The Vet Is My Dog Memphis' Favorite Place Ever!

Good morning, Pawdience! Guess what we're doing today, guys? We're making dog treats. You guys will see this video. We're making DIY banana split dog treats. You guys will actually see this video. If you go over to YouTube.com slash Gone To The Snow Dogs and look at Monday's video, because I believe this is a Friday video? So, go all the way back to Monday and watch that video. Because right now, we're at VidCon. I had to have all these videos pre-done and put up before we went on our trip. I didn't want to have to worry about editing and stuff while we were there. So, I had everything pre-done. So, right now we're at VidCon. This video is already up and some of you may have already seen it over at YouTube.com slash Gone To The Snow Dogs. We're gonna make some DIY banana split dog treats. Then, finish prepping for our trip to VidCon. Well, we made banana splits for dogs. It actually turned out pretty good. The dogs are gonna try them. Memphis is super excited. I can hear Oakley inside barking. But, you'll have to watch on the other channel to see what they think. So, this vlog is 100% gonna be a crazy mishmash of days. We got back from Chicago and we are prepping like crazy to get ready to go to California. By the time you guys see this, Jamie and I will be in California at VidCon. The dogs will be here with my sister Rebecca and Greg and other people that are helping to keep an eye on the dogs. But, to throw a wrench into everything, I have to take Memphis to the vet. You wanna show them your nose or you're gonna lean over and show them? Hold on, let me shut this fan off. Otherwise, it will just sound like wind. Alright, you guys notice anything about Memphis' nose here? Let's see if it will focus on it. Alright, so you guys see what I see with Memphis' nose there? See where it's all pink right here? That's not supposed to look like that. She won't let me shine a light... Woo! Focus! She won't let me shine a light up her nose to show you guys, but... Up in her nostril right in there is the same color. That one's not, but that one is. It's not supposed to be that color. She's not rubbing it. I noticed it the other day and I thought she had rubbed it on something. Yesterday, she was laying on my lap and I decided to just look at it a little bit closer. So, I kind of looked up in her nose and saw that this isn't just right here. It's also all the way up in her nose. So, no idea what it is, but we're gonna take her to the vet and have them take a look at it. Hopefully, it's just some type of... I don't know, maybe she sniffed something and had a reaction to it. I have no idea. It is only on this side. It is not on the other side. But, it is all the way up inside her nose. We kind of looked to see if maybe she had something up in there. She doesn't seem to have anything up in there. What's wrong with your nose, honey? What's wrong with your nose? Huh? So, Memphis and I are going to the vet. Wanna go to the vet? Do you wanna go to the vet with me? Do you wanna go see Dr. Ryan? You love everybody at the vet's office, so you'll be happy. Happy as can be to go, huh? What do you think? You're gonna stay here and you're gonna stay here. So, today is actually Monday. You guys are seeing this on Friday though. So, kind of like watch my social media for some updates to see some little updates on her. I mean, I'll update you as soon as I get back from the vet's office. But, this will probably be the last vlog and then we're gonna leave and we'll be at VidCon. So, next week's videos will start VidCon. But, Rebecca's gonna vlog the dogs while we're gone. So, make sure you come back next week to watch all of our VidCon fun and Rebecca vlogging the dogs. Anyway, we gotta go. I called the vet this morning. They didn't have any openings, so I have to take her to walk in. I gotta get there early cause it's Monday. I don't wanna have to wait for hours. Let's go Memphis! Are you excited? What? Tell us all about it! Tell us! Yeah! She's like, whoa wait! Hold on! Were you falling down the steps? Are you getting your own tail? I don't know what's wrong with this puppy. She's crazy. You're biting your own tail? What's that honk for? You're excited? I told you, she loves going to the vet. Shelby does too. It's not your turn. Yeah, you gotta wait. It's not your turn. What? Oakley's like, those puppies. Okay, okay, okay. I'm taking her to the vet. We'll see you later. Bye. What? Yeah? What else? What? Okay, you'll get special cookies when I leave. