A ponytail police officer pulled over a Marion, SC, man on his way home from Burger King. He was told to get out of his car & get on the ground, all while guns were pointed at him. After being in torture cuffs in the middle of the roadway for too long, He was released with an apology from the ponytail police because she read his plate number wrong.
