so
welcome, Candace. Thanks for being here.
Thanks for putting up with
crazy. String out that
leg. Allow that body to come right over
top. Toes up to the
ceiling. Pull that Go
back. So good. Opposite arm come across.
Still keeping that head above the
heart. Pass out, right? That
[Music]
exercise. Yay. Okay, good. Yes, it was a
fun beginning.
Thanks again for putting up with the
nuts technical difficulties today. Pull
it to the back. Great job. All right,
arm up. Ground that foot in the hand. A
nice
stretch. Pull that foot all the way in
if you can to the
bum. Switch sides.
[Music]
Excellent. There's nothing more
frustrating than circumstances out of
your control making it difficult to get
what you need to get done done. Right.
Thank you again for sticking with me. I
hope you have a fantastic rest of your
day. Yes.
Yes. Thought of the day as we take off.
[Music]
Albert Einstein said, "A person who
never made a mistake never tried
anything
new." Get out there, try something new.
If you fail, it's okay. It's just
another step, stepping stones forward,
right? You guys are the best. I am back
tomorrow live. Hopefully, this camera
situation resolves itself. Um, yes. If
not, we will be here.
We'll figure it out. Um, yes, I am back
in the app live 6:30 and then back again
for strong at 7:30. You guys are the
best. Bye.
