Have you been tired lately?
Are you suffering from increased bloating or constipation?
This can also be due to your gut.
In the changing years, the gut flora is slightly confused.
It comes into menopause with us, so to speak.
In this video, I will show you a natural gut detoxification
to bring the microbiome back into balance.
Because this often improves changes in the year.
My name is Susanne Kirschner-Bruns.
I am a doctor and author.
For over 25 years, women's health has been the focus of my work.
And everything I know about it, I share on this channel with you.
The Internet is full of instructions for gut detoxification,
gut detox, gut repair.
Among them, you can often find quite radical instructions
for intrusions and gut complete empties.
There is no scientific evidence for the purpose of this measure.
I also think it's nonsense
to treat the gut regularly with intrusions or strong detergents.
This can lead to malnutrition,
heart rhythm disorders, spasms,
a weakened immune system and other adverse conditions.
In any case, to a disbalance
or the loss of the invaluable important microbiome.
The gut flora is a living organism
and you really have to realize that.
It consists of many billions of good bacteria.
These are an indispensable support for our health.
Immune cells are formed in the gut and the immune system is trained.
The bacterial strains are important for digestion
and for many other bodily processes.
And the microbiome is also part of the intestinal brain axis.
Information is passed on from down here
directly via certain nerve lines to the brain and vice versa.
Thoughts that we have also affect our stomach.
Fears, for example.
They can cause blisters.
In dementia research, it was even found
that people with Alzheimer's have an altered microbiome.
So the microbiome is used as an early warning system for Alzheimer's dementia.
That's why I don't think at all
that you consider your gut to be something disgusting, poisoned
and whose physiological inhabitants you have to regularly move to the body.
We didn't come up with the idea with any other body part or organ.
According to the motto, let's flush the liver out of the body,
it will grow back again.
We should support our bacterial friends
and actually treat them lovingly.
And that's why I don't recommend strong apple cures,
regular intakes, and so on as a doctor.
It may make sense, for example,
to thoroughly clean the gut before a fasting cure.
The reason is that in the first few days of fasting,
people feel less hunger.
Also headaches, bloating and other complaints
that can occur in the first few days of a fasting cure are therefore less common.
A gentle gut emptying can also be a measure
if you want to eat healthier afterwards
and want to give your body and yourself a break.
If you have already done or had to do a gut emptying,
for example, as a preparation for a gut mirroring,
you are often amazed at how much the gut gives
until only liquid comes out.
And afterwards you really feel cleansed inside.
I will show you a natural method for this in a moment.
But I really only recommend it at most once a year.
An exception, of course, is the gut cleaning
before medically necessary examinations
such as a gut mirroring as part of the gut cancer prevention.
The gut has to be clinically clean
so that the examiner can see all possible tissue changes
on the gut mucosa.
A healthy body cleanses itself.
Substance change products are excreted through the liver,
the respiration, the kidneys, the skin and the gut.
It is always useful to support the body in this regard.
And unconsciously you do this every day.
By drinking a lot, for example,
you support the detoxification function of your kidneys.
By doing a liver roll from time to time,
you promote the blood circulation of your liver
and thus its main function as a detoxification organ.
And here we are with the gut.
I will tell you how you can support your gut in its function.
There are good and bad bacterial strains in the gut.
Some support health, the immune system and weight.
The others can make you fat and sick.
It is always important that our system is in balance.
In this case, this means that the good bacteria outweigh the bad ones.
You can achieve this with the following five steps.
In other words, the good bacteria multiply
and thus repel the bad ones.
This is the softest method to detoxify the gut.
Let's get to step one.
Eat as fresh and varied as possible.
It is an advantage to be in a good mood
if you eat the same vegetables every day, like broccoli, for example.
But the microbiome consists of many different bacterial strains.
And they have, like us humans,
different tastes and preferences.
The more varied the menu looks,
the more you promote different bacterial strains.
And the more varied the number of strains,
the healthier your gut will be.
Number two.
