Hello everyone, welcome to my YouTube channel.
One of the most frequently asked questions in my Instagram and YouTube is how to keep up with the child.
Because Eric will be only a year old soon.
And my subscribers look at how much I have time to do, how our house is always clean, our dog is always well-groomed,
we are always clean, beautiful, and everything works out for us, and everything is fine with us.
But I definitely won't say that this is some kind of illusion and you just see it through the video and through Instagram.
Because in life, in principle, it turns out that our house is always clean, it is always tidied up.
Because we put everything on the places where it should lie.
It always turns out that in the morning there are some household chores at home, such as cleaning, washing, sorting out some things.
At the same time, I also run Instagram, and at the same time I work with individual clients online.
This is all the time some kind of correspondence, and all the time everything happens like this at home.
One hand here, the other hand there, eyes on the son.
But I can also say that I have a lot of things that I don't do, which I constantly postpone for tomorrow.
Every day I make a list of tasks for the next day, but all the time some of these tasks, and half of them, definitely go to the next day.
And there are tasks that last for a week and cannot be done by me, because there is simply not enough time for this.
For example, my son's birthday is coming soon, and I need to order balloons for him.
I have been postponing this task for a week, for tomorrow, for tomorrow, for tomorrow.
By the way, I will probably have to do it today.
Because, in theory, it's a matter of two minutes, just write to a person, send a photo of what I need, and pay.
And wait for the third day, when, in fact, it will be his birthday.
But nevertheless, even such a small task, I think that since it takes two minutes, you can, in principle, do it later.
Later, later, later, later.
And so a week has already passed, and I still haven't done it.
So not everything is done for us, and I don't have time for everything as I would like.
I can probably say for sure that when I was not pregnant, and when we didn't have Eric yet,
it seemed that there was a lot of time, that you always think that you will have time for everything,
that everything will always work out for you, that you will do this later, this later, and make some plans for the future.
And when a child appears, you understand that the day just passes like a minute.
In the morning you opened your eyes, and as if in a minute you closed your eyes, and again at night.
And for this minute you want to have time for everything, but this is not real.
And you don't need to set yourself up in such a way that someone has more time, someone has less time.
You need to live at your own pace.
Someone is used to doing everything quickly, someone is used to doing 5 or 6 things at the same time,
someone is used to doing one thing at the same time.
For example, one mother can just sit with the child and play with him,
another, like me, for example, can play in parallel and conduct some kind of work correspondence.
That is, we are all different anyway, and you don't need to set yourself up for one person
and think that if she is such a good girl, then I should also be such a good girl.
No, you shouldn't.
No one owes anything to anyone.
You need to live at your own pace and, most importantly, not get burned out.
What I'm most afraid of is really burning out.
Because I know that when you work a lot, then you need to rest a lot.
And the last time when this happened, I needed to rest for almost a year,
do nothing to restore my psycho-emotional state and find some kind of energy to continue to act.
And now, in fact, let's move on to lifehacks.
Or not lifehacks, for someone, maybe someone already knows this.
Probably those who have more than one child use all this 100% in their practice.
Maybe you guessed it yourself, like me.
Maybe you read it somewhere.
In any case, in the process, when a child appears,
you somehow begin to adjust to his regime, to his mood,
somewhere you have time, somewhere you don't have time.
I don't think I'll open any America for you.
Just maybe you'll remember how to act right to have time for everything.
First of all, do everything together.
The same kind of homework.
I don't know, wash the floor, wash the dishes, start the washing machine.
All the time Eric is running around me when I'm doing this process.
There are also some homework that I do, for example, when he is sleeping.
If I haven't finished something while he was awake,
then he fell asleep and I continue to do it.
For example, usually when he falls asleep at lunchtime,
I get up from him, leave, go to cook lunch,
and at the same time I do something in my work while he is sleeping.
Then I either have lunch with him, or I have lunch until he wakes up,
then he wakes up and eats.
In short, this is how it always happens with us.
The same goes for stores.
We go to the store together most often.
The three of us, my husband, me and my son.
Either I go with my son,
or my husband, if something is urgent, goes to the store himself.
That is, most of this happens together.
Because I'm all for socializing the child,
and going to the store with him is one more time
for him to look at people,
people look at him,
and so that he somehow adapts to people,
so that there is no such thing that, I don't know,
winter is over, we went out in the summer,
let's shout because he has never seen people before.
I think this is wrong.
Thanks to our light stroller,
Annex Air Z,
on which I filmed both a review video and a video response,
I can even go with him,
for example, to the mall,
because this stroller folds,
it weighs 6 kg,
I take my son in one hand,
the stroller in the other,
here, where my son is still hanging,
I have his shopper,
and my bag in the shopper.
We walk with him to the mall
or boutiques and shop,
or I buy something for him.
I also study at night,
I have already passed one course,
I am increasing my qualification
in nutrition,
and the last course was
Nutrition and Adaptive Nutrition,
all the lectures of this course
I studied almost at night,
that is, if Eric, for example,
goes to bed somewhere at 10-11 pm,
I get up, take a shower,
listen to lectures,
it continues until 1 am,
then I just turn off
and go to bed.
This option is not suitable for everyone,
there are people who need to sleep
from 11 pm,
if they do not go to bed at that time,
and go to bed later,
then they feel very bad all day,
I do not treat these people,
I can, as I say,
do something until 1 am,
and then go to bed,
and then continue to live a new day.
Moreover, to study at such a time,
at night, when everyone is already sleeping at home,
except for me,
I am much more comfortable,
there is silence at home,
to find such a balance of silence,
you need to either kick everyone out of the house,
or go somewhere yourself,
and to go somewhere,
I need someone to sit with my son,
so for me the best option
is to study closer to night.
