We get a bus through Viator and tour from Rome to Positano, enjoying the Amalfi coast. We then head back to Pompeii and see the eye opening ruins. Extremely full day but would recommend it to anyone!
just on our way this morning to the
Amalfi Coast and then later on to
Pompeii
[Music]
the Amalfi Coast drive from Rome to
Positano is gorgeous and picturesque but
you got to be prepared for some
white-knuckle driving you're gonna have
some close calls and some near misses

so we're here in Positano okay on
super-amazing spot the views are
absolutely awesome cooked side and the
Mediterranean meats I'll show you guys

this is by fire running the most unique
places I've ever been
it's kind of hilarious yeah one other
guy who's like hey I got that yeah
[Music]

[Music]
as we repeat the gorgeous yet terrifying
Amalfi Coast drive we make our way back
to Pompeii Stadium you're seeing here
was actually the prototype to what would
end up leading to the Colosseum in Rome
[Music]
the garden you see grown here who's
actually grown at the Paul plant life
and original seeds that were found in
the Pompeii region for the eruption of
Mount Vesuvius all the colors you see
here our original colors the reds are
natural they imported marble from other
countries and they were actually
originally seeded on a port before the
eruption after the eruption the water
kind of drifted away from them because
of out of the land so now there's no
port the jugs you see in these
countertops may look like toilets or
something else but they're actually the
first version fast-food basically they
would heat up soup pour them in here and
you come get a quick bowl and go about
your day
[Music]
[Music]
funny enough purse your mom joke was
actually found in Pompeii written on a
wall another kid called somebody a name
and the kid wrote back no your mom is so
that's pretty awesome what you're
looking at here is a Pompeii in
bathhouse so basically a spot they would
go there to get clean has some weekly
some daily so depending on how much
money you had depending on how much is
stank
[Music]
the stone streets were used to have for
chariots and carriages basically they're
lowered and they put rocks in the middle
because it would have been flowing the
sewage so you could go across the rocks
and get to one side of the other four
corners of Pompeii you can see here how
big this city really was before it was
destroyed by Mount Vesuvius
[Music]
[Music]
in the plaster casts of the bodies at
the end of your day from the eruption of
Mount Vesuvius really puts into
perspective the scope and magnitude that
this eruption had on our lives forever
