Good information is delivered like Krisanna. Are you like Krisanna, too?
Dear viewers, welcome to today's show, Visite.
I'm grateful for this format
and I'd like to thank you for all the valuable letters.
One has reached me from Sabine here in Switzerland.
Sabine, you wrote in your email
that with the whole topic of a new point of view
on processes in our body, you only recently got in touch
and are grateful to be able to do this show now.
You have just recovered from a colonoscopy.
They recommended it to you.
You are in the second half of your 50s and all is well.
Nevertheless, you have questions about what is really good or not good
and would be grateful if I summarized important things for you
on the subject of the intestine.
Why is the concern for the intestine so infinitely great?
Let me perhaps explain this to you again.
Because the most important task
that the intestine fulfills for us humans
is that we understand that it is always the starting point
for all processes that have a chance in our body.
It's not always 100 percent, but it is 99 percent.
The root of the human plant is like the tree, so hidden
that we actually only grasp very little of the whole process.
This is the great cosmic intelligence,
that the intestine takes good care of itself in this responsibility,
if it is well taken care of.
We'll get to the first point in a moment.
It takes care of the fine digestion.
Fine digestion means that the nutrients I take in
have to be ready for me first.
The moment they are ready for me,
that is, split open by enzymes, finely chopped into pieces,
it is possible for the body to act with them.
Only then can they get into the blood or into the lungs.
Simply swallowing a piece of food half-chewed
does not mean that it is possible for the body
to take away what is important.
It has to do pre-work first.
Bacteria are very important for the metabolism of fat.
The synthesis of vitamins, especially the fat-soluble A, D, K and H,
B, K and H, and so on,
are very important.
Our organism takes over.
B vitamins, vitamin B12, for example,
is formed by the colibacteria.
The whole regulation of the entire microbiome,
the microbiome is called,
the diversity of these bacterial strains,
is organized by itself.
And 80% of this is the lactic acid bacteria,
the bifidobacteria, lactobacillus, and also enterobacteria.
They guard against pathological germs,
bacteria that make you sick.
This means that all of this is always in a good balance,
because bacteria take care of our health.
A term that we should use in the future with a good feeling.
Bacteria are so alienated.
Bacteria always have to be disturbed or destroyed somewhere.
That's not true.
Human life would not be possible without microorganisms, bacteria.
The whole regulation takes place on its own,
and bacteria, viruses, parasites,
all of this is kept in balance
through the microflora and our intestinal immune system.
The mucous membrane cells, the intestinal mucous membrane,
that is the most important border area between the inside and the outside,
the mucous membrane barrier,
is also nourished by the bacteria.
This means that short-chain fatty acids,
or rather, through the ballast substances,
the bacteria create short-chain fatty acids for us.
But the mucous membrane barrier has to be protected.
This means that if this mucous membrane barrier becomes defective,
if these so-called cross-connections or mesh networks
in the mucous membrane become porous,
they are also called tie junctions,
then permeability is disturbed.
In many of our programs, we have always talked about permeability,
about mucous membrane permeability.
And this mucous membrane permeability would mean
that what is allowed to be absorbed in our organism
is reached uncontrollably.
This is a situation that, as Sabine has just described,
cannot be assessed in a colonoscopy,
how the mucous membrane immunity is.
There is also a clinical parameter for this, the secretory IgA.
This shows us to what extent the mucous membrane immunity is intact,
to what extent inflammation destroys this mucous membrane barrier.
Clinical parameters, such as calprotectin,
or alpha-antitrypsin,
or EPX,
are very often increased in food intolerances.
The lifespan of individual intestinal cells is regulated
and the growth is monitored by the intestine itself.
By healthy microorganisms.
If they are not there sufficiently, polyps can develop.
The body capsulates diverticles,
or even tumors.
One thing is not possible.
On an intact, healthy intestinal mucous membrane,
adenocarcinomas cannot develop.
All inflammatory processes precede a tumor.
That is why tumor prevention is not colonoscopy.
It is a tumor search,
where you can say, we have not found anything.
But you cannot say,
your intestine is in a good balance.
The mucous membrane is healthy.
The macroscopic eye of the examiner does not allow this.
It is too superficial.
For this, a stool test is far from superficial.
And what do bacteria do?
They regulate the gastric acid.
The stomach is responsible for the digestion of protein
and has a direct feedback to the thin intestine.