As for isolation,
I spend a lot of time in silence,
to work,
to study the client's request,
or to shoot some work reels for Instagram,
or to write some posts,
or to edit a video for YouTube.
And at such moments,
I leave the house,
somewhere to the nearest cafe or restaurant,
I would like to go more to the coworking,
because it is much quieter there,
but in restaurants and cafes
it is quite noisy,
due to the large number of people
My father sits with my son,
he has quite a seasonal, flexible job,
mostly he is a freelancer,
so most often we share
some responsibilities
in terms of sitting with the child,
that is, we agree
in the morning I sit with him,
or in the afternoon you sit with him for a couple of hours,
but of course most of the time
I still spend with my son.
And so, in principle,
if I wanted,
it would be 2-3 hours every day
Especially now,
when Rika has a lot of teeth,
he is quite capricious,
he often asks Guru
not just to eat,
but to hang, to ruin,
as I still call it,
and therefore,
if even 2 hours pass,
then he already becomes quite capricious,
and I need to run home urgently.
Also, thanks to these 2-3 hours,
I can go to some of my beauty procedures,
such as pedicure, manicure,
I can go to the gym,
but I can't afford it yet.
I think after the year of Erik
I will be able to find a nanny
who would not sit with him,
for example, at home alone,
but would go with me
and with him
to some meetings at work,
or, for example,
I sit somewhere in a cafe
at the next table with my son,
that is, all the time he was in my sight
and I was also in his sight,
I have a lot of stories about nannies
who are left alone with children,
and I am very afraid of this,
in fact, because the child is still small,
by the way, when children can already speak,
they still do not always tell
some such moments,
and by the way, about such cases,
it often happens that the child
even falls with you,
fills some kind of bump,
turns his finger out,
he is bitten by your dog,
and these everyday injuries
it's scary when you're a mom for the first time
and for you it's all for the first time
any bruise is just some kind of horror
it's just hair in the muck
and plus a few more gray hairs
and to calm yourself in such moments
we either go to the Internet
read all sorts of shitty articles
that scare us even more
or you need to sign up for a doctor
whose appointment is in two days
the next day
it happens very rarely
and so you can walk for days
and start worrying
what kind of bump he has
what kind of bruise he has
when he will pass
and what to smear it with
and in such cases
I want to recommend
the app for correction.ru
there is a permanent team of
checked doctors
they are carefully selected
and trained by the service itself
responsive doctors
who know how to communicate tactically online
consultations are unlimited
and work by subscription
the essence of the subscription is as simple as possible
you can ask any questions about health
to qualified doctors of different profiles
there are therapists, pediatricians, gynecologists
urologists, dermatologists and neurologists
there are even endocrinologists
and other doctors
another cool feature
is that there are on-call doctors
and you can ask questions 24x7
the cost of one month's subscription
is only 899 rubles
the cost of one month's subscription
is only 899 rubles
also you don't need to register
for a consultation
there is a question
ask it in the chat
the doctor will quickly connect to the dialogue
it is very convenient for young parents
because you can just run into this hospital
even if it is nearby
especially a month of subscription
is cheaper than one appointment
in some private clinic
only 899 rubles
I will leave the link to this video
in the description
and the discount on my promo code
is valid for the first month of subscription
be sure to go
the service is very useful
we don't have to count on grandparents
because my parents live in the village
they walk 45 km
but they still have a lot of homework
and mom can come once a week
or with dad
for 5-10 minutes
or yesterday she came to us for the whole day
last time it was 2 weeks ago
it happens to me often
I would like more often
because when she comes to us for a day
I can do a lot
because who is not a grandmother
will be able to find a common language with a grandson
and feed him well
and play with him well
and love enough to highlight
by the way, if you urgently need
mom to come
she can agree with dad
transfer some of her duties to him
for example
one time
when we had a business conference in the city
which lasted from the morning to the evening
Eric was younger
he was 5 months
and I just came home
during breaks I fed him
or with food
no, it was 6 months
because he already had food
then I put him to sleep
and went back
every 2 hours I came
until 6 pm
and at the end of this video
I would like to repeat
what I said at the beginning
that you do not need to compare yourself
with other mothers
business women
who have time to sit with the child
and do their business
there is always some kind of assistant
as a mother
for example a grandmother
or a nanny
or a husband
or a disabled child
who sits in one hand
and in the other hand
you print something
in the phone
you work with your little finger
you use a touchpad
and you answer someone
you read some e-mails
with your teeth
you mix a pot with soup
because you need to feed a child
and you wash your head
with your foot
in any case
you need some kind of assistant
my assistant is my husband
and my mother
my younger brother
and his wife live in the city
if they have a day off
I can ask them to sit with Eric
but since Eric is getting older
he already understands
that mom is mom
dad is dad
and there is also a grandmother
who he also loves very much
and then he starts to look for me
or Yura
so as I said
I will look for a nanny
who will go with me
because I can't imagine
how I will manage
I would like to do a lot
I have so many plans
and I am very upset
if I have to constantly
postpone something
for tomorrow
or for a few more days
I hope this video was useful
and if not useful
then it reminded you
that you are great
especially those who have children
and those who have time to do something
I don't know
even if you have a hobby
you collect bouquets
you sell flowers
you are still great
if you make candles
and you have a child
you are also great
to have time to cook
and to devote time to a hobby
and to work
it's just wow
and when this child
is multiplied by 2, 3, 4
it's even more wow
so always praise yourself
if you forgot
that you are great
take a piece of paper
and write down all the things
that you managed to do
for example today
just write down
and you will be shocked
how much time you have
when a day just passes
you don't understand
how much you did
and when it's all written
on a piece of paper
it's just wow
so thank you very much
for watching this video
be sure to write comments
was it useful for you
maybe you learned something new
bye-bye