Reduce fat and empty carbohydrates.
The bacterial strains Bifido and Ackermann
protect against metabolic disorders, inflammation and overweight.
And these bacterial strains eat carbohydrates and proteins,
preferably plant-based.
So if you convert the diet away from fat and empty carbohydrates,
like white sugar, to carbohydrates and plant-based proteins,
then you promote the growth of these good bacterial strains.
Number three.
Eat the famous apple every day.
An old saying goes,
an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
An apple a day protects against going to the doctor.
There's something true about that.
Because Bifido bacteria like apples.
A study showed that after 14 days of eating an apple,
these bacterial strains increased every day.
Make sure you eat the apple as a whole,
and in a bowl.
Because in the bowl are the valuable carbohydrates.
Number four.
Eat prebiotics.
This is bacterial food.
It contains all types of vegetables,
like onions, chicory, cabbage and so on.
It contains the valuable carbohydrates
that reach the end-gut,
where the bacteria live and are eaten by them.
Other foods, like empty carbohydrates,
like white flour, sugar and the like,
are digested beforehand
and no longer make it to the last section of the large intestine.
By the way, coffee also contains indigestible carbohydrates,
which bacteria love as food.
Number five.
Eat probiotics.
Probiotics are foods that already contain living bacteria.
Probiotics are all fermented foods
that are produced by the addition of living bacteria,
like yoghurt, kefir, sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers and so on.
I told you at the beginning
that I would give you a tip for a natural intestinal cleansing.
Here it is.
You need fleur de sel powder for this.
It sources a lot and forms a good mucus
that binds toxins, acids, excess cholesterol and fats
in the digestive tract.
The fleur de sel powder regulates the intestinal movements
and it is a kind of replacement mucus.
In addition, you need a healing soil,
bentonite or alternatively, zeolite.
These healing soils have strong absorbing properties.
Bentonite binds pollutants such as inflammatory substances
and the cancer-causing aflatoxin
and acts antibacterially on pathogenic germs.
These substances bound to bentonite
are then excreted with the stool.
Take your time for this process.
I recommend two days
and of course a weekend is ideal for this.
For this easy intestinal cleansing,
mix half to one teaspoon of bentonite
and two teaspoons of fleur de sel powder
in 200 millilitres of water
on one day, morning and evening.
That's one glass.
Immediately afterwards, drink at least half a litre of water,
i.e. 500 millilitres,
as well as another 2 litres of liquid during the day,
either as still water or herbal tea.
Start the day after you have finished
with the intake of a probiotic.
The day after that can sometimes be 1.5 days.
Take this probiotic at least for a week,
ideally for four weeks,
because a part of the microbiome is already excreted.
That's why I also recommend a colonoscopy,
if you have to clean the intestine completely and radically,
to then shorten this probiotic.
Because this is how you force the lost bacterial stems back up,
or strengthen the microbiome that has fallen into imbalance.
Probiotics are available as a supplement in the pharmacy.
After the intestinal cleansing,
you should then eat only warm vegetable soup or fruit and vegetables for several days.
It makes a lot of sense to consciously
give up unhealthy and gastric-intensive foods afterwards,
to eat more consciously
and not to eat unhealthy things like industrially processed,
low-nutrient, too salty or sugary finished products again.
And it makes sense to give up alcohol and sugar
for a few days or, basically, for nicotine.
My additional tip?
Do a stomach wrinkle.
It calms the intestine during the time you perform it.
Use the fresh herbs, muscatella, sage and camomile for the wrinkle,
or use them as essential oils.
Add three drops of the essential oil to 250 ml of warm water.
You can also cook a soup from the fresh herbs.
For this, let the herbs soak in running water for 10 minutes and then strain.
Soak a cloth in this soup or water with the essential oils
and then put the cloth on your stomach.
I hope that my video has given you a sense of intestinal detoxification.
Then your microbiome will remain a good friend,
which will also support you well in the changing years
and can contribute to reducing symptoms.
