Onions, a seemingly ordinary ingredient, actually come in many different varieties.
Different types have different flavors and different uses.
Where I live, the most common one is scallion.
This is my first time growing green onions and onions.
I never expected to harvest so much — there’s no way I can finish them all...
That’s why I made this video.
