Did I Finally Do It? | Breaking 60 On A 6000y Golf Course

good morning welcome back to the channel it's bright and early here you can see a bit a bit of moisture on the lens it's very humid in Jacksonville right now it's just coming out of the ground it's like 80 degrees and at 6:30 in the morning it's gonna be a scorcher today today's video though is vol 3 of the 59 launch of britain 64 those new here i'm attempting to break 60 from 6,000 yards my golf course the tees I usually play it's just over 7,000 yards 2 tees up the blue tees it's just over 6,000 yards so that's the challenge trying to break 60 from 6,000 yards can I shoot 13 under par or better from a shorter golf course we've done it twice we've shot 62 and 61 so who knows maybe today's progression will be 60 I hope it's not I hope it's under 60 so we can kind of move back a tbat tee deck and try to break 60 from there which will be much much harder from like 64 65 hundred yards enough talking Andrew it's early don't really have all of my mental capacities but I can probably play a little bit of golf so let's go have it [Music] [Music] [Music] all right start [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] I'm sorry [Music] Oh baby oh babe that's a good start right three in a row that's what we like not very chatty these first 600 so I'm just I'm pretty focused so I apologize if I'm not talking between shots or checking in like this or even just talking in reaction focus focus [Music] [Music] really does their bereaved of that [Music] [Music] oh we knew that one [Music] baby got like ten key for Eagle come on oh that's okay we have the customary nine hole check in six under par that's probably the best nine I've played in this series with the exception of that tee shot on seven little loose 9-iron but a lot of really good shots made some putts six under got shoots seven on the back I got to get through the next four holes 10 through 13 is a stretch where if I can get nine or ten under for the round through thirteen we have a realistic chance at this so head down let's let's do this [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] back on track really good for a second totally misjudge the way nothing to you I thought it was hurting a little bit this way but actually helping a little bit as a friend [Music] [Music] yes I'm talking about okay 9-under through 13 [Music] that's the first time I've birdied this hole on the channel finally I've like lifted out and hung it on the whip finally finally made a birdie come on [Music] we're gonna get a little nervous being 10 under [Music] that Colin's laughs gotta play him 300 bar [Music] [Music] [Music] it's like you know what that putt means and I just it's such a bad throw this is gonna be a challenge Wow [Music] all right step one done should I hit the next one close to make the pot [Music] talk about getting a little nervy trying to close this round I've never been in this situation before stuff it's really tough when I got to 10-under through through 14 you just it's impossible to not think and I'm trying not to think but you can see getting a little sloppy is a chip that one in dammit 11-under through 17 holes need to miraculously make a deuce on 18 so try to drive this thing as close to the green as I can and all the way okay I mean you have to hold it for like 90 years got a chance it's a little short right even that was a terrible stroke I'm like wow that finish was it was tough to not get in my head and think about what was on the line man yeah Wow I just shot 60 it was yeah well I don't want to say it was easy but like tee to green I kind of blacked out for a bit and just hit it like when you saw it like the shot on 13 and 14 and then it's like I thought a little bit on a 15th tee and then holy crap but then that like push I made that part pot and then it's like shoot you got a birdie in that birdie putt on 60 was so poor poor shot on 70 we make birdie and then here like that was awesome that was such a good round that front line was so strong and then when I said to you I needed to get through 10 and 10 to 13 like get through that 9 or 10 under when I part 10 when I was looking at that putt I almost talked myself out of it I almost said to myself like now you don't deserve to make this you shouldn't make this you shouldn't be shooting this low of around today and lo and behold I made a bad stroke and I kind of just like snapped out of it and then look what happened on the Leben and then 13 I just found some flyer so it wow wow wow I hope you enjoyed that that was so close 60 I think you think at par on 16 at par on 10 and I part every par 3 it was birdie a par 3 and this dang thing I could do it so give it a thumbs up if you did subscribe if you're not subscribed and we'll see you in the next one I mean we went 60 to 61 60 so maybe the next one will shoot 59 [Music]
