Partial Power, Over Zealous Hedge Trimmer.

This is a mini split. I asked him to trim back the bushes so we could work on it and now he's saying nothing's working. He said it hadn't worked since he had the bushes trimmed. I'm not seeing where anything's cut. Power's still on. Let's go get my my meter and check it further. Voltage. That's ripped like that. I got, y'all see that? I almost didn't check it. No 240. You'll see what what i'm checking and then check to ground i got 120 this house has fuses let's look in let's look in here real quick so i got one leg of power or um as some would say partial power all right let's see what's going on i got 240 here maybe somebody did cut a wire he told me let me turn that off i don't want to get shocked so he needs a new power whip all right i gotta tell him the news