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. What? Okay. Bye. This is why it's so hard to take one dog anywhere. She's so mad. She's like, I don't wanna go too. You're gonna get special treats and you'll get special treats and you gotta go to the vet. I know you do. Alright Memphis, off to the vet we go. In the rain. The new top makes it sound like a tent in the rain. What? I know, we're going. There's a red light, we can't go yet. How do you even know where we are? I think she's gonna lose control if I don't take her in there soon. Okay, we'll go in. We'll go in. You are always so happy. So happy. You don't even... Why are you so happy? Huh? You're so happy to be at the vet's office. So happy to be at the vet's office. Memphis. You are a riot. I thought she was coming over the counter. I thought she was too. She wants to try. I thought she was coming over the counter. I know a dog that's super excited to see me. Because she likes Cheez-Its. Aww. Yay! Memphis just got poked. She was due for a heartworm test. I figured, might as well do it while we're here. Hey, what are you doing? Are you licking that? Waiting for the doctor. Good girl. You're shedding so bad. And we're done. So they actually think... It might be... Allergies again. They're not a hundred percent sure. But that's what they're gonna run with first. So we're gonna put her on the Apiquil again. I know honey. Yeah, so we're gonna put her on the Apiquil again. And we've got some medicine to put on her nose. They said, let's run with that idea first. And if it doesn't clear up in the next few days... We'll bring her back in and they'll run more tests. He thinks that maybe... It could be some type of an inhaled allergy. Like because we went to Chicago. And you know, there was all these new things. And she was smelling lots of things. That it could have just been something she inhaled. So that's kind of what we're running with right now. Instead of running a whole bunch of tests. We're gonna try that. It doesn't seem to bother her. Like I said, it doesn't seem to hurt her at all. So I guess that's what we're gonna try. See what happens. What? You're not getting the sniff treatment? Oh, there's the sniff treatment. Where were you? Who did you see? Did they poke you? They poked you there? Oh, gotta get the sniff treatment. Every time after you come back from the vet. Gotta get the sniff treatment. Oh, and play? And play, huh? Bless you! Yep! Woo! Holy cow, Jess! That's crazy! Oh, the camera is getting dripped on. I said, the camera is getting dripped on. She likes it. You have some hair on you, Jess. I'm trying to get just her. So do you want a husky now? She's like, right there, mama. Right there. Can you catch it? Catch it! Oh, good catch! Huckley's like, I haven't figured that out yet. Memphis is like, wait, I can do that again. Oh, good job, good job! Oh, good job! That was adorable. Oh, it's the greatest! Oh, it's the best! Huckley's like, maybe? Maybe? Maybe I'll try some as it falls? No. And then there's Shelby. Are you laughing at these girls too? You sure look like you are. Oh Memphis, you silly dog. That was funny. Memphis, didn't we just do this yesterday? More loose furs. It's blowing away. It's blowing at Shelby. Yeah, that's what we did. For those of you wondering if we still use the Furminator. Yeah, we do. We use the Furminator and the blower. And a couple of other brushes. We just don't use the Furminator a lot. Because we don't want to tear up their skin. Yeah, that's the thing. Furminators are great if you know how to use them. You just go real gentle. Real slow. She's like, oh get my belly. Oh yeah. Don't work at one spot too much. Get my belly daddy. That's what she did when I took her to the vet yesterday. He was trying to look for other spots on her. She's like, oh check my belly. Yeah, I should have filmed it but I didn't. You're so happy. Are you ready to leave these girls for a couple of days? No, we don't want to go guys. We don't want to go. You guys will still get to see them in the vlogs. Because Rebecca is going to vlog for us. What do you think Miss Oakley? Would you like to be brushed? Oakley says, no. He better not be coming at me next. Because I want nothing to do with that. How about you Shelby? You already got brushed a little bit, huh? She's like, this is the greatest. I love it. It's amazing. Yeah, her back shouldn't be bad. Even after blowing her out yesterday. Oh, get my belly. We're going to miss you girls. Yeah. I mean, we'll get to see you on the camera and stuff. But five days is a long time to be away from you guys. Too long. Maybe next year you'll be able to go to VidCon with us. We can only hope. So as I said earlier, this is going to be a very strange, strange vlog. This has actually been three different days. All in one, believe it or not. We've been so busy trying to get ready for the trip. Trying to get everything prepared. Trying to make sure we have everything ready for the dogs. For Rebecca to watch the dogs. We've just been going non-stop and not vlogging a whole lot of it. Because we're trying so hard to get ready. Again, by the time you guys see this, we will already be at VidCon. I think it's going to be inside all the way to the one end. By the coffee bar. And I think it's going to be on Friday. Which is today, the day of this vlog. And I think we're just going to end this right here. So I can make sure that everything is done. And I'm not rushing to edit and upload this the night we leave. So we are driving to Detroit to fly to Detroit. It's a four hour drive. We're going to get up tomorrow morning, drive down to Detroit, fly to California. RFS Dan, check out his channel too. He's picking us up at the airport. Him and Crystal will be there picking us up. And then we'll be at VidCon. You guys will see all of that starting Monday again. Rebecca will be vlogging the dogs. So you will get to see the dogs still as well. Even though we won't actually be here. So thank you Rebecca for doing that for us.