That is why it is so important
that, within the framework of a good and optimal stool regulation,
the examiner has an indirect indication
of how far the intestine is in balance.
You can say, I go to the toilet every two or three days.
That is more than too little.
Stooling once or twice a day
would be justified if you had three good meals a day.
You have to be able to do that.
Because that is ultimately the first instance.
If you have blood pressure or rheumatic pain
or maybe an autoimmune event,
make sure that you have regular stooling.
You don't have to start at all.
And also make a picture
of whether you have increased mucous membrane permeability or not.
And clean your intestine.
And please don't just do it once or twice.
Do a series of hydrocolloid therapies.
Maybe once a week for six weeks.
And do stools with coffee beans,
with a little salt, with lemon.
There are so many ways to use it.
But help to relieve the strain on the intestine.
Especially in the crypts of the intestine
so many core stones and material can accumulate,
which, of course, often remains for weeks, months and even years.
And thus indirectly damages the intestinal mucous membrane.
I would always build up the intestine again
after a good intestinal cleaning.
And when you build up the intestine again,
you also have to know how the mucous membrane is,
immunity, how you can strengthen the microenvironment.
And one must never miss it.
These are the lactic acid bacteria.
And from Anna-Katharina's chocolate
you have already noticed a lot
about your loving relationship to the microorganisms in us.
But this large microbiome, the intestine,
in its powerful strength,
is already 50% health retention for my terms.
That is why the effective microorganisms
are the soil aids.
This means that the whole microbiome
can quietly strengthen and build up again.
This right-rotating lactic acid is produced by these lactic acid bacteria.
And it has a great influence on the flow property of blood
and on many processes.
And it ensures
that we have a very milky, acidic intestinal environment,
especially in the colon.
Most microorganisms are settled here.
The thin intestine has a very high antibacterial function,
just like the stomach.
The stomach is really very acidic.
The pH value of the stomach
has a very deep, acidic range from 1 to 4.
There is also an almost neutral pH value in the mucous membranes.
Because of the food, it can sometimes go up to 4.
But it has to preserve the acid,
because it is the one that makes it very difficult for viruses,
bacteria, fungi and parasites
to get into the human organism at all.
And that is why the acidity of the acid is of crucial importance here.
And the gastrointestinal cells produce it.
The thin intestine contains enzymes,
like lysozyme or defensin.
And all of this helps to split up the food well
and to build up the mucous membrane immunity well.
Remember, when you eat,
that you eat very, very consciously.
I don't want to say slowly.
What is slow? That's relative.
But eating consciously means
being aware that the plate is full.
That also has a bit to do with the feeling
that I can be very grateful for it.
And if I now consciously eat what I eat,
then many, many times it is already pre-digested by my saliva.
That means that the stomach no longer has a lot of digestive activity.
It is responsible for splitting up the protein into the amino acids.
But the entire digestive process
is already pre-digested by the saliva of the mouth.
And then it gets into the stomach through the esophagus.
If this process can really take place slowly,
if the esophagus is almost liquid,
then you have a very conscious interaction with the gastric acid.
There are always the questions, too much gastric acid.
Why do you sometimes have too much gastric acid?
Why is the pantozole,
one of the most commonly sold drugs, now freely available?
That's not good.
Simply to manoeuvre the stomach into a basic environment.
Then it can no longer perform its antimicrobial, antiparasitic
and antiviral tasks for you.
And you shift an infectious event one floor down.
All the good bacteria that now prevail in the stomach and esophagus
not only promote peptides, i.e. protein digestion,
but they also promote sufficient mucosa formation.
And these cup cells or these mucosa-forming cells,
these column cells,
are what give the entire digestive process
the corresponding peristaltics
and dissolve the food in the truest sense of the word.
They are all connected to the mucosa cells.
And this activity of these cells
is incredibly important, who and what,
and above all, how we take it with us.
Do you actually know what our whole,
what damages our stomach and esophagus the most?
Things that are against life.
Anti means against, and bios means life.
These are antibiotics.
They significantly destroy the intestinal walls,
the intestinal bacteria that settle here, the zotten.
This causes a disrupted nutrient intake
and it slowly becomes a lack of settlement.
Clostridium, klebsiella and many highly pathological pathogens,
some of which are histamine-forming,
can suppress the healthy flora.
There are a number of painkillers
that irritate the mucosa today, such as aspirin,
or non-steroidal anti-rheumatics, such as diclofenac,
such as buffen.
There are a lot of intolerances.
