BENEFIT ADVENT CALENDAR _ EARLY EXCLUSIVE!

Now this calendar isn't out until the 12th of October but Benefit have kindly sent me a sample to show you guys so this video is very exclusive. Now before I go into this video I just want to answer some of your questions that I've been reading in some of the comments. Now a lot of you have been asking how I have been able to afford these advent calendars. Now last year I did one advent calendar review and it did very very well so I have pretty much saved up for a whole year to be able to do these reviews. Now I haven't been paid by any brand whatsoever so this has just been me and my honest thoughts. I have been reading that some of you think that I have been I don't know I've been very fake or I haven't been honest but I have no reason not to be honest because I've spent a lot of money of my own money on these calendars and I want you guys to buy the perfect one for you so every single review has been 110% honest. I would never lie I have spent too much money to lie so yeah I just wanted to address that point. I've also been asked what I'm going to be doing with the products after the series has completed. Now it has always been my intention to actually donate these to charity. When I was younger I used to always make these Christmas shoe boxes and send them off to third world countries and this is something I'm really passionate about I just think that's a really nice thing to do but yeah more details on that soon but that is what I am doing with the products. Anyway let's see what's inside the benefits advent calendar. Now this advent calendar has 12 days and again you open it like a book but this reminds me of a diary. I just think that is very very adorable. Okay day number one. Oh day number one we have the high beam. This is a lovely highlighter. It's a very small one. Oh got fluff on my ring. I do think that it's kind of too small but the high beam does last a very long time. I once had the full size and it lasted me I'm not even joking like a couple of years. Oh look at that guys. I'm just gonna slap it onto my cheek. Look at that beautiful color. Just gonna blend. You cannot go wrong with the high beam. Look at that. Now this is actually a product that I have used a lot and I do believe in this highlighter. I think it's one of the best liquid highlighters that I have used personally so yeah day number one has the high beam in it. Day number two. Oh it's a roller lash. This is a new product that I haven't used before. Oh I love the rose gold lid. The color is black and is it a volumizing one? It's a super curling and lifting mascara. Let's give it a go. Yeah not bad at all actually. Now this mascara is perfect to pop into your handbag especially if you're going to a Christmas party. Day number three. Oh so day number three we have a They're Real Remover. What's that? I have never heard of that. So this one's called They're Real Remover and it's the strip down waterproof eye makeup remover. Why would you want a waterproof eye makeup remover? Oh I get it. It's if you're wearing like waterproof mascara and eyeliner I totally get it now. Okay I'm just gonna see what it feels like on the back of my hand. I can see that it's quite greasy. I guess that in order to budge waterproof makeup you're gonna need a little bit of slick to it but it has absorbed quite nicely into the back of my hand. Personally I don't think this is something that I would use. However some of you might like it. Day number four. Yes so this is my favorite product ever from Benefit. Now this is the Hoola Benefit bronzer and just look how gorgeous this shade is. This is honestly my best occasion bronzer. I think it's such a beautiful shade. I'm just gonna pop some on. Oh just look at that. I just absolutely love the shade of this one. This just makes the most perfect everyday bronzer and you can really build it up if you want a really strong structure. Yes that looks quite good against the high beam I think. Now the only thing I'd have to say that I do think that it's very small. I don't think this is going to last me a very long time. However love it Hoola. Day number five. We have a Gimme Brow. This is something I have never used before. I'm loving the packaging though. It kind of looks like a pencil. I reckon this is fiber gel. It is. Oh wow. Okay now what I love about this product is that it's very small and precise. I think that some eyebrow products offer quite a chunky head which I don't know I think it's better when it's smaller like this. Again another critique is that I do think the products are quite small but this fiber gel is very lovely actually. It's not too heavy. Oh I love that. Day number six. Halfway through. Ah so in day number six we have a What's Up. Oh I don't even know what this is. What's Up. Ah oh this is cute. So this must be a highlighter. Oh it's like a gorgeous champagne tone. Oh my goodness I am loving this. So I'm guessing you can wear this on your cheekbones but I like to pop a product like this just under the eyebrow just like that. I think it makes a really pretty highlighter. Now there's actually quite a lot of product here. I was expecting it to be half the size but a lot in there. Day number seven. Ah so day number seven it looks like we have a lip tint. Now I actually own this in the full size. Now I actually don't think you need a lot of this. It lasts such a long time. I think I received mine almost three years ago and it's still going. Now this is just great if you just want a subtle color and I find that this product so moisturizing. Ah it just smells so floral. It's quite cooling on the lip I find as well. I love it so much. Day number eight. We have the Porefessional Pro Balm to minimize the appearance of pores. Now this is something I have never used before um so I'm actually intrigued to see how I get on with it. I think this is something that I am going to have to review later on my social media channels so all the links for those are down below. So yeah give me a follow and I will give you an update on how I get on with this product. Day number nine. Okay again it looks like a product that I have never used before. Now this is a tinted primer. What's a tinted primer? Oh my goodness I was not expecting this. Now this looks like a nice dark brown color. So I'm guessing that you pop this onto your eyelashes. Yeah and I guess it tints them. Drop me a comment down below. Have you ever used this product before? How do I use it? Day number 10. So here we have a It's Potent Eye Cream. Now admittedly I actually don't use eye creams so this is going to be the first one that I've ever used. I do think that this pot is super cute. Oh my goodness. Let's have a feel of the product. Oh that makes the skin actually feel really soft. Oh my goodness what a difference. Now I'm actually gonna use this and see how I get on. Now I had my 25th birthday this week so I might start needing the eye cream to sort out the wrinkles. Day number 11. Oh stay don't stray. What is this? Again it's in a very small pot and this is a stay put primer for concealers and eyeshadows. So this primer I'm guessing is meant to make your concealer and eyeshadow stay on for longer. Oh I can't get into it. My hands are really slippy. Ah there we go. I went the wrong way. Oh wow. Oh I just love the look of like concealers and primers. Now this is actually quite mattifying actually. I've just put that onto my hand and it just feels like it's just gone on. Oh that's good. I don't really like a slippery primer. So yeah that's very cute. I would have liked to seen it in a bigger pot but very lovely. Day number 12. The grand finale. So in the final day we have a They're Real. What is this product? Beyond Mascara. Oh if I'm totally honest with you I'm actually quite disappointed to see another mascara. Now it does look a little bit bigger than the other one. Actually they're pretty much the same size. No they are the same size. Now I would have loved to seen a lipstick or something. I just think their lipsticks are really beautiful.
