How to Make Pinap Juice from Pokemon Sun and Moon one of the tastiest Pokemon Center Cafe drinks. Super sweet, and like Pinap Berries, a little spicy, but totally refreshing. Here's how you make it.
What You Need:
2 cups pineapple, diced
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBL water
1/4 tsp Tajin, optional
Seltzer and mint, to serve
Place diced pineapple on a parchment lined sheet. Freeze until hard, about four hours. In the meantime, place sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Place in the fridge while pineapple (pinap berry) freezes.
In a food processor, place diced pineapple. Drizzle on your sugar syrup and optional Tajin chili powder. Pulse your fruit until smooth. Once it looks like sorbet, place it in a sealable container and freeze until stiff, about two hours.
To make a Pinap Juice: Scoop a few dollops of sorbet into a glass. Top with cold seltzer and finish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

run to the Pokemon Center Cafe and get a cold and refreshing
pineapple juice.
First we're going to dispatch a pineapple berry.
You'll need a sharp knife
with teeth like a Sharpedo.
Slice off the top
and the bottom.
Now stand it up and carefully
peel off the ends.
Carefully. You don't want
to cut yourself or waste
too much of the fruit.
Then lay the fruit on its side and slice off some rounds.
The core is a little woody to make into
sorbet so punch it out with a cookie cutter it's still tasty
though then you can slice your fruit
into medium dices we'll only need
about two cups for the recipe
though place your two cups of
pineapple on a parchment lined sheet
and park your fruit in the freezer until it's harder than the
Geodude's booty in the meantime place some sugar
and a little bit of water in a saucepan bring it
to a boil and then turn off the heat set it aside
and let it cool for a second all right now place
all your frozen pineapple berries
in your food processor along with your syrup i also put a
a little chili lime powder in it
because pineapple berries are a little bit spicy you can leave it
out though pulse your fruit until it's super smooth it should take
a minute or two stop the
machine and scrape down the sides if you need
to when it's done it should look like ice cream
place the whole mess inside
a sealable container and freeze until
stiff about four hours now let's
make a glass scoop out
a few dollops
of pineapple sorbet look how
tasty it looks place them in a
small glass
and top with cold seltzer
or soda mmm bubbles finish it off
with some mint it's a drink