You know that.
You can hardly change the grain through gluten.
But there are also fructose and lactose intolerances.
We see today
that a lot more has already contributed to this in the background.
This can be a highly amalgamated,
highly amalgamated saliva that I have swallowed over and over again.
It contains, for example, mercury or zinc.
These can also be parasitic stressors.
A topic that we have already discussed very often,
that we consider the removal of a parasitic biofilm
in the entire intestinal tract
should be at least once a year for one of the most important measures.
If you have dogs or cats, you are very welcome to do it twice.
This can strengthen the immune balance
and thus reduce the activity of inflammation.
And you go ahead of a worse consumption of food.
That means that if the intestinal mucosa is open, if it is inflamed,
if a malnutrition spreads,
then of course the nutrient intake is also lower.
Some people often say, I can take what I want.
I still have the feeling that my intestine doesn't absorb things.
That is, if the intestine, due to this malnutrition or inflammation,
is not able to regenerate,
then it becomes indigestion or indigestion.
Then it is really time to relieve it.
And if you remove a biofilm, it can take four, five, sometimes six days.
But restoring intestinal health is actually not dramatic.
You just have to relieve it first.
And in the meantime, I also recommend parasitic diagnostics,
so that you know what you are talking about.
Because parasites will not give up their environment without permission.
When you rebuild the intestine,
think of a very high-calorie food,
i.e. a lot of fiber-rich fruit, vegetables, sweet potatoes,
also raw vegetables,
and then leave everything out that means sweet.
Like a tornado, the need for fungal strains increases.
You can only starve them a little
by reducing the carbohydrates,
and above all the fast carbohydrates, the sweet ones.
No ready-made products,
and above all no fructose and no artificially produced fructose syrups.
And what I've been observing in recent years,
it makes a lot of sense to take gluten out of the diet.
Gluten has a very high level of inflammation, which is responsible,
and almost only after four to 70 hours.
That means, if you want to bring calm into the whole process,
then you should also be prepared
to provide a new microenvironment
over a period of about four to six weeks
with a very gentle, very alkaline basic diet.
Actually, just giving up on the old doesn't make any sense at all.
First of all, you have to get rid of the burden,
and you have to get rid of it,
and then I can build up.
Always think of phospholipids.
Phospholipids are contained in the egg, in the egg yolk.
Phospholipids are those that strengthen the cell membrane
and that the cell can communicate well again.
The pathological or altered cell receptors
that are confronted with the environment and communicate,
to rebuild them, to make a cell wall
smoothly available for cell exchange.
Hence the term, actually, metabolism.
The cell membrane is the most important place
where substances change between intra- and extracellular.
A lot of phlosum, so rich in ballast.
Plant oils, such as algae oils or also linseed oil,
which are high in omega-3s.
This is a situation that will, I think,
save you a lot of things all at once.
My observation is, if I am consistent with this,
and I don't know a tumour patient or a rheumatist
or a patient with an autoimmune disease
who has not achieved a dysbalance in any way here
for a long time,
only a few exceptions tell me
that I have a very well-functioning tumour.
And yet we find an imbalance
in the test of the microbiome.
There are always very fruitful and interesting indications
to create an imbalance here.
And it's worth investing in it.
And I hope I was able to explain to you
the importance of such a measure
with these small, yet coherent tips.
How important it is to get involved
and to ensure a good balance.
And above all, to never be satisfied
with the idea that everything is fine with the intestine,
just because you find a very non-pathological intestinal mucosa
purely macroscopically.
Yes, that's a summary, dear Sabine.
A medical advice from my side.
A little tip from my side.
We are all adults,
at least the viewers of this visit.
Do you actually like to swing?
Or do you always pass by a swing like that?
Do you leave it to the children?
Our balance organ
has to be moved and adapted well again and again.
And the swing is a very nice exercise for that.
Apart from the fact that it is a measure
that brings joy and ease,
but to stimulate the lymph fluid
in the framework of our balance organ
from the aspect of movement
also means to stimulate the blood flow
and microcirculation in this area.
So, if you dare, and you dare, I always dare,
then you should, when you go to play with your children or grandchildren
or see a playground or in the garden,
just stand up on a swing and swing into the sky.
In this sense, I wish you a lot of fun.
I'm looking forward to the next visit with you.
I'm also looking forward to the entries at visite-at-qs24.tv.
And I'll leave you with the best regards until next week.
Goodbye.
