They left A Bunch Of Trash In This Mobile Home - Master Bedroom Refurbish

Yep, what a mess This is what the master bedroom looks like the main bedroom there's only two bedrooms So we're going to Get rid of all this trash Which is basically everything in here. There is some holes in the floor underneath the carpet, obviously we're gonna get down to that and see what in the world's going on and There is a water tank back there that we think is leaking So we're gonna have to get rid of it But really this thing's in pretty decent shape now there. He did do some drywall over here that's drywall and That's drywall and there's some Cracks that happened when it was moved. So we got to do something with that And then the electrical panel is actually behind the door here. Have you looked at it yet? Let's see what kind of mess we're getting into here That looks alright so GE Fuses, I mean a breakers All you electricians will love this 200 amp service, that's good Hope those aren't those ones that They say are bad, there's some stab lock or something that don't work right this way but For another time. We don't have the power hooked up right now anyway Yeah, so we got to come in here and get rid of all of this mess now a lot of people Donnie Would look at this and say oh this thing's destroyed It's actually in pretty good shape. It doesn't smell. That's one thing. That's actually a big thing and When you're buying a mobile home or used used Trailer or something. Also, the windows are not the old style. There are a newer vinyl style They didn't frame it out the greatest but we'll fix that up When it's probably something with an air-conditioning unit or so So it's got upgraded windows what you're going to have a little more insulation There's a little bit of damage to the trim and stuff it's no big deal the ceiling is nice The ceiling is what you really got to look at it Ceiling bed you're in trouble That door there is actually over the hot water tank. Yeah, they made it where Yeah So this actually there's very little to do in this room We need to get everything out and get this carpet out of here and then we need to fix the floor now the reason the floor has holes in it is because mobile homes get holes in the floor and This particular guy had a roll-around air-conditioning unit that would drip Like they all do condensation and condensation rotted out the floor because they put down this little Particle board floor that they use and then they didn't put a I noticed in the other room where they put embracing Where they put in patch panels, they didn't put any bracing in. Yeah, so we need to firm that up That won't be any problem at all. No big deal We need to throw all this crashed away that won't be be any big deal at all And then we need to do a little bit of drywall work. Not that big of a deal and we need to paint everything And put down some new flooring and this will be a very nice little bedroom for this mobile home Yep Yep, so thirty five forty dollars on plywood a little elbow grease a couple two by fours to brace it up you know ten dollars worth of tape and Little bit of elbow grease to sand it down and then $15 worth of paint Go a long way in here And then you got to put down a new flooring we use a little vinyl luxury vinyl plank flooring They call it LVP which would probably be 200 bucks for the room and you would have a room that looks really nice. Yep. So that's what we're looking at here. So I Guess we need a little trim for the walls. We might trim those windows out a little better something Just you know Take wood and nails and make it So there's really not it looks messed up, but it's really not that bad it's very fixable Very very minor project at least in this room So we're happy about that. So what we're gonna do first Danny We'll get all this stuff out of here and look there so they even brought us the trash bags. Yeah, they just didn't do it All right, so we'll see what we can do Okay, y'all here we go, we're gonna clean this one out Get all this cleaned out.
