Everyone Says Everything Is AI Now... And It's Getting Ridiculous

Hey, welcome back everyone. Let's talk about the other side of the AI coin today. Now in recent months, I've talked about AI and how it's just horrible if you misuse it and I'm still a firm believer in that. I mean a lot of the criticism and a lot of the backlash for AI right now is well-deserved. I mean well-deserved. There's no getting around that. I mean anytime in the history of man as soon as we got a tool we misused it. I mean this goes back to the wheel to the ******* atomic bomb to computers and now AI there's just a certain amount of population that they see a new tool and they figure out a way to make it worse or overuse it or whatever moderation is not what these people have in mind and this is created the whole AI slop AI garbage AI automation. It's all been created because people misusing the tool. So that's why I say the criticism in the backlash and is is legit. Here's a byproduct of that and like collateral damage the creators that are making videos nowadays. If they look at their comment section or even on sub stacks or Twitter someone's going to leave a comment that says AI garbage AI, you know AI slop no matter what you do on YouTube nowadays. There's going to be someone in the comment section that says this is a I slop now. You should never pay attention to the people that say stuff like that in your comment section. It's just stupid. But what I think the real problem with this is it's going to demoralize a lot of new creators. I mean, it's just going to affect people and really that's what these trolls and these idiots want to do. They want to demoralize you. They want to spread their negativity. They're not actually looking for AI. They're just looking for a place to have that outlet and they've done this since you could you know, since community involvement became part of social media or anything online even back when his newspapers, you'd always have people writing in letters that they're complaining. They just want to bring someone down. This is just a human thing and that's the new thing. Just accusing everyone of doing AI now, we've gone through this before. I mean we continue to go through it whether it's in political whether it's anything social there's always going to be a new phrase or new thing people trolls put in the comment section member fake news. No matter what you said, if you had an opinion on anything online, it was fake news fake news. If you didn't agree with their thought process on anything you were fake news. I mean it became less about fake news and just more of a I don't like you because you disagree with me. That's all there is to it. And so these people would see somebody else use fake news or whatever the phrase of the day was libtard trumped hard whatever it was and they would see it and they thought how you know for whatever reason whoever put that and they saw it. They thought it was pretty cool. Now they go around internet just the internet just mimicking it putting it wherever they can. They're actually searching for places where they could use their fancy new phrase that they learned. I mean it's and to be fair a lot of times especially when it comes to political stuff. It's by design. There's a young lady who she was part of this, you know, right-wing influencer thing and now she's left and she's saying that they used to send out memos giving them phrases of the week that they should make content around. So these people that are leaving these comments and you think they were programmed especially when it comes to political stuff. Well now the AI thing and there's so many people that are anti-ai. They're coming up with new phrases and it's seeping into the creative process because now these people that are easily manipulated and want to spread negativity. They see what the new phrases and they can't stop themselves from using it. So you will get no matter what got a good script got a bad script. Your voice sounds too good. Your voice sounds too bad. Your editing was off your English was too good. It's all AI no matter they have no basis whatsoever for what they're saying. They just put it in their AI and that's if they ever do give a explanation, which they rarely do. They always say, oh that scripts just too perfect. That's AI. Your audio is too good. That's AI. Well, I guess a eyes and just about every product and sometimes like you there's a little humming going on behind me because I'm air conditioner right there. Well, I will clean it up a little bit and the program I use does have a I in it. So I guess I'm a I slop now, but no matter what you do online now, it's going to be called a I slop or a I garbage AI automation or just simply a I there they go, you know, that's their win for the day. They've solved that within themselves. They they spread some negativity and now they feel better about themselves. There's a guy that goes the pizza place where I go get beers at sometimes a lot of times, but he's in there all the time and he always explains to me all the things he likes to say to people online. He likes to call them out and I'm sitting there thinking yeah, he's he's officially a troll. He's exactly a troll. He's proud of it. He thinks he's doing something for all mankind. But reality, he's just trying to spread negativity and he is a bitter man. I mean, I talked to him occasionally and he's just a he's a jerk and I'm not even kidding. He lives with his mom. He's 40 least 40. He lives with his mom and he's just angry at the world. So he gets online. He spreads some negativity. He tries to knock someone down a notch and then he feels better about himself and he's the stereotypical troll. I at least the troll I had going on my head. I'm listening. I'm going. Oh my God, you're the embodiment of the image that I had. It's in life form right in front of me. But that's what they're doing and I do think the collateral damage is a lot of newer YouTubers are going to read that stupidity and they're going to back off a little bit or they're just going to you know, it's going to work on them a little too much their soul and they're going to quit creating because it is a toxic place. I mean you want to see some toxic stuff go write any post on Twitter right now or just bruise around Twitter and you will see some toxic toxicity. I can't even go on there anymore. It's just if I go on there I spend about two minutes and I'm all this ******* drives me crazy. I look a little red-eyed. I just had a sneezing fit that I cut out. So excuse me for a minute. Excuse the red eyes for a minute. So AI garbage is this the new way to knock you down? And I mean, we like I said, we saw it before fake news. Remember clickbait everything was clickbait no matter what or staged clickbait stage. That was a phrase that they all use to no end. This is just the next one in line and in a year, we're going to have another one and it's the people have that do this all the time. They have they have limited brain capacity and they're not thinking for themselves instead. They find something that they could put out in the world and they feel like they're thinking. Okay. Now sometimes if you are using AI garbage and someone calls you out on it, it's obvious. Yeah. Okay, but I mean it's gotten to the point now where some creators are leaving mistakes in their videos to kind of like and put a human thumbprint on their content. So whoever's watching it go. Oh, no, no AI is going to make that mistake. You know, I mean all of a sudden you're talking and you start doing this. No one's going to think to put AI scratch in their ear or something like that or my eyes just got red because I was sneezing that digital mistake is a digital fingerprint letting people know that it's real and it's that's a sad situation that that's what we got to be in that we have to add human error to things. We've been trying to clean up forever to kind of stop people from saying that stuff. It is it's garbage. They're garbage. Usually and older videos get accused of being AI. I had a Mississippi video that was done about eight years ago. And if you go to your studio, you could see where someone actually leaves the your last 10 comments, right? This video is like eight years old. I happen to be glancing at it and I saw AI I'm all there's no way I when this video was made. What is he talking about? Right? I left a comment. He's all will you use AI on other things? Oh, so even my back catalog is AI because I use AI thumbnails by the way getting away from that. I've realized that the Photoshop thumbnails are doing better than my AI video thumbnails. They were working for a while and then I think part of the backlash people are all I don't want to see these anymore. So got to move with the audience. It's almost like, you know, how you had make made in America or something like that. It's almost like you want to put a stamp on your videos that say it made by a human. That's what it's got to these days where you kind of like there's going to be some company that goes over your videos for you and puts the stamp on there, you know, just makes no sense and it's all because of trolls and people that just want to you know, much like the people that are abusing AI you got the trolls are just abusing this new accusation. That's all there is to it. The funniest contradiction is the whole thing is people want more videos and they want them faster. Okay, but they're opposed to all the tools you use to produce faster videos. So I don't know it doesn't make sense. Anyway, that's just a little rant. I had about this. I hope it made sense just when you see it in the comment section just ignore it. It's just people with no life trying to bring you down. Now again, if you are putting out a I slop AI automation AI garbage you deserve it take it in and correct your ways. But if you just happen to use a picture, maybe clean up your audio use Grammarly to make your script or your post proper. That's one thing but if you're using, you know from tongue to tail AI makes no sense and you deserve all that criticism everyone. Have a great day. See you in the next video.
