Hi guys, how are you? Let's make a simple coffee cake? This is that dough that I always do
here at home and it's a perfect success to accompany the coffee. If you love a cute and tasty cake,
leave the like here for me, leave that heart in the comments and let's go to the video.
Hmm, what a delight, look at this cuteness, it's going to be a success.
Come on guys, let's make a simple cake here. In the bowl you will put a cup of sugar
together with half a cup of butter or margarine, which is equivalent to 4 tablespoons of rasas.
And then if you want you can also replace the margarine and butter in the recipe with oil,
you use half a cup. Then guys, let's give it a good beat here for us to make a little cream,
if you want you can do it in the mixer, it's up to you. And then you see guys,
in a minute you'll see that your cream is already changing. At first you stir it, it
doesn't look like it's going to work, it looks like it's going to make a farofa, right? Keep stirring,
it's going to form this cream here. This arm doesn't have a lot of coordination, the pot
will walk when it sees the pot in front of it. I beat it here for just about 3 minutes and this
beautiful cream is already there. I come here adding my eggs, which in total are 4, then I put 2 first,
I'll mix it well, then add the last two. I like to add the eggs little by little
so I can mix it better, it will only make it easier to mix. This cream was very smooth,
you can already come with milk. I'm using half a cup here, I sift 2 cups of wheat flour,
without yeast, we're going to put the yeast aside and together here I put 2 tablespoons
full of powdered milk. This powdered milk will give a flavor to our dough, ok guys? If you
don't want to put it, you don't need to. I also put a tablespoon of yeast and here
a pinch of salt. Stir to homogenize, this first part is ready. White dough
ready, I'm going to reserve about half of the dough so we can make chocolate.
And then it's in the eye, ok guys? If it gets a little more, a little less, there's no
problem. Here guys, for the chocolate I have 2 tablespoons of 50% chocolate powder
with a pinch of baking soda. A teaspoon of coffee is fine. If you don't have
baking soda, no problem, put a pinch more of baking powder. But the baking soda
will help your cake get darker, right? So guys, what do I like to do here?
As the chocolate is dry, I like to add a little more milk to this dough,
but it's very little, ok? I have about 2 tablespoons here, it's just so that our dough doesn't get
too firm, too consistent. And so it will reach the same consistency as the white dough.
Ready guys, the two doughs are ready, now we're going to assemble it here in the oven.
For this I have a 17x27 pan, I'm going to grease it here only with margarine because it's a cake
that I'm not going to unmold, so I'm not going to flour it. And then for us to do the assembly,
you take a spoon of white, a spoon of chocolate and mix it there, see?
Now I reversed it, where the white is, you will put the chocolate and where the chocolate is,
you will put the white. This cake is very simple to make, right? But just the way it is assembled,
it already gives a very different look to it. Where I see that it is lower, I will fill it up here.
I hit it like this, you see guys? And now with a barbecue stick, a fork,
anything there, a knife you have at home, you've been doing it like this, a zigzag,
you see? Mix well there, the more you mix, the more mixed your cake will be,
more beautiful, right? Ready, now it's a preheated oven, 180 degrees, stick the knife in,
if it comes out clean, it's good, at least 30 minutes. Look how cute this cake is,
guys, just by cutting it like this, we can already feel it. Look how beautiful it is. It's very cute,
guys. You saw how it got super high, right? Hmm, what a delight, guys. The cake is super
tasty, very cute. Perfect! That simple cake to go with the coffee.
